When you want to notify users about the fault situation, you want to use certain color (usually red). And when you want to notify them about the new raffle the topic banner color is different.You can change the color of the banner but you have to do it individually, depenging the use case you have at time. Each and every time.I wish we can add least two topic banners to the page template:Topic banner: warnings Topic banner: other situationsAnd I wish we can define color for the both banners individually. And next time when we want to notify users, what ever the situation is, we can choose the correct topic banner to use. 

It seems that there is a field on the Playbook object called "Used Count" that was part of a planned feature that was never fully implemented. A customer brought this field up to me and we have discovered that it is completely unused as of right now, however we definitely see the usability of what we believe this field should have been. One piece of feedback that the customer provided would be to review if they were 'used' as part of an automated CTA vs. a manually created one. That would help determine if some are valuable for the team even when they aren't based off of a trigger. My question here is, is this field/feature set for completion in any future releases?  And if not, can we get it back on the drawing board?

There's a lot of free space on the screen.Or at least make it fully visible when hovering over it when the options are displayed? I like how inSided is simple and sleek but I wish that if someone edit the post there should be trace visible.What: I wish that next to timestamp, if the post is edited there is nickname mentioned who edited the post and whenWhy this is important:It is polite to tell the author that we have edited your post. With this feature we also avoid confusing situations  User or users can easily see that the post is edited, when and by who  Moderators or admins doesnt have to write manually to the post that they edited the post During the time we can (try) teach users, to avoid certain things or so

Enabling end-users to see their pending postsuse case: When pending posts need altering the end-user will be able to see adjustments made by a moderator and adjust accordingly moderators would then be able to do something like this so users see exactly what needs fixing. right now such a system does not exist and makes life tough for moderators and submitters alike.

Hi Team,Client ( Trackunit‍ ) has a use case where they are looking for the ability to log  email to timeline via GS assist for Inactive Company.But with existing product behaviour we can log activities to timeline for Inactive Company/Relationship through timeline UI only.The inactive Company/Relationship records are not reflecting in GS assist UI due to which client is not able to log activities to timeline.

It would be great if there was the ability to add additional metrics to the hover window that appears for charts.Example: CSMs want to view a chart that shows the total MRR for Accounts based on Red/Yellow/Green Health bands and understand the number of accounts that make up each band.In this example, the hover window would show the total MRR that makes up each bar as the primary data point, but we are unable to show a summary of how many accounts make up the band as well. In order to show this data, the Count of Account would need to be brought in, but this changes the visualization. It would be ideal if there was the ability to enhance what summary information is shown in the hover window instead.

We have surveys being sent via JO - we have the analytics of Survey and JO in respective modules but can we use them in dashboards for our executive view. How can we achieve this. If not We should have the option this to Import this to Existing Report builder so that we can use the reports in dashboards.?

Currently, we can use such filtering option as “First Day of Current Month” or “First Day of Current Quarter” in the Rules Engine, however nothing similar to “First Day of Current Year”.This makes it difficult to setup rules for things like healthscore based on year-to-date revenue, and many other situations where you would want to use a calendar year. The current workaround is to use a “Custom” date, however that means it needs to be manually changed each year, which brings its own set of challenges.This has been previously addressed here before: Add First Day Current Year and Last Day Current Year as Filter Options in Rules | Gainsight Community

The admin configures the section that will show up in the plan info and other sections in Success plan When we share a plan with the customer, unless we hit preview It would be great to show in the Success Plan itself by color coding which sections are external and which ones are internal.

Our instance of Salesforce has dozens of different object types underneath User and Account. Having to choose one for each means that we are not able to pull data from different object types and have to rely on Salesforce Admins moving or copying data to the object type. Outside of push back from Salesforce Admins who don’t have the time and prefer not do the work, it really limits us in what we can do with attributes with the integration.

Hey Gainsight teamLove the new 360 functionality to created groupable attribute sections! Now that I have added 5 groups, I noticed it would be nice to have a ‘table of contents’ or ‘bookmark’ where you could click to quickly scroll to the section you wanted. 

Hi,It would be a huge timesaver if we had a View As function (similar to over on Dashboard Builder) in Sharing Groups so we can easily identify each group that a particular user is in. Now, we have to go into each of our groups and look at them one by one to see where a user resides. In this enhancement, you would be able to search for a User, once the user is selected, all Sharing Groups would be shown in the filtered list. See image below. 

I have a Client Success Manager that has left some good feedback about the updated email preview. Could this be considered for future changes to the feature? “When I'm previewing an email to send it 1. cuts off the message and there is no way to expand the window to see the entire thing and 2. it does not show CC recipients in the email recipient area (I have a person cc'ed here cause GS doesn't let you put more than one person in the To line, so I must cc them).  

I’d like to have the ability to invert the axis for bar and column charts when all values are negative. My use case is seeing negative currency values (churn/contraction) and wanting to have the chart read from left to right or bottom to top rather than the current setting for right to left. This would help visually align with how most other charts are displayed and I think is easier for end-users to read.

After discussing with the Support team on a Zoom call today, it looks like the historical attribute tracking only counts users and accounts for who the attribute in question was ever CHANGED in the given time frame. I'm hoping the Product team will invest further into this feature to return the answer to this simple question:"Give me the MAU for the accounts that were Active=TRUE in the month of September 2022."Right now it only answers this question:"Give me the MAU for the accounts that were CHANGED to Active=TRUE sometime in September 2022." In the screenshot below, the numbers are DRAMATICALLY lower than they should be because the query only returns MAU for Accounts that BECAME Active=TRUE in the last 6-month range. 

HI Team,Posting these 2 ideas on behalf of a customer, Please review and update here if these can be included in our road map.Currently our scheduled job runs by taking the last job run datestamp as the start date and the scheduled date as the end date. So here according to their use case it would be great if we use the last loaded date time for the particular field as the start date in the next schedule run because at the time of data run they have 1 hr of data missing which will be loaded into their snowflake later. As of now we have suggested them to create one system generated datetime field in their snowflake instance which can be used as a last modified timestamp.  Is there a possibility to introduce all data sync as a scheduled run ? We can sync to discuss on this further. 

We have created a custom ‘New CSM’ field in order to tokenize intro emails during CSM transitions. We’re able to add this field to the custom cockpit view where managers facilitate these transitions BUT they have to click into each CTAs detail screen to actually update it. Being able to inline end this field (just like we can with the Owner field) would be a huge time saver for a very important process.

Hi Team,Currently we don’t have the audit fields (eg: Created By, Modified By) for Case org Mapper object as a result is is difficult to track the changes details ( when records are getting created /updated and by whom). 

One of the biggest uses for our Viewer licenses is their ability to add activity into the timeline for visibility to all teams, specifically emails and call notes. I’ve found the Calendar Widget on the Timeline section of the Home page to be a really great way to quickly log call notes to the Timeline! I would love it if this particular functionality could be added to Viewer licenses as well, since they are also heavy users of the Timeline section in particular.

When a Connector job fails, the Comments column in the Activities section of Connectors isn’t shown in the email notification that is sent.This makes it difficult to identify the cause of a failure and requires us to open a support ticket which is often a waste of time for us and your colleagues in support.It’s simple for us to check the Comments field when it was a recent failure, but when the job fails overnight, we don’t have access to this information in Gainsight.Please add this information to failure notification emails.e.g.  I appreciate that the example comment in this case still isn’t particularly useful, but other times it is and provides more context to the failure than no information at all.

Hi All, We have noticed that emails are opened but the same is not getting captured everytime in the Gainsight analytics. This is a concern as this is one of the success metrics for us and the nos. are incorrect. Please look at necessary enhancements needed to make nos. accurate. thanksCharu

Hey! The Outlook integration is fantastic, however when forwarding emails to Gainsight, the new Timeline activity shows the date was received in Timeline, instead of the date the email itself was received. This would be a big win as emails would map consistently between Outlook and Gainsight, which will help the search functionality. Second, as email chains get longer, is it possible to simply truncate emails over 32,000 characters, rather than not accept them at all? Thanks!

When sending critical or operational emails though JO, we generally have a large number of participants at each company based on our contact data and criteria. This presents a large issue for us, especially for operational emails as we have over 30,000 accounts and very quickly exceed the limitations for operational emails without an easy way to divide our customer base into batches.  We have been able to increase our operational limitation from 5,000 to15,000 emails but that still does not allow us to contact all accounts in a single send even if we did have a single contact.  To prevent over sending a critical or operational email, we would like the ability to set a max number of participants in the JO Filter Criteria on Participants Section based on GSID or potentially other value.  This would allow us, as an example, to only send an email to 2 contacts at a company instead of the 20 who meet the criteria.
