Since Gsnaps need an expiration date to create, it would be FANTASTIC to have a notification sent to Admins or the Gsnap creator at least 1-2 weeks before it expires. This way, if the gsnap is being used for outreaches, Admins have enough time to record and replace the video/content in the outreach. Also - this should be an optional feature. There should be a check box when setting up the expiration date that says: "Notify admins before Gsnap expires?" Checking the box would send the notification out accordingly.

Would like to have the ability to configure and share out the Success Plan Gantt chart in a consolidated view so customers do not see the task details

We have a few different teams in our organization that all use Timeline in Gainsight. We have added a picklist type field to help us define the activity sub-type. The problem is that the picklist has grown large, due to all of the different teams and use cases. We would love a way to dynamically filter a picklist field on Timeline based on the logged in user, profile, role, etc.

When an S3 job is a "Partial Success" because X number of records failed, the email is coming through as "Data Load Successful" I reported this issue, and L2 support came back and said "this would be an enhancement request as it is working per design as the job overall started and finished." This should be considered a bug, because not all Data was Loaded Successfully and now I have to go look at all my S3 jobs that were "successful" to determine whether or not it was actually a "Partial Success" EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. The email should indicate that there was a Partial Success, so that I will be notified when there is something that didn't process successfully, without having to go check it every day. And frankly, this should not be Partial Success it should be Partial Failure, because in what universe is a failure to load even one record a Success??

Its better if picklist uses a “sticky memory” kind of functionality which would always shows the last instance you had selected to keep you from having to constantly change it. The attached screenshot always displays the instance that only has X number of licensed users, but their larger subscription is in the 2nd instance which you have to always select from the picklist and then click the “Apply” button in order to see. Please make that pick list “remember” the user’s last selection so that it could display that same choice for all future inquiries.

Currently, the eyeball icon in C360 section reports only appears if those reports are using a SFDC object to link back to SFDC. I have a business need to have this for reports using MDA data.

We are starting to use Bionic Rules to help generate reports in the S3 bucket that are otherwise cumbersome to create (i.e. multiple joins and formulas). When doing this, we need to create a 'dummy' action so that the rule can run. However, this opens up some risk in that the dummy action will actually update or create records. We would love to have an option to add an action that does nothing allowing us to run the rule without the risk of updates. 

I have a customer that would like to be able to use the same data that is in one tenant ID to two separate sandbox orgs.  Currently we can do 1 after a refresh but they are wanting to refresh two sandboxes and tie the data from 1 of the tenants to both of them. Example: clone a tenant id(and data) and map to another org.

I have a customer that is running into a limitation with reports and colors associated with those reports. The customer has two reports on one dashboard that are using the same "By" Fields in the report. By using the same logic in the report, the customer expects that "account name" will be the same color for the same customer in the report (i.e. ABC company shows up red in both report, XYZ company shows up as blue in both reports).  It is my understanding that we now have the ability to be able to custom color these, however, he can't custom map thousands of customers to custom colors for reporting. Are there any alternatives/workarounds? If not can we take that as an enhancement request?  I have a screenshot which I can share privately, I don't want to post publicly because I (obviously) cannot redact the "Account Name" from my screenshot. 

Whenever we include fields which have URL's  in the Report builder, they are NOT clickable. It would be nice to support a clickable URLs within report builder. The URL's should appear as hyperlinks and when clicked should take us to the respective page.

We've got an issue that probably most customers have or will run into at some point.   When we get S3 uploads and it's updated or new data records, S3 insert/upsert works just fine. But if there is an absence of data that was previously uploaded to S3, there's no way to clear those records. Would be incredibly helpful to have a "delete all" option to delete all the records in an MDA table before S3 upload job processes so that we can insert the entire fresh export of data. Has anyone else found a way to get around this issue?

Posting on Behalf of a Customer. In an active advanced outreach a User can remove a participant manually to knock them off the outreach. However, main issue, if there is a need to add a knock-off back into the AO there isn't an option from the UI. An option to in the future to do this would greatly increase the AO user experience.  As a use case example, if a user was accidentally marked knocked off in AO it would make sense one wants to add them back in, especially if unique criteria is once in a lifetime. Yes, you could possibly modify the uniqueness criteria to bring in knock -offs. However, it doesn't make sense to do so when there are already several legitimate knock-offs on the list.

Can we have the ability to customize the view of the data anomalies page meaning have the ability to add fields other than MRR, ASV etc?

While on-site with Micro Focus they requested the ability to be able to link a risk to a specific Opportunity

I have a customer who would like to save partial survey responses if the user leaves the page before finishing the Survey.

It would be nice to have the ability to remove a recipient manually from a powerlist.

Hey There, Customer needs an option to override the report filter in the dashboard for every user. Currently we make use of lock button which will be available in the report filter. If you lock the filter it will be applicable to all users viewing the report in the dashboard and not able to make any changes to that report filter in the Dashboard home page.  But we do want the users to have the flexibility to make changes but as an admin I should be able to override their changes whenever required. This could be simply adding a new filter for all.

I've got an AO using the Customer Satisfaction Survey model. I don't want to send an escalation email to CSMs (because that is what CTAs are for), but I do want to send them a CTA instead. I've added a Create CTA after the Respno, but there's no way to put a Conditional wait on that, so I think the way it's set up, it will wait until the participant hasn't responded after 30 days, send a CTA to the CSM, and then immediately end the outreach. I can create a conditional wait after Respyes, but not after Respno? I think this is possible if I use the Email Chain model, but that doesn't allow me to put a survey question in the email itself, and I'm not sure that allows me to use an Associated Object either.  Is there anything in the works to allow more customization of the survey-related Program models?

We are re-launching Gainsight and I am having my CSMs work out of one primary dashboard. We have it setup with their daily functions that used to do in Salesforce, with the perks of Gainsight. One thing that I cannot figure out how to do is add the "Action" column when in a dashboard. They all seem to love the C360 option to preview, edit, and add. How can this be added?

While working with HPE, we came across the need to improve the email notifications capabilities at the Relationship level.  Specifically:  Currently, there is no option to "follow" a customer at the Relationship level. Thus all email notifications "for the customer I'm following" can't be used at the Relationship level For auto-subscribe, there is no option to auto-subscribe users for email alerts based on fields (e.g. CSM) on the Relationship object. Therefore, for org.s that manage their workflow at the Relationship level, there is no way to auto subscribe users to email alertsIs better supporting email alerts at the Relationship level on the roadmap? If so, is there an ETA?  Thank you! Nadav

Sometimes it's nice to communicate an easy url to your customers. Like http://www.company.com/business. Unfortunately Insided creates urls like http://www.company.com/business-786. Idea: a way to easily change the url of a category. (as you can see I've added some ideas which in my opinion are the basics of the backend of a community platform, this is one of them)

At this moment I can't: change a topic to an article let an employee create an article (without messing with user rights) I would like to be able to do both.

In the backend you can choose a color for a button. I'd like to upload a gif, so I can apply to the branding guidelines.

If you add a poll, it will be added at the bottom of the post. I would like to have the possibility to change the location of the poll.

Because we were having this problem we opted to go ahead and edit the default tabs for the Gainsight app to display the tabs we want displayed. Now with the changes to those default tabs, i.e. Copilot being renamed to Journey Orchestrator, what should I expect when this gets rolled into Production?  Would just the Copilot tab name be changed to Journey Orchestrator and everything else stays the same?  Or will it set the Gainsight default tabs back to the Gainsight default without our modifications?
