So, it won’t be deleted. This is the error message as follows:Error occurred while deleting connection. Connection have one or more projects associated with it.Would anyone know a workaround to delete the connection?Thank you in advance!

I have an Early Access group and selected my participants, but I can’t find a way to add them as a custom role or segment.   Do I have to manually add them to the Invite to Group?

Hi, I’m trying easy and defined searches on our community but it does not return what I am expecting. Can you help please ?

Hello all, first time poster hoping for some guidance, thanks in advance. I’m running through the Journey Orchestrator exercise, and am a bit confused about adding the right fields in the Query Builder step. The instructions suggest the following fields be added: “Add GSID of Company, Company Person,Person ID , Email, Name of the CSM, etc.” Small issue, I’m unable to see “Company Person” as field that can be dragged into the “Show” section. It seems to be a parent category rather than one I can bring into “show”, is there a known field that is synced to the same data?

I am trying to find if there is an easy way for users to see how many points they’ve accumulated. I know there is a leaderboard but if you aren’t in the top, how can you easily see how many points you have?

We are looking at obtaining an A.I. driven conversation intelligence platform, and I’m curious to know how this could play with Gainsight.   (i.e. is it possible to bring in customer sentiment from phone calls into Gainsight to help indicate Customer health?) If anyone has any experience with this or currently using Gainsight + an A.I. driven QA Platform, I’d love to chat!!

It’s Tip of the Week Tuesday! Today I’ll be focusing on using PX for change management.  When you think of PX engagements, it’s easy to think of bright, splashy engagements that highlight an exciting new feature or inform users of an upcoming event. But what about less “newsworthy” changes? Consider the following situations: You’ve changed some things around in your UI. You’ve already made a PX dialog announcement to unveil the new design. How do you reduce friction for users getting used to those improvements?  Users have to use your application in their daily work. For those users, you may care more about user efficiency than user retention, and you need to inform them of changes without getting in their way.  You have a new version of your product, and you have users migrating over from the legacy version. You need a way to re-orient them to the features they’ve been used to.  Manage Change with Engagements Build a lightweight experience to onboard users to product/

I’m trying to set up a Journey Program that sends an annual survey email to the Main Contact for each customer on their contract date anniversary e.g. if they signed up on 1st Jan 2023, they will get an email each year on the 1st Jan.We capture each customer Contract Date and Main Contact in Gainsight.I can’t figure out how to set up the journey to be annual and ensure the right participants are pulled in each year if the Main Contact has changed?Thank you for any suggestions!

In the Query Builder you can group custom events by Global Context Properties if you select a specific event but if you choose "Any Custom Event" it doesn't give you the option. I understand why this would be the case for normal event properties which may differ depending on the event type but the Global Context properties should be the same regardless of what event is being tracked so I think the option should be available?

Hello team,We use embeded pages in Gainsight - this is really powerful to have all our tools in Gainsight. However, there is a lack of some simple functionalities - could you add them ?- enable clipboard in the iframe (cf https://stackoverflow.com/questions/61401384/can-text-within-an-iframe-be-copied-to-clipboard)- enable google authentication in the iframe (you need to set-up iframe cross-origin policy)- enable my company oidc connection with redirection in the iframe (you need to add my company authentication server to your iframe cross-origin policy)Be sure this little update on your side will have huge impact on ours.Best,Marc

When setting up your JO program, it's crucial to have the right fields in place for accurate configuration. In this post, we'll explore the key sections and modules you need to consider. Question for Readers: What are some challenges you've faced when configuring JO programs with Query Builder, and how have you overcome them? Share your experiences and tips in the comments below! Now, let's get into the essential fields for your JO program: Using the Company Person Object in the Query Builder:Company Details: Company ID ->Company Name Company GSID (or SFDC Account ID in case of SFDC)CSM Details (Sender Details): Company ID ->CSM Name (First Name, Last Name) CSM Email Calendly Link (if Applicable) CSM GSID (If a CTA is to be triggered in the same program)Company Person Details (Recipient Details): Person ID ->Person Name (First Name, Last Name) Person EmailCustom Field (Optional, based on use-case)Tracking Link (for package delivery) Subscription ID (for any purchases made) Doc

We've noticed that when including an MDA dropdown list field in a report, we get the GSID values when we export said report, versus the value's display name. We show the display name in the report itself, but as soon as it's exported, we get the GSID that we are unable to decode and understand the text value.

My use case is that the bronze doesn’t look bronze to me (and we use a truer bronze for other monthly leaderboard badges). But I imagine others might want to adjust to brand colors or something like that.

We want to use our domain for platform: community.investorlift.com → investorlift-en-community.insided.comBased on information from this topic we should communicate with support about it. So here i amWe want to migrate only when we are ready. How much time will you approximately need for the migration once we are prepared for it?

I am trying to create a JO program that suggests content based on their role (CIO, Application, etc). The way in which I do this is to match their role to our contents Taxonomy Level through a calculated field. My issue lies in that not all of our roles (Security & Risk or CIO/CTO for example) match up to its corresponding Taxonomy (Security or CIO). Is there a way within the advance logic to change the outputted string if it matches a certain criteria? Something that may mimic how I would make this change if it was a coding language such as:If role == Security & Risk then role = SecurityAny help would be appreciated!

Hey community,We are adjusting our points system and adding a new rank that is in between two current rank. We do not want our users to be notified or sent a PM message.  So if turn off the PM message for all ranks, add the new rank and click Rebuild. THEN go back and turn on the PM messages - will that send the PM message? I hope that makes sense :)

I have been experiencing quite a few issues with the new template editor. Previously I had been getting this error anytime I tried to edit an older template: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'data') I then created the template completely from scratch using only the new editor, no additional code. Now when I clone this template and try to edit it I get this error: RangeError: Maximum call stack size exceeded This is after doing a bunch of edits which will be now be lost and is taking a large amount of time to completely redo.
