We like to include certain measures as a visual but keep the weight at 0%. The recent update treats 0% group weight as an error: “Please provide appropriate weights percentage”. Can this be immediately resolved? @dan_ahrens 

Hi Team,  Currently, we are showing the records which are passed in the rule execution sheet. But there is a limitation in showing number of records.  Rules execution history in UI shows correct number of records being passed under action based on the batches. However, rule exection sheet is only showing first batch of data in the sheet.  Example: Rule execution history page in UI Action 1 - Load to Gainsight Object(Test_Usage_Data) - Task - Final Output Success Pass:272 Fail:0 Action 1 - Load to Gainsight Object(Test_Usage_Data) - Task - Final Output Success Pass:92183 Fail:0 Action 1 - Load to Gainsight Object(Test_Usage_Data) - Task - Final Output Success Pass:77781 Fail:0   Rule exection sheet shows only records for Action 1 tab with 272 records only. While reviewing the data in Salesforce - we found we have a rather large amount of duplicate records.  May it be from early on and someone creating a record without searching for the record first - or account take overs and simply just renaming the record.  Which after reading, I understand way.  If they were to merge, one of the accounts information would be lost. Is there future planning that would allow all information to be retained from a merge? For example, I have 8 duplicate Company records.  All of which have information we don't wish to lose.  Ideally when we would merge the record, the information would all be retained into the new 'master' Company record - with an indicator of sorts that it was merged into the 'master'. Posting on behalf of a customer. At the moment CSM’s do not have the ability to mass edit their CTA’s. (Ex: changing status, assignee, deleting, etc.) To lessen the load on the admins in the future it would be nice if the CSM’s had the ability to do these functions themselves.

We have had an increased need to create multiple task layouts.  We use the CTA as a container to help group tasks based on various themes.  Within each CTA we have also found the need to create different layouts depending on what type of task is created.  For example, we have a ‘Account Plan’ CTA that holds all the “plays” we are running on each account.  Some of the plays are sales oriented, but others are more oriented on relationship building.  The fields may vary on these two tasks as sales tasks require links to opportunities but a relationship task doesn’t need any fields for opportunities.  Building task layouts based on various CTA types may help, but the ideal situation would be to allow multiple ‘task types’ and for each type be able to create a ‘task layout’.  

When a CSM creates a Recurring CTA the initial CTA disappears from their view (in Cockpit and C360) and remains open indefinitely. This causes problems for the Rules Engine when trying to create CTAs for accounts without an existing open CTA because the system still thinks there is an open CTA on the account. It also creates inaccuracies in reporting because the Recurring CTA shows as open even though the CSM completed the activity.

In Multi Question Survey of PX, We have two templates one includes the Question and One includes the additional text. But Can we have a option to have a extra text box in Question template itself?   USE CASE: Once we ask a question, we will give users to select one option. If the options we have provided doesn’t work for users, We will provide an option called “OTHER”. So In most cases, we would like to know what customer is referring as OTHER, So If we can provide a text box in the Question template itself, It would be helpful for us to know what user is mentioning.   More Clearly with an example: “I am asking my users what CRM they use and the options to select are Salesforce, Hubspot, etc. and I'd like to add an "Other" option where the user can type their own answer.”  

Refer support ticket: gainsight.zendesk.com/hc/requests/106487 We have 2 accounts in Gainsight sandbox with the same SFDC Id.  One is inactive and another one active.  When the user logging into Gainsight he is not able to see any dashboards means landing page “Gainsight” coming up with error message. Currently Delete option is not there, if you apply logic to ignore inactive accounts (not depending on SFDC Ids for all users) then it may resolve the issue and no need to reach out to your team requesting to make SFDC Id null on these inActive accounts If we ignore inactive users then it may work.  

We are using Surveys to capture information from our customers and internal teams that can stay with the customer data in gainsight. It would be great if a survey is deemed editable that we could edit the saved surveys from the C360 Survey section instead of having to go to the Suveys 2.0 section.    adding a pencil next to the eye icon similar to contact.

Hi Team,  Currently, CISCO have an option to add Cockpit section on any page using a Visualforce page to call the Cockpit Widget. In a previous custom implementation, that adds Cockpit section on any page using a Visualforce page to call the Cockpit Widget. Similarly, they are looking for above mechanism to access reports as well?   Best, Hardik  

Some feedback I’ve recieved as more of our people are using renewal center, is that they would like to see something in line with the FORECAST BY BOOKING TYPE report, but by Opportunity Type, rather than stage, so that they can easily see which opportunities are mid-term renewals, vs end-of-term, etc…   I believe we could build something similar in our own dashboard, but as we’d like to make Renewal Center the primary hub for details on Renewals, it would be great if something like that could be done here.

We would love to see the addition of user state preservation on the ‘related to’ field when creating new timeline entries from Global Timeline. Our teams our structured with some CSMs ALWAYS supporting the customer on the relationship level. Currently, to log relationship level activities they have to change the related to field to relationship every time. It would be nice to see it default to the selection the user chose last.

Hi. I am working on Upgradig the Outreaches to Programs. And found an intreasting use case which is below. The Email Template which was used in the Outreach has 2 variants. And in the First Variant we have only just Email Content(without any Surveys). And in the Second variant we have a Survey link along with the Email content. And there are specific filter conditions to which/whom the First variant has to go and the Second variant has to go out. And all these handeled using a single Outreach. But in order to implement this using JO Programs I have to create 2 Email Templates(One for the First Variant and the Second for the Second Variant(with the Survey Link)) and 2 JO Programs.   So is there any alternative way to implement this in single Program instead of multiple using Single Email Template.   Thanks.

Currently there is no ability to report on/write rules on any comments logged on timeline activities.  Furthermore, the Last Modified Date on Timeline Activity is not updated when Comments are added.  My customers use case is their users log comments on Timeline Activities and they want run reports, trigger CTAs if an update has not been made in x days.

Using NXT, in timeline activity...when you @mention someone, it should allow you to tab to select the name highlighted.  This seems to be the industry standard (at least for MS applications) and GS doesn’t follow this. Example: @david should bring up “David Smith” and it is highlighted...when you hit tab it should select and allow continue to typing.  Interesting that it works here in the community but not in product :) Current behavior - hitting tab moves to the tasks section instead...and it’s annoying...sorry. I have to do @mention and then select with a mouse (the only way i know works) and it takes an extra click.  When I do hundreds of these, its painful.

Is there are way to give a long list of users access at once without having to add them one by one? I have about 100 people I need to add at some point, so it would definitely be easier to grant access another way without having to add them all separately.

I was working with a NXT customer today who was having an issue attaching a newly created MDA dropdown list to a new Company field. In this certain situation the dropdown list was a multiselect list instead of a standard dropdown. I was able to help figure out what needed to be done, but the customer pointed out that in field setup (in data management) he didn’t see the Multi-select dropdown data type option. This prevented him from quickly being able to finish creating his field. Here are two possible enhancements we both thought might be beneficial: When creating a new field in the MDA the “data type” picklist appears to be showing up in alphabetical order - the  dropdown and multi-select list options are not grouped due to this, it might make sense to group the list functions together for ease of use.     In the Data Management dropdown section all dropdown lists are shown in the same section and only the “Variant” field indicates what type of list is present. Current State: Prior to exporting a report, the real estate space to view the columns of information in preview to be exported is very small. Often times there may also be multiple columns requiring the ability to scroll to the right or the left.  Request: Simply add a “maximize” button for each report so that you can blow up the report to full page view. Value/Use Cases: This can be helpful for multiple situations- when doing a new hire training on a report, demonstrating a report for a leader or a team for discussion (this view is not ideal for presenting). It will also benefit any users accessibility and manipulation of the report columns.   Challenges: Often times when showcasing data you must move columns that you want users to see immediately all the way to the left, due to the need to scroll (Example: plan name, description, action items). Request 2: By adding an expand button, the row’s will also have more real estate. When displaying numbers on a bar graph report, is there a way or can we have this in product in near future- that I can put 100,000 as 100K or even goes to Millions with decimal places in a graph?   Something like below-    

Using the datediff output of days to calculate months is not accurate no matter how you do it.  Can you please provide the ability to see the result of datediff in months?

 When we go to the dashboard and see an option at the top right for "Preview & Share". When we click on this, a new tab opens in the browser showing exactly the same dashboard but with the option at the top right now as "Share". It seems a click too many to share. Hi Team,   One of my customers uses Tableau and would like to display Tableau reports in Success Snapshots to be shared out with their customers when doing QBRs.  We currently do not support the ability to embed pages in Success Snapshots.  I think this would be a valuable product enhancement so that customers who would like to embed third party reports in Success Snapshots would easily be able to do so.  There really isn’t a valid workaround currently. With the current design of PX, we can have a dashboard widgets created for the In-app Engagements and Surveys to analyse the performance.   But we are missing the email performance here. It would be helpful if we can add the email performance widget as well along with in-app and surveys.   Thanks, Shireesha.
