In a recent support session, @matt enbar showed me a great trick for adding a URL parameter that disables the custom CSS on your community. It’s very helpful for comparing out-of-the-box to what you may have customized with CSS. Asking here in hopes Matt can answer so I can find it again in the future (and so others can benefit) :) 

Hi there!  Due to the limitation of not being able to export the reports in Journey Analytics as a CSV (only an image), I’m trying to replicate the dashboard in Report Builder but for the life of me I’m not able to replicate the results from Journey Analytics in a report. Part of it appears to be that we cannot create Formula Fields. For example, I have I’m trying to display Send, Opens and Clicks for JO Programs in a single report. I’m using the following:  Email Log V2 → Show Me:Count of Sent Count of Number of Opens Count Distinct of Link ClickedGroup by → Source Name.  From what I can discern, the primary issues I have are that Opens and Clicks are numeral values for the number of times in which either action was completed by a recipient (ie, opened an email five times, clicked the link twice). It looks like that I can create a Formula Field for each one of these sets to get the value I need if I show by email id or Yes/No Opened, but I’d have to create three individual reports for

In our moderation process, we add a specific moderator tag to questions that haven’t received a reply in >12 hours. This puts it into our moderator’s workflow. Currently, I’m doing this manually at the start of each day. I have a filtered view saved and then I add the tag to questions that newly fit the criteria. My question: Is there a way for me to automate this? Is there a solution using Zapier, the API, or something like that to automate adding the tag after X amount of time? Zapier gives me the action half for the automation, but I need a solution for setting up a trigger based ontime since published > 12 hours # of replies = 0Any recommendations?

Hello,  I have noticed that my header logo is grainy. Is the site compressing the logo? I have tried to other images and it seems to still be doing this?  https://community.streamsets.com I have added the images I have tried.

Hey Team, Speaking with a customer today and we would like the ability to see the entire legend when exporting a pie chart report. On the dashboard you can scroll through but when you export you can not see additional fields.   

I’m pretty sure this has been asked before but I can’t for the life of me find the post so I’m making another. Sorry about that! We have asked users to report a post when they find a broken link. This is fairly common as a result of shutting down our old support website. Whenever a post is reported, a brand new topic is made in a publicly-accessible subforum, as shown below:  Is there a way to stop this? Or to change which subforum the topic is posted to? I manage the reported posts on the back-end so usually end up missing these new topics. None of my users need to see these reports, so I’d rather not have them on the front end at all. 

There isn’t any option for archiving the Success plan templates. In NXT as as workaround we can mark them as inactive, that would make them not show up in the available Template list but there isn’t  any option to mark the templates inactive in SF version of Gainsight.It would be great to have an option of archiving Success Plan templates or atleast making them inactive in the SF version of Gainsight.

I’m working on the idea of tying an event to a specific group. Going forward I would very much like to tie the RSVP to an event in InSided to joining the group BUT today I just need a way to add people to the group if I want to… Anyone faced a similar issue, found something I did not?

Hello, is there a way to config the user preference using the javascript sdk (ie. aptrinsic(…) ) instead of the rest api (https://support.gainsight.com/PX/Instrument_Your_Product/User_Preferences_for_Tracking_and_Engagement) ? Similar to:aptrinsic('config', 'enableTag', false)but instead of opt-out everything, we want to be able to set individual user preference model, ie. trackUsage=false, productUpdate=true, guidedTours=true.. etc

As I understand, i am able to remove the participants from active JO by Knocking off “active”, “review” or “new” participants. However, i could not find a way to remove the participants with “Drop” status , which are dropped due to bounced email status or may be unsubscribed, so these are not included again and again as participants, in the scheduled JO. In addition i would also like to REMOVE the failed participants from this JO also. My JO is recurring JO, and fetches new participants every day and in the Participant activity area, i see these “Failed Participants” everyday and would like to knock these off.

I am building a report to identify incorrectly assigned CTAs and am hoping to filter for instances where CTA 1 is assigned to X and CTA 2 is assigned to Y, like in the example below. Would this be a filter option and how would I need to set the filter? 

Gainsight Support is telling me that there is no way to schedule a report that is built on a SFDC object. Is that true? Is so, does anyone have a workaround? Thank you!

I'm working on a report in Report Builder...Is there a field to identify which user modified the due date? I'm looking for a "last modified by" field but cannot find anything.

There are situations when admins or moderators should check user´s settings and in order to do so you have to be able to switch profile between admin → user.Is this possible, I can´t find any info about this? And, if this is possible am I able to see users private messages as well?

I’d like to view one report in two different ways on a dashboard. In one instance I want to see a table, and in another I’d like to see a widget of the total number of records in that report. Is there a way to do this that does not require duplicating my report?

Hi there, I’d love to add recommended topics/articles that would stay permanently on the top of the category page, so that I can make certain blog posts/articles (eg. our introductions post) the first thing that users see. inSided does it on this Community, but does anyone have any idea on how to recreate this?   Thanks!

Is anyone able to change the link for all the email buttons? Im not sure where in the code I need to change it! Problem: when a customer gets the email, they try to press the button and it takes them to the backend of the community where it says the link doesn't work.

We switched to public visibility for our community last week. 🎉Some early feedback is that people are using search when logged-out and wondering where the full results are. They can see some for public categories and content we have integrated into our federated search. But they don’t see private category content (most of our posts). Is there a way to edit a phrase or inject CSS to style the logged-out search results page to indicate that they they should log-in to see the full results? The Community source (Phrase nav.title.community) is the one with private permissions. Perhaps is there a way to make this phrase say something else when they’re logged-out?  

I am trying to use the following implemented feature to configure different searches for different products:I already had a general search of my doc space working and implemented, and I tried to add a second search for just the Digital Workplace product:My KC bot that is configured to use the first search works. If I enter the search term “catalog,” it gets Google Search results for both Digital Workplace and our other products that have a catalog feature.However, my KC bot that is configured to use the second search gets no results. What am I doing wrong? 

Posting for a customer. Do we have a list of complete operators for advanced formulas in MDA? Also, is it possible to do a ‘switch statement’ in MDA or only in rules?
