It would be helpful if the content overview in Control had a column that displayed poll responses — or even just if there are any -- for a particular topic and indicated the topic as unread so moderators would review the content. Currently you have to go into the post itself to see responses.

Awesome to be able to generate the Api keys ourselves but I noted the keys are visible in the console to all ‘Community Managers’ or ‘Admins’ and checked with our PMs who pointed out that it is usually masked?See from our PX prod configBest practice 

Hi Team,Client ( Arbor Education Partners Limited‍ ) has come across a use case scenario where they need the ability to add multiple emails in reply-to field for email communications. We currently don’t have this ability hence logging this community post for product team review. 

Email OPEN events are not currently available for Email Engagement Audience Logic rules. Including OPEN  in this event list would facilitate email engagements like ‘send email B to users who did not open email A’, ‘send reminder email B to users who did open email A’, etc.A GET request to the EmailEvent can return emailTrackType: EMAIL_TRACK_OPEN. That’s the event that would be great to add here.

Our old platform had a pretty cool feature that I miss: we could @mention articles and it was CRAZY helpful.  Often I respond to member questions with a resource or thread that is in the community.  Being able to @[start typing the topic name] was such a time saver over opening a new window, finding the topic, copy pasting the hyperlink. Would love to see that same functionality in inSided!

Hi, We have quite a bit of data we manually enter in the C360 and was wondering if there are plans to update the functionality of the attribute tables such as:adding title section/headings to separate/group the fields  layout flexibility  adding fields and not having to line them up next to each other  layout options for 40-50 fields ability to pull in data from other objects in the account summary (e.g. leads information instead of number of leads the account has - or at least be able to click on it and bring it to the details for the leads) Thanks!

Concept: the same experience as selecting a category for other topics, where you are required to indicate the category/group/location. Requires: product areas to be configured for ideation, which some communities may not (although I imagine this is a best practice). My POV is that it’d be simple to require this for all ideas. But if there is resistance to that component, then I’d advocate for a toggle to turn on the requirement.

Please merge this post if there’s an existing request, but I didn’t see it. I’d prefer for all content types to be available for all categories. One reason is because it would eliminate the need for more categories if people could post any content type to any category. For example, we have three products and right now we’re offering discussion categories for each of them, plus ideation categories. 

One of my CSMs failed to update a contact of theirs. The email field was updated in Salesforce, but the associated company was not.The result is I now have a NPS survey response attributed to the wrong account.It would be great to have the ability to swap the associated company on survey records. 

Ability to customize the survey options. (icons)Like for a boolean option to edit thumbs option to any other icon. for instance true or false.This would help to increase use cases of utilizing these surveys.

Currently we can only filter by calendar quarter/year not fiscal on NPS Analytics. Please can we add Fiscal filters too. 

When our customers kick off their implementations, we send them an email with the kickoff deck and a zip file of project workbooks attached. We would like to semi-automate this with email assist (by surfacing a template in a CTA task so that the end user only has to check the email, attach the files relevant to the customer, and send), however we are limited by the fact that we cannot attach zip files to emails in email assist because the .zip filetype is not supported.

It would be great if, when searching for an engagement by name, you could hit enter and get a list of matches. Currently, you just get the dropdown that truncates the engagement names and hovering doesn’t display the full name. It’s then hit-or-miss by clicking on one to see if it’s what you wanted. THEN, if you search that keyword again, the dropdown results are not shown in the same order! So it’s an even more complex game of hit-and-miss.If the search finds 6 engagements with the keyword I enter, it would be great to see just those 6 appear in the regular engagement list view. Similar to how the engagement list changes if you click on a filter or a label.Also, I don’t know if this needs to be a separate idea, but it would be great to be able to export a list of engagements: full list, filtered list, labeled list, search results list, etc.

Currently the Log Email to Timeline feature of the Gainsight Assist Plugin only logs the sender as an attendee to the activity.  Is there any plan to expand that to include all recipients?  This is a pain point because when the email is sent from an internal employee there is no way to log the activity to the correct Company timeline line because GS doesn’t recognize the other recipients.  

Hi Team,Client is looking for the ability to compare the data in UI for same month of different years Eg: We have a users login data for months of 2021 and 2022 , then user wanted the ability in report builder (Bar chart) to have the bars for same months to be available side by side for comparison. 

It would be great if we could allow linking to external documentation within a Scorecard Description.  I have a customer who has comprehensive details on each of their scorecard measures in google docs.  They want to be able to have a hyperlink inside each Measure Description linking to the document so CSMs can have more context on each individual scorecard 

Hello Team,  In the Gainsight New Home Page, I don't see an option to rename the Report names added in the Summary Ribbon section via "Add Report" Option. Because of this, the report name is visible in the Summary ribbon section. I believe allowing the admins to rename the Report names added in the Summary Ribbon section via "Add Report" Option would be a better way to represent the Summary Ribbon section. 

It would be nice to pin frequently used objects in Data Management (Company, Company Person, etc.). This would save a bit of time searching on each lookup.

Hi Team, Can we please have the option to have an additional where we can filter for only specific job historic executions?  

Hi, we’ve built a dashboard in Salesforce that shows engagement all up (posts, replies, product ideas, upvotes, likes) for existing customers and partners per month. The problem is that only accounts that’s already registered in Salesforce, are counted.We want to month over month be able to measure all up engagement for all externals (exclusive of our own employees). It’s frustrating we’re not able to have this statistics in the inSided analytics dashboard. Is this something you’d be able to provide us within the not to distant future? I have to put lot’s of hours into manual reporting, and it feels waste of time. 

I found a partial solve for being able to add UTMs to some links (it does not solve the system emails), but it requires recreating the trigger event with a webhook and then an API call. If you do a GET API call for a topic, the data it returns includes seoCommunityUrl for the topic. I’d like to see this added to the Trigger events for topic related Zaps. It’s likely a faster and simpler enhancement that this idea:  Use cases: Any action that feeds the SEO URL somewhere it might be clicked. My use case is Slack, but it could also be used for adding rows to Google sheets or any of the myriad apps that could facilitate an action. Impact: Increased traffic insights via utm. Community Managers could leverage UTMs for many automated functions relating to topics. Combined with UTMs added or automated with marketing emails, and UTMs on links that don’t have the redirect challenge of topics, you could get pretty close to a workable UTM solution. It would leave system emails as the primary “weak

I want to use Zapier to update the user profile fields. For example, updating users’ profiles with Salesforce data that identifies the type of account (prospect, trial user, free user, customer). I could use Insided’s custom roles, which are partially supported in Zapier, but that creates problems.With Insided’s current Zapier capabilities, I can assign users to a custom role but I cannot unassign them from a custom role. When a trial user converts to a customer, I can add them to the Customer custom role with a Zap, but I cannot remove them from the Trial User custom role with Zapier.The better way to do this is to allow updates to Insided’s user profile fields via Zapier. When a user’s type changes in Salesforce, Zapier can trigger Insided to update the user profile field with the new type, overwriting the previous value.

Looking for a permanent way to change display limit default from 25 (per page) to 50 (per page) on a report for example on the GS Home page.
