Please prevent end-users from modifying objective scorecard measures.  These should only update when the underlying data changes, and not by an end-user.

We would love to be able to add a widget to Advanced Outreach reminder emails that contain a counter to when the survey closes.  Essentially, the AO currently allows us to do the reminder email at set intervals/repetitions with the same template (I know the AO has been expanded to allow us to add more emails, etc, but still).  Having something we can insert with a countdown would make that repeated email relevant each time it's sent. 

Just like you can in the user side c360 I would like to see the shared c360s have the same ability to check a box to see the child account information in charts, etc. 

When my task doesn't find the file I get a error that doesn't let me troubleshoot on my own. Can we make it to say file not found? Ensure directory and file name are accurate? For those curious of what a working one looks like, below image is for a file placed into the input folder of my dev's provisioned S3 bucket.

For background, we run a series of one-time Advanced Outreaches, one after the other. We have contacts that may be attached to multiple types of accounts, which we define in our Power Lists. Essentially, we don't want to send the same customer multiple NPS surveys because they're on multiple accounts in different segments (Power Lists). Currently, the best way to exclude contacts from an Advanced Outreach is to manually put in a CSV of contacts we've already reached out to in the previous AOs in the series.  It would be awesome if we could select another Advanced Outreach as a list of contacts to exclude from the current AO.

With the number of standard and system objects rapidly increasing with monthly releases, it would be helpful to have a description for each of those objects. As you know, these objects are not editable, and therefore, we are not able to edit the description ourselves.  Per my personal perspective, done right, the description should help users understand which objects they might be able to find the data they are looking for. In addition, from an Administrator perspective, one should be able to read the description to quickly understand the difference between the system/standard objects and what is the purpose that each of them serve.

I created a new demo org and had the option on some reports to export the report to email. After clicking the export icon (attached) it did not give confirmation of doing so. This runs the risk of a user exporting multiple times without knowing the report has been sent.  Can we add a confirmation pop up to confirm that the report should be exported?

I am adding more and more reports to my different Layouts and found that if there is a small amount of data displayed, the container does not resize causing a fair amount of wasted white space. There should not be a minimum size for these containers and it should resize to reduce white space on the page.

Would be great to add Data Spaces reports to the C360.  Is this a feature enhancement coming soon to this awesome new feature? Case in point: have created a data space for a Team related to my custom object.  However, I can't show a report I built on that data space on the c360.

At support, we often get requests to reset password in the control environment and I believe reseting password can be easier and faster. There should be a password request feature available for the control as well. This will make it easier for moderators and community managers to quickly access control if they have forgotten their password instead of having to first email inSided support.

Hello, We asked to inSided to have a fixed menu that you could see anywhere on the website. For the moment, it disappears when you scroll which is not very user-friendly 🙂 Here is a use case that prooves that it's not very convenient for our users : it will take hours for an user that has a long conversation in private message to get back on top and find the menu. I know CTRL + Page Up, but it's only a workaround. What do you think ? 🤔🤔 FYI - This idea is related to "Improve menu".

Hi guys, Here is my very first idea on inSpired! Please VOTE massively 😀 I think we can all agree to say that menu on Branded Template is way better that before (inexistant). However, we do think that it could be improved! Here are some examples of great menus that facilitate user's navigation through a website. Hi Team, At the moment, it doesn't appear that Gainsight has a native tool which allows you to connect to an S3 bucket and upload files. I know that there are two tools (Cyberduck and an independent Chrome Extension). Several times in dealing with customers, they have run into issues with these tools. Support doesn't have the ability to troubleshoot and/or fix any issues with these third party tools.  The ask is that Gainsight creates an interface/tool which is owned and supported by Gainsight which allows users to leverage our S3 capabilities without needed a third party tool for manual access into the bucket. 

It would be great if we could have email / text message post to Timeline.

Can I adjust the size of the report image in a copilot email? We are sending out a usage email to our clients that should include the 15 users who have logged in the most. As you can see in the image below, the report has all the data points on the chart, but we can only see 8 of the 15 labels because the image is too small. I can't find any option that allows me to increase the size of the image so it can display all data labels. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

I have a customer that would like to be able to either add or have certain fields included in flattened surveys are that come from surveys sent via copilot. They want to be able to see the "sent from email" and "sent from name" so they can filter data based on that.  Either being able to add those fields or have them included. 

In a Bionic Rule, I want to concatenate a CTA Name with a Task Name. However, the ideal result is not: "CTA NameTask Name" I want: "CTA Name: Task Name" However, it seems that I can't create a formula of: concat( Call to Action Name, ": ", Task Name )

It doesn't appear there is a branch back to the dashboard list when you are editing a dashboard. You can use the back arrow, but would be nice like report builder to have a link back to the repository. 

I understand that typically we are unable to delete system generated items from Gainsight, but I'm wondering if there's possibility for any leeway when it comes to Timeline Activity Types? The reason I ask is because some users don't necessarily want to use the system generated Types, yet without the ability to delete them it creates a good bit of clutter and room for error. Any thoughts on whether or not we might be able to make these items deletable? Thanks

Running into a scenario today where I'm counting the number of certain types of activities, and it would be helpful if that displayed for me.  So, what I'm thinking is maybe just a little line at the bottom of the page that says Displaying Total Number, and then, when you filter, changing to show Displaying X Number out of Total Number.  (Kind of like how that works in Excel) I can run a report since I'm the Admin, but our CSMs don't have the reporting option, so would be great to have that display.

Our senior leadership keeps close tabs on NPS surveys we send out, and would like to use a one-stop shop for an overview. The NPS tab is close, but there's one key piece missing: the CTAs created from the survey and what's being done about them. I understand that I can create reports/dashboards for this, but that lacks the visuals of the NPS tab and ability to drill down into the individual responses. Would it be possible to add (or allow us to add)  essentially another column to the Promoters/Passives/Detractors report that shows the CTA (if one was created) as well as the most recent comment. That way, everyone can see in one glance what's being done about each CTA. Another idea would be to allow us to add the individual widgets from the NPS section to a custom dashboard. However, the above would be better. Currently, we're having to flatten the results of the survey and export to a Google doc every morning, then manually updat

It would be a nice feature to be able to export this view.  Right now we do not allow for this and if the report is exported no information is provided.

We're working with clients who have large numbers of individual users. In order to provide better insight into what those users are doing, I would like to set up a monthly update email that includes the full user list and data, in addition to summary charts. For some clients, this data is directly tied to their invoicing, so it's important to have a scalable way to deliver it. I'd like to be able to attach a CSV file to a copilot email. The report itself is easy to produce in Reports 2.0 and the CSMs can download it from the 360 page. But as we scale that will become more and more difficult to continue doing.

We have a lot of different products that we are separating out through the relationship feature. It would be great if we could use the relationship scorecards in the rules engine to help influence a measure in the overall Account Scorecard. This way we could have each product influence the overall scorecard to make a more accurate view of the customer's health.
