Instead of creating a heat map according to every cell in the table - it would be great to have ability of switching heat map on per-row basis. A customer I'm working with asked about the most valuable aspects of Gainsight for use by a high-touch CSM (for this example let's say less than 10 customers).  Do you agree with the list below?  Anything you'd add that your higher touch CSMs use in Gainsight to drive the best customer experience? The behavior of drag and drop a filed vs. click to add a field is different in Data Spaces than it is in Rules and Reports. Would be good to standardize on one. Sometimes if the scroll bar appears in the field selection it can impede the ability to click to add a field Would be helpful to have 'Collapse all' and 'Expand all' options Need some method to display the Data Space filters when it's being used on Rules and in Reports - otherwise the results are really confusing

When in the Cockpit, it would be great if when you hovered over a customer name there was a pop up with info the admin specifies to show up for customers.  Similar to SFDC pop up summaries when hovering over an account.  CSMs can click into a customer to get to the c360, but it would be nice if there was some information that popped up about the customer in order to give them relevant information and keep them in the cockpit.   A specific need is related look up fields for other internal employees.  When a CSM gets a CTA but might want to assign a task to another employee they have to go back to the SFDC account page to find out who the employee is as we do not have room for all account fields on the C360.

Currently when using the Summarize by Quarter feature in Report Builder, only 5 quarters will be shown within the report. This view could be improved by showing an expanded amount of quarters to give a wider view of the data present.

For use cases where a report needs to compare data from a historical time period AND where the time period is dynamic.  For example: I want to compare the number of 'at risk' customers currently to how many there were 90 days ago.  Currently I can manually set the custom date filter, but if I want the report to be dynamic, I cannot do this. If there was an option to set a date filter for "[i]N number of weeks/months ago" this could dynamically pull a look back to a specific week or month in time.

Is there a way (without having to create Rules) to have specific "Milestones" created from specific CTAs log with specific Milestone Names in the C360 Customer History? E.G. For the "Auto CTA: Q3 2016 QBR" if a CSM marks it closed success clicks on the icon to log a Milestone, can it auto map to "Milestone" in the C360 Customer History instead of saying "Event Created"

I was surprised to see we don't have report assets on sponsor tracking (the one we do have is really just pulling contact info based on roles across all accounts). Maybe these are already planned, but it seems like it would be helpful to have a few basic ST reports in Vault. See this article for ideas.

When viewing CTAs in the Cockpit, is it or would it be possible to add column headers ?

  Use Case:  - Our CSMs manually change each scorecard measure for their customers. Upon a change from N/A / Green to Yellow or Red, a CTA will be fired off for that specific measure with the applicable playbook.  - We are using the Priority field to identify a Yellow (Medium priority) or Red (High priority) score. - If a score changes from Yellow to Red (or vice-versa) and an open CTA already exists for that scorecard, the rule will update the current CTA.   Current Process: - The update will only change the Priority if the new Priority is higher. When you use the Calendar view of Cockpit, [i]overdue CTAs do not currently appear in the Day view. This can potentially allow a user to lose sight of them, if Calendar by Day is their view of choice. It would be ideal if any overdue CTA (or CTA with overdue Tasks) would populate on the current day, since it is technically still due. 

My CSMs have manual CTAs that they would like to schedule quarterly.  They are unique enough that I would not create a rule for them.  Currently, they get around this by setting the manual CTA to reoccur every 91 days.  However, it would be great to have a quarterly option built into the recurring manual CTA feature. 

I have had quite a few customers give me the following use case as an enhancement for Account Scorecard 2.0.  Use Case: Customer has a natural lifecycle with their customers around certain things like usage data and support tickets. For example, usage data for an app development company might be very low in the beginning as they are building out the app, but that naturally rises as they roll the apps out. Support tickets are the primary indicator of health in that stage. As usage data naturally rises, things like # of support cases becomes less of an indicator overall health.  Ask: The customer would like to be able to weight the scorecard based on (for example) something like Stage. This would allow them to be able to track the things that are important about their customers, but at the right time they need to track it.  Shoot me a note with any questions about this.

It would be great if we could view tabular reports in a summary format just like Salesforce and be able to group the data i.e. group by account to see all cases associated with each account and then when I click on the Last modified date to filter by most recent I still see my data grouped by accounts and all jumbled because it is giving me the most recent regardless of account name.

It would be nice to be able to create the body of an email directly from within the Rules Engine Setup Action screen, without having to create an actual template in JO.My use case here is to be able to send email notifications to our CSOps team whenever  particular conditions exist, i.e. an account has gone into Boarding status without certain key fields populated.   These would simply be backend notifications for the CSOps team and don't necessarily require being formatted a certain way in an HTML template.I see this working in a similar capacity to Email Tasks in Cockpit (except without the pre-defined template), where I receive a pop-up window where I can enter text for the email. 

I need to be able to create segmented lists (customer lists and scorecard views) based on certain criteria.  To do this I need the ability to filter our where the value is null/not null, as I can in Reports 2.0.  Currently I do not see the option to do this for UI views.  Any ideas how I can achieve this? 

From the Gainsight Dashboards, we pull reports on various non-GS objects.  For example, I have a report of all open cases filtered by CSM.  It would be nice to be able to click to that Case record right from the report rather than going into the 360 page and clicking on the action icon.  Having the "Action" that is available from reports on the 360 available on the reports in dashboard would be IDEAL. 

It would be great if sorting (by date for example) was allowed in reports created in the UI.  We have to create some of our reports that are used on the Customer 360 via the UI so that there is a link to open that exact record (activities for example).  It would be great if we were able to sort the UI view so that it automatically showed newest on top, just like how Salesforce Related Lists work.  

Co-Pilot will be used in our organization by Admins and individual account managers.  We want to create "Rules of Engagement" that cover standard operating processes.  Has anyone done this?

I have more and more customers who are utilizing the Account Widget.  They love the functionality, however one feature that seems to be missing is the ability to display MDA-sourced reports on the Account Widget.  As more and more customers push data to MDA, I think this would be a great feature to have. Is this something that has been considered or potentially is on the roadmap already?  Could you also explain the current limitation behind this? Thanks!
