Currently when you build reports off of the case object and you summarize by Date and filter for last 90 days the report reflects the Fiscal Year settings in SFDC.  We would like to see the option to filter more granular (IE Fiscal Day, Calendar Day, Business Days), and have the option to select Fiscal Settings in SFDC or an option for Month.  

We would like to see the option when creating a Scorecard Mass edit report to show ascending and descending order of Overall Score. Use case is we would like to have a dashboard that shows all red scores first, but still have the option to view other scores within this report.  So we would like to see RED first, then YELLOW, then GREEN.

Currently when setting "Once in a lifetime" in Outreaches, the logic enforces uniqueness across Email Address + Account Id.  This is the desired behavior for most of our use cases but we do have some user cases where we want to send to a contact only once on Email Address only.  So if that Outreach went to send for a different Account Id it wouldn't because it already sent that Outreach to that email address for a different Account Id. Below are a couple example use cases: Use Case #1: Once in a Lifetime Partner communications - We have communications that we want to send to partners only the first time that they hit a process with one of their channel deals.  So for example we would introduce them to the Renewal Process when their first channel comes up for renewal.  We have partners that manage dozens of channels so we are not able to implement this with Gainsight without getting creative like adding a field to note that we have sent a specific email to them. U

Since upgrading the demo orgs to Scorecards 2.0 I feel like the scorecard UI is not as aesthetically pleasing as scorecards 1.0. It is good to have the more informative trends for each scorecard component but I think it is the harsh colour pallet of red / amber / green that make this screen not so nice to look at. I have attached a comparison between the two and believe that we could optimise the colours used but am keen to see what others think.

I use manually created CTAs as a way to help me manage reminders and tasks that must take place for my high volume of customers on an ongoing basis (i.e. monthly) however it is becoming very frustrating that after I create the CTA, I am not able to make any edits to it, specifically the frequency details of the recurrence. As a workaround, I need to ask our Gainsight Admin to delete the entire CTA and manually create a new one. It would be extremely helpful to my workflow if I had the capability to simply edit the details of a CTA rather than request for it be deleted and create a new one.

Having the ability to create multiple layouts based on customer criteria is certainly nice.  Would like to see this expanded to fields (ex. if X =Y, then display this field on C/R360 Layout) without having to create an entire separate layout in order to decide whether to display certain fields that may vary on that layout.

As a Gainsight Admin I would like to make changes to existing AO so that a small change to a template or participant criteria does not mess the statistics of the emails being sent.

Hi All, There is one requirement that I have got from one of our customer, I checked internally but seems like this isn't possible with current functionality in place. Here is the requirement, let me know if it's possible--- One of our CSM managers wants to have a pop-up appear when someone changes  a health score. He wants the pop-up to ask: Reason (dropped-down list)  - New executive sponsor  - Pricing  - Product issues  - RFP (Request for Proposal)  - Other  Action Taken (text. Limit to 20 characters)  Not sure if that's possible. He's not interested in a CTA because that's  another step that his team would have to go into and they might forget to  do it.  Is it possible to add these two fields to the scorecard section so they  would all be together?

I have super users asking for an option to remove subscribers. They would like to keep the list of subscribers clean.

When updating the playbook due dates on a success plan after the playbook has already been created the "skip weekend if due on a weekend" option is being ignored when updating. Unfortunately this functionality "skip weekend if due on a weekend" is only applying itself when creating or applying the playbook.

In some recent troubleshooting we've discovered that Email Assist tasks do not respect default token values. For example, if I have a token in my email template for "Phone Number" with a default value of "867-5309" to display when there is not currently a value in the phone number field, this works in Advanced Outreaches, but not in Email Assist tasks. It's been explained to me that this is currently working as designed. Is there any plan to allow default token values to be used in Email Assist tasks in the future? Thanks

Ability to customize Account Name with addition of other SF-based Account fields [Context ID] should be in the banner at the top of the C-360 pages

I have a customer syncing Timeline Activities to Salesforce and we just recently made the field Activity End Date a default field. However this field CANNOT be a negative value otherwise it will not sync to Salesforce.  Examples: 3 activities were created;  Activity Date for all of them 1:00PM Central Activity End Dates of 1:00PM & 12:59PM.  The 1:00PM synced, the 12:59PM didn't, just confirming that functionality there.  This is working as designed but the customer brought up a great point in that it leaves a lot of room for error. The Activity Date is auto-populated for the point in time of when you click "Log a Meeting". Activity End Date field doesn't auto-populate, and they will manually enter that information. So consider the following scenario: - I had an onsite meeting at 1PM yesterday with a customer and travelled home overnight.  - I go to log my Activity today and click "Log a Meeting"  - The Activity date auto-populates to today at 8:0

I have noticed a lot of customers are unaware that when using a power list in an advanced outreach, the participant sync won't refresh the power list when "Refresh before outreach execution" is selected in the power list. Can we add a note that explains this is not applicable to Advanced outreaches? Or give the option in the participant sync to do this?

The Success Criteria section of the Success Plan Objective CTA is a key field utilized by our CSMs.  However, trying to add, edit, and view this text in the UI is cumbersome for the CSMs.  They end up typing up what they need and copying and pasting into the field.  And, there is no ability to apply formatting.  They have to export and adjust to make sure it is presentable to the customer.  The view is exactly the same when sharing the success plan.  Is there a way to the view for the text in this field of similar size/functionality Description section of the Success Plan?

Could we add two additional filters to the new rules engine filtering? - Add a true-false filter for 'is scheduled'  - When the filter for Set Score 2.0 is enabled, could we allow the user to select what measure is set? GonG has almost 100 Set Score rules and it is very hard to find what rules are setting specific measures. Thanks!

I have a request for enhancement coming out of the rolling out Scorecards 2.0 deployment.  Scorecards Overview [list] We’ve created a multi variation to our Scorecards based on the “Production Status” (attribute on GS Relationship object) of our accounts. [list] 2 Scorecards [list] Scorecard 1: Focuses on onboarding metrics such as training, downloading software and adds a higher weight on things you would expect to occur pre-production. Many of the metrics in the pre-production state carry over into the post-production scorecard Scorecard 2: Removes the focus on training and downloads and put a higher weight on metrics we associate with customers after they’ve reach "Production State". I can certainly understand that showing user photos next to their Timeline entries in the Chrome Plugin is not the most critical feature before pushing out this beta release 🙂 However, I'd love for it to show photos instead of their initials, since that's what they're used to seeing elsewhere.

I have a customer that uses the Report Builder tool outside of Gainsight to put in her presentations at work. Report builder works as it should. (confirmed with L2).  The part in question is "show data points", it only shows above a certain threshold depending on the data in the report.  In the image you can see that Show Data Points is "ON" but data only shows at certain points. Can you make it to where all data points show?  Use case: I want to screen shot the image and put it in a powerpoint to show the data over time in an image. In a screenshot you wont be able to "hover" to view the data. 

(cross-posted to Rules Engine and Data Platform) Having some trouble with outputting long text fields to S3 for automated pickup and ingest by Cisco.  Because these fields have line breaks in them, CSVs get jumbled - and tab delimited can get broken up by tabs in the formatted text being exported. Any thoughts on making this easier? How to integration apps handle moving formatted text?  At the least, offering a pipe or other delimiter not usually found in formatted text?  Or adding a function to remove line breaks when exporting a delimited file? Definitely interested in both solutions on our roadmap, and potential short-term workarounds.  Cisco will probably start to escalate this soon as it is blocking a clean, automated flow of info back to their data warehouse, so if we can avoid that with a good suggestion or coming enhancement, I'd be a fan! This will be a common use case for Enterprise customers - I know there are multiple customers, including Cisco,

It will be great if there is any functionality which will allow a user to click a button and have all the manual scorecard elements for that given customer updated (keeping the score the same). As they want to eliminate manually entering the elements as there are n accounts with CSM and they need to click n accounts * number of elements, which requires numerous clicks. So, it will be good there will be a Common Button which will renew the current score with One Click. Let me know if you need more information.

Depending on what a user is creating the CTA a for - there are times that we also want the comments section that they fill out to also appear on the Timeline.  Right now, they have to create the CTA and then go to the Timeline section to create the 'activity' for that particular CTA...so it appears on the Timeline. It would be nice if while filling out the CTA there was an option to also post to the Timeline. Thank you for your time and feedback.

[i]Right now if a CSM creates a CTA from the Cockpit, they have to type out the full Customer Account Name.  Ideally, we would prefer to type out Customer Account Number.  However, even if we can change the search style from 'customer search starts with' to 'customer search contains' would be a win!

In the Usage section of the 360 the screen defaults to Adoption.  It would be great if you could choose which tab is the default.  We would prefer to default to Milestones instead of Adoption.  In addition, Milestones should be allowed to sort by newest to oldest vs. the default of oldest to newest.  This could be a very useful screen for sales, mgmt. or execs to view the account history/status.

I pulled up my Rules List today, and was confused about why it was empty. It turns out that I had filtered yesterday on the names of the Rules, and that filter was [i]still there. I love that, while I'm actively working, I can leave and come back to the Rules page and the filtering would stick around. However, when my brain has completely left that workflow, and I come back to the Rules List, I expect the filtering to be blank. I think the same thing goes for the new advanced filtering in Rules List. Can there be some sort of expiration? For what it's worth, I [i]don't feel the same way about the "Active"/"Inactive" checkboxes. Can't explain why. But I generally do not want to see Inactive rules, so I like being able to leave that unchecked.
