I am trying to archive this Opp end result in the data designer. If any one has done this before or can solve this would be helpful!

I’m fetching a list of topics via the API (https://api2-us-west-2.insided.com/docs/community/#operation/getTopicList) but I have no idea how to generate the URL to link to so that the user can see the post and replies.Any hints?

I know users can subscribe to forum categories and product updates. Are they able to subscribe to knowledge base categories?Thanks

When clicking the CTA link from a report it brings you to a Cockpit view for that CTA, but you are unable to edit the fields that are available in that view. I would like the user to be able to see fields without having to click into the detail view.I have checked in the Administration > Call to Action section to modify and there is no “+” button on the view to add fields.  Is this a default view that is unable to be changed? If it can be modified, where is that option?

Hi,We currently have two groups, which are owned by two colleagues of mine. They are responsible for engaging the group, approving members and posting content in this group.At the moment I have to give them admin rights or assign them a custom role where they can access the entire ''platform'' part in the control environment. Since we are planning to use multiple groups with multiple owners in the future, it is desirable to only give these collegues access to the '’groups section'’ in the control enviroment. Are we overlooking something or is this not possible yet? 

I've been struggling with Scorecards 2.0 the last couple of days, loosing hours and hours of work trying to get them to update properly. At first I thought that you could only update a 2.0 scorecard if you went and loaded it on the accounts C360 page, but then you would be able to load to it forever, but I've just made a new realization. You can only update the scorecard that is actively loaded on the C360 page. I switched over to Scorecards 2.0 from 1.0 because of the ability to have multiple scorecards. For all my accounts, I want to have a general Health Scorecard (with NPS score, CSM sentiment, etc. etc.) and a Features Health Scorecard that goes through all features and displays the usage, but now I can only update the one that is currently loaded on the C360 page.  I want to keep them both updated and allow the CSMs to have the ability to switch between the two, but it doesn't seem like I can do that. Am I wrong? Was this intentionally

I have a Date field in Gainsight CS on the Company tableIt matches the same type (Date) as a field in Salesforce When I am searching for the field in a rule chain so I can update Gainsight CS with the Salesforce updated data I am unable to find the fieldField on Company table Rules Engine Fetch from Account 

This may end up being an idea for a report. Is there a way to report on gamification growth over time? I’d like to see how people are moving through our ranks. I'm guessing I could export all users on a monthly basis and build something out myself. You guys used to report the levels before the new dashboards - any chance you’re sitting on those numbers still? 

Hi!I use the Success Dashboard a lot in order to track the amount of asked questions and amount of answered questions in given timeframes. We want to keep both numbers as high as possible, of course.In our community, we sometimes convert discussions into questions and vice versa.Here’s my question about how these stats behave for previous months, in case a change is made now:When I convert a question (e.g. from last month) into a discussion, will the number of “questions asked” decrease by 1? Same for vice versa: If I convert a discussion into a question, will the number increase? what happens If I convert an answered question into a discussion? Cheers!Daniele

When dealing with multiple products as we do, we tend to find more topics to moderate from backlogs to current topics.It’s become especially harder to create a smoother workflow when we want to spend time to clear out the existing ones, and do not have the following options:To add tag topics on the overview page: this will help us to quickly move say questions to different sections based on the tags we choose or, close off topics based on particular tags amongst other actions. Previous/Next topic buttons: (this seems to be the most painful) As there’s no preview option, one has to click into a thread to read the content and assess. Should the topic be good to go, navigating to the next topic to continue moderation workflow is broken -- especially when looking to clear off a category’s queue or wanting to add a message to a list of topics, it’s hard to having to go back to the list page each time to go to the next thread (that

Since we have the new Idea module, the new ideas are no longer between recently active. Because of this, there is just less traffic to our idea section. This is a real disadvantage of the new module.

New Relic has a repository and my VP of Engineering thinks there might be a GainSight integration.

Is it possible to capture engement actions (like completion etc) in mobile so that any native action can be plugged?   

Our product displays some information in tables, and we use AG Grid (www.ag-grid.com) to display, filter, sort, rearrange, etc. It would be meaningful to track how users rearrange table columns so we can set the best defaults, and what filters are commonly applied. Does anyone have experience adding telemetry to AG Grid with Gainsight PX?

Hello,  We are using Insided as our community platform, but during adding embed video from Youtube, after publish it went completely broken.  Right now we can not reach any customization tools, even that customize option there, all other icons to add or modify elements are gone.  Is there any solution for this ?

Hello,I am looking for a way for our Users to quickly edit a custom Company dropdown field. I thought the Attributes or Summary section on the C360 was the way to go, but I cannot add Company fields here (only Account and Customer). Any suggestions? On SFDC version.Gainsight support suggested having the User go to Data Operations, but it is not a viable solution to give all Users Admin rights and access to Data Operations.

Share 360 has been upgraded to support rich text. Unfortunately the text wrapping includes random line breaks which must be an error.. When I export the report in Excel it’s formatted perfectly and there are no issues with text wrapping.I’m hoping this report formatting in Share 360 can be fixed since there are no issues in the Excel export.

I would like to solve the issue I’m experiencing of not being able to access our API key. When I click to copy the API key, nothing happens. In Inside’s example in their help guide, I see that the API key is blurry but it is there. Can you please assist?  Happy Thanksgiving!  

I may have done this wrong, but I made some changes recently, changing the primary role of former colleagues to ‘registered user’ thus making sure the only people with back end permissions where the current community team.  These colleagues all have a custom ‘Retired Moderator’ role attached, which I’ve set so that it’s clear their posts were once from company staff. The issue now is that they’re included in the points leaderboard. It seems to be based on primary role, and I can’t find an option in the custom role or rank to exclude members from points.  Anything I’ve missed?
