As the hierarchy for Communities can be:Section Section Category It would be great to improve the Community Category widget by adding the possibility to choose within which section we'd like to feature the enclosed Categories.
It would be amazing if there was a version history for custom pages where you could ‘revert’ back to previous versions. If someone accidentally deletes a section and then publishes the page, there is no way to ‘undo’ the error which can cause a big headache.
Would be great to be able to receive a weekly email with Staircase Usage reports similar to the one we receive for Gainsight so we could better monitor adoption. This would allow us to hone in on power users, drive the sharing of best practices, highlight any features users have found a lot of value in, etc.
The recent introduction of the Product First Seen and Product Last Seen fields is great, but we are lacking the ability to see them on users and leverage them. Idea: Display the list of fields on the individual user view. Allowing us to see if a user has been active in multiple products and when they started/last visited each. Idea: Make the fields available in the API so that we can query and leverage the values.
Can we have the product team recognize that if there is already time entered (via manual entry for the same meeting); the time field is not adjusted during auto-merge? Our TAMs in most cases add prep time into meeting activity, and would be manually logging the meeting entry way before the AI follow Up generates the AI entry. It would be great time-saver if AI honors the duration from the manual entry.
We have a dashboard configured for contact maintenance so our user base can manage their contacts from an entire Book of Business perspective. We would LOVE the ability to “Add Record” for a new person (client contact) on this dashboard (via inline editing report) so they don’t have to go C360 to C360 to add contacts individually. Please consider adding this capability --Add Record via inline editing--to the person object.
Our organization has many users from each of our different clients who submit ideas based on their products with us, who are asking for options to be able to filter the Ideas page beyond just ‘by product’ and ‘by Idea status”. Specifically, if there can be a filter added of ‘my ideas submitted’ to view just those in a similar way a user can look at their topics
Hey folks, I have a query about assigning the right type of license to users automatically. We have our User connector job running from SFDC which creates users in Gainsight. This is mainly to facilitate the use of the Gainsight widget in Salesforce. Ideally I’d like for users that match a certain criteria (could be manager is a certain person, is in a certain user group, or title is one of xyz) they’re assigned a viewer license. Currently, all users in Gainsight created by the connector are being created as Internal Collaborators. In order to use the Gainsight Widget in SFDC, manual intervention is then required to upgrade the license from internal collaborator to viewer. Is it possible to define criteria (either in SFDC or Gainsight) that would assign specific license types to users at the point of creation in Gainsight (over and above the widget app license in SFDC) rather than everyone is Internal Collaborator until it’s manually changed in User Management? Thanks!
We have created several custom Rich Text fields to store an Embedded Link to different Salesforce records for easy access. This functionality works on CTAs, Tasks, and Success Plans but does not work on the new 360 People object. I created a Support case for this issue and was told that this is a known limitation in the new 360 due to on-click edit functionality. Our use case for the on-click functionality on the People view is to mirror the ability to click a link from Gainsight to access the SFDC Contact record that was lost when we upgraded to Gainsight NXT.
My team manages hundreds of groups across multiple categories in Skilljar. Right now, it’s a very manual and tedious process to copy and paste individual group names into a course, learning path, or page’s visibility settings. Could we streamline this by allowing batch copy/paste of group names (Like skilljar tags), or by enabling selection of an entire group category at once? This would save significant time on the backend when publishing content to specific cohorts and allow us to deliver training to customers much faster.
We have a lot of programs that are only sent once, and the deletion process is unwieldy (stopping, then deleting individually) and requires a lengthy, manual cleanup process. My ask:Could we get some sort of “auto-archive x number of days/months” toggle added to dynamic JOs? It would make sense to put it here, but definitely would be something nice to have.Related posts:
Surprised this doesn’t exist already, but could be I was searching for the wrong combo of words. Would like our end-users, when updating via Renewal Centre, to be able to remove text from a picklist field so the field becomes blank once again. Example: Churn Reason, we use this for tracking the reason we are projecting churn. If we’re no longer projecting churn, or it closes at full renewal value then the CSM should be able to go and remove the churn reason, just like they would be able to change to another value if the reason was different.
Associated Work in Customer Goals is a good way to templatize the creation of Success Plans with the use of Goals, however it would be even better if it also directly supported associating Playbooks because you may not need a whole Success Plan to support a Goal, just a couple of key CTAs.
Many of our CSMs have recurring weekly or monthly meetings with clients that have the same attendees, and generally the same agenda, however slightly different notes. It would be very helpful if a CSM could clone a Timeline activity and then personalize it further before saving to timeline.
In Skilljar, when you edit a video asset to add captions, you are not prompted to select a language. SRT files are normally saved with descriptive text about what video they related to “e.g., Course Name - Lesson Title”. In Skilljar, when the viewer enables CC they see the full SRT file name. To make the experience better, we are forced to rename the SRT file to the language so it displays as “English”, for example. Imagine a course with 10 video lessons...this limitation requires us to have 10 files all named English.
I’d like to have a black color added to CSM Sentiment, so I can label a customer as “Will Terminate in the Future”. This will help with reporting and forecasting future churn.
As an Admin… I want to automate specific steps based on the addition or removal of a custom user roleIn order toSave time and steps Eliminate the risk of user error or inconsistencies Build an AI agent or process automationSo that I can ensure a consistent experience for users with that role Example Use Case: Customer churnBulk add of custom role “Churned” Subsequent steps to take for the user’s account or posts might include: Add/remove additional custom roles Ex. Remove “Customer” role Change username (if they used their personal name, for example) Delete avatar Close and/or archive open questions Add moderation tags or label to users’ posts’ Remove votes from existing Ideas (to focus on existing customers, etc)
Because they are not currently supported and there are any number of use cases users may want to address with these tools and that data. Some examples...Query BuilderEmails sent over time by various audience cohorts Emails sent and correlation to other activity dataFunnelSent an email → Clicked a CTA → {Feature Match Event / Other Engagement Event}
There are no dashboard widgets specific to email engagements There are no work arounds with other analytics widgets Email engagements are not supported in Query Builder Email engagements are not supported by Funnel Related:
The entire modern Home is set up to work with the new Company Teams feature EXCEPT for the “People” tab in the portfolio widget, (and I believe the Group Send in the same regard). This only shows Contacts on accounts where you are the “CSM” on Company, which means account teams with multiple people will end up not seeing their contacts for the most part.If I have Company Teams filter set up, please allow everything to work consistently with the same filter
It would be great if we could restrict Cockpit Views to specific functional areas. We have some custom Cockpit Views that are intended useful from the Global cockpit and have no real purpose in the C360 or Success Plan cockpits.Additionally, most of the Global and C360 Cockpit views are irrelevant to the Success Plan Cockpit and vice versa. So we end up having the same long list of cockpit views in all three areas, when it would be far more efficient to designate specific Views for the appropriate Cockpit(s)
Hey, I have awarded a new badge and with that badge comes an invite into an exclusive group. Unfortunately, there’s no ability to select the badge awarding as a trigger to send an automated email invite. Would adding the award badge as a trigger be possible so we don’t have to create a custom role?
We have a large CSA base, and as an admin, it would be helpful to set a default filter for which CTAs should sync to Outlook so they don't have to manually configure this at setup They could simply use the default or set their own filters.
We have the ability to “enable sharing” on Success Plans, CTAs and even sections of a CTA which gives us some control over what users are allowed to share with customers externally (i.e. from Spaces)We need this capability extended to Tasks as well. There are times when there are “internal only” tasks that the customer really doesn’t need to see, but important for the CSM/TAM to have so they can schedule their workload.I don’t know if this means providing Task Types (which could also be useful) or just a flag on the Task itself that, if enabled, ensures the Task remains hidden from sharing.
