Hi there, We utilize the Heatmap to show our Success Plan Items and their categories - we like to send this out to our colleagues by taking an export of the image. However the image is very small 0.7 MP - where the recommended size for emails or ppts is almost 2 MP. I'm not sure if there is much use for a .7MP image - which is basically a screenshot. Is there anyway there could be a secondary option to download a better quality of the image - or perhaps email a better quality.

Currently there is no provision where we can actually remove a field from a data set involving joins unless we first remove an action. It makes us first delete the action, change something in the branches and then again add the action back. If we have an option to remove a field and then easily update the action accordingly it would be really beneficial

There are times a typo is identified in an email template or a minor change is made that does not impact the mapping of the tokens. However, if an email template is modified, you must remap all the tokens in the email for: Email Assists Journey Orchestrator This creates a hinderance when nothing changed with the tokens. Is there a way to make edits without having to remap tokens for each place the template is used?

Hi everyone, It would be great to have the ability to remove in bulk participants from a program. We could either use a CSV file to do so (similar to how Exclusion lists work) or by having access to an object that holds the info and delete the participants by flagging them through a rule. Specific use case: if you're sending 'awareness' or 'data gathering' surveys to 5 or more contacts from a client and you receive an answer from one of them, it would be great to be able to stop sending reminders to the other participants. Wondering if anyone else would find this useful.

With the implimentation of the unified scorecard fact table we are not allowed to build a report to only show the Overall Score and account name. We require that a second score be pulled into the report to show data. It would be nice to be able to build a report with only referencing the overall score, and not need to add another measure.

It would be great if Gainsight had a feature that allowed admins to create and share dashboards that could be displayed on TVs in the office. Within my company, every department has a dashboard that represents daily productivity, usually produced within their own tool (e.g. NewVoiceMedia for our support SLA tracking) or via an extension (Geckoboard). However, it would show great extra value from Gainsight to the rest of the company, including our CEO and exec team, if we were able to do this directly from Gainsight (and this is a commonly asked question in Gainsight surveys- who within your org has visibility of data within or from Gainsight?) Currently, the only workaround appears to be to setup a normal dashboard with maximum ~6 reports and have it setup with chrome extensions allowing auto-refresh. Additional features that would enhance dashboards to allow this (either in the existing dashboard feature or as a new one): -Auto-refresh -More flexibility with chart sizing -Abilit

I would like to know if we can customize the display order field of the stages in the fields of the Company. I want to change the order and display in that order.

The idea came up today in support to not have an end date for the participant sync. Maybe a check box to indicate "no end date"?

I noticed that we can now add number of sessions and average session duration on the dashboard. I'm making a request to push account and user data from PX to SFDC. CC @ciarapeter @mickey

When needing to add fields that a rule can load to, the expectation when you hit the back button after you save is that it will take you to the page the brought you to this section. In actuality, this button takes you back to the landing page for the Rules Engine. By doing this, we introduce at least 3 unneeded clicks for the end user.  Selecting Rule Selecting Step 3 Recreating the action they were building.

Currently we only support Health Scores from Scorecards 1.0 when exported from cockpit. It would nice to be able to see the functionality extended to include Scorecards 2.0 when you export CTAs or Tasks from the cockpit.

Is their any way to stop the scorecard snapshot job from taking a weekly monthly snapshot for churned accounts ? It would be helpful in retaining the point in time score for churned accounts , although we can exclude the churned accounts in habits report but that skews the results for past period when the accounts were active.

We have a field that is multi-select that we'd like to use in the By field which is currently not possible. Would love for that to be an option in the future.

As an admin, I spend a lot of time creating objects and custom fields. As a time-saver for Gainsight objects (and enhancement), it would be AMAZING if we had the option (checkbox) in the object creation UI (field create/edit) that would allow us to permit the field to be loaded to instead of having to navigate to that pesky GEAR in the top right and go through that whole routine. Anyone else with me besides this goldfish???

Use case: Need Launch an engagement using knowledge center bot where the current Url and the target Url are having different paths. Example: Current URL: https://abc.xyz.com/mnop/klm/7/model -- This URL is having two paths after domain "abc.xyz.com" Target URL: https://abc.xyz.com/mnop/7/home -- This URL is having only one path after domain "abc.xyz.com" Since this scenario can't be achieved using $px-auto-resolve with the current design, this can be considered as an enhancement. When searching in timeline events it would be nice to see the keyword used to search highlighted with in timeline activities.

The customer was thinking if we can have a program end date field added so that we can determine when the program has ended/ the last date the program ends for all participants.

Hi, we've built some custome dashboards, and what we realised we're missing the opportunity to "drill down" to audiene level on some graph. E.g., I'd like to analyze an audience that used feature X on day Y- I see on graph that there's 1900 customers that used it, but i cannot drill down to see who they are, but need to create a new "report" on audience segment. This is an extra step, that can easily be solved by ability to open audince from certain graphs on Dashboards. @mickey

On occasion we need to to change the field types in the Zendesk object but cannot because this is a system object. Example: Ticket Id is a Number field so it shows in the UI with a comma, e.g. 60,002 when it should appear as 60002. It's not a true number but is an Id field - except it's set as Number by the system. Can we look at ways to make this more admin-friendly in the future?

PROBLEM We may notice a bump or spike in activity of some kind, but don't have a way to easily show WHY it happened. Maybe the CS team recommended a customer perform some changes, maybe the product team released new capabilities. Would be great to be able to optionally visualize this. SOLUTION Have a free-form "milestones" section that functions much like the Product Mapper (from a hierarchy perspective). These "Modules" are places that people can put milestones (title, short description, date). From within a report, a user can easily enable visualizing a "module" and any milestones below it would show for any date-based charts. Could be a simple flag pole on the chart with a title, and when you hover over it it provides the description. VALUE Easily see exactly WHAT caused the change in adoption, retention, utilization, or any other chart-based graph. See something weird in a graph? We cannot set custom colors for lookup fields in reporting. Will this ever be an option in the future?

Spoke with a customer today who would like to adjust the colors associated with the stages that are on the 360 page. 

We have a few customers that sometimes have to merge accounts and we have the ability to merge everything but milestones at this point. Currently the only way to move milestones is to manually recreate them on the other account and delete them from the original. This is very time consuming. We would like the ability to be able to reparent milestones.

A CSM wants to be able to associate a Contact to the CTA and have that same Contact populate on all the Tasks automatically. Is that possibility or is the only option to have to manually populate the contact on each task?
