I have 92 pages of topics in my Control Trash Can. A lot of the content is spam from China, when I try to delete the content I get the message below very often.Is there a way support can force delete/empty my trash can. I like to keep a clean control env so sorry for the odd request. 

Hi Friends!We have a weird issue and were not sure if its something in our Org or happening to others…When some CSMs create a CTA (either via Cockpit or R360) the new CTA window loads, but doesn't load all the way.  We don’t get any options for CTA types and we cannot go forward with creating the CTA.  If you just hit cancel and try it again, you usually get the same issue.  To resolve it, you have to refresh your entire browser (ick) We brought this up to Support and they said its a cookies/cache issue and we just need to make sure we clear it regularly.  We have done that and still randomly experience this issue.  Has anyone else experienced this or is still experiencing this???  Thanks!Andor

We have an exciting new feature that we are getting close to release and want to do some beta testing with some engaged end users.     Cockpit Calendar Integration     What does the feature do: It allows CSM’s to add CTA’s to their calendar as events!!  Why would they want that: CSM’s start and plan their day from the calendar. Hi all, relatively new user in Gainsight and looking for some advice.  We are looking to implement an implementation health survey that will be sent every two weeks during one of our implementations.  They survey will be sent to our implementation partners and our customer champion.  In the spirit of simplicity, we want to capture everything as easily as possible and just collect the status of 6 common risk areas and have them evaluated Green/Yellow/Red.  If there is a category evaluated as red/yellow, we’d like to trigger a new survey email asking specifically for the details related to those categories with a delay built in. I have created the surveys but need a little help with two things:1.)  How do I set up a bi-weekly occurrence in JO to send these surveys?2.)  Within a program, is it possible to send a second survey email?  With number 2, I’m seeing the option to send another email but not with a survey link embedded.  The

Hi, I’ve created two private groups in the Group section. The members of the groups are showing on the group banner, can that be fixed? You say that information on members and content shall not be visible in private groups, but who are members of the private groups show for everyone (shows as little icons on the group picture on the Group landing page)

I’m creating an article to be posted in a private Group but the private Group doesn’t appear in the list of options for publishing in Control -- only the public Groups are listed. I noticed this is also the case when creating a conversation -- only the public Groups are listed. Is this by design or is something amiss? If this is by design, what is the thinking in not being able to publish to a private Group from Control?

Hi everyone, We are launching our community in these days and of course statistics are still not so significant so we would like to hide the widget, but it seems not possible hiding/deactivating it from the sidebar.Am I doing something wrong or is it not possible to hide the Sidebar Community statistics?Thanks a lot in advance for your kind cooperation 

I’ve had several emails today saying “An error occurred while trying to deliver the mail to the following recipients:” Can I make an assumptions about this? Do you think these are spam accounts? The emails don’t look like junk accounts. Why would mail be undeliverable to community members?

Hi Everyone,I am curious to know what people’s best practices are for having multiple CSM’s or resources on 1 R360.  The situation is the exception and not the rule in our environment. I do not want to create additional fields to capture the resource name as that will cause havoc on reporting, etc.  If you have a solution in place, I would love to hear everyones’ ideas.  TIA Jessica

I all, sharing some feedback I was given by a community member on the Insided desktop display settings. Keen to hear from any of the UI team and if they agree..? Insided seems to have done one of those classic mistakes of not making proper use of the available screen space!  If you pull up the forums on a computer like my laptop Swampert - which has a 15-inch display running at 1920 x 1080 resolution and 100% display scaling (any higher looks weird!) - you'll notice how Insided still basically dumps pretty much everything into the centre of the available space, which is incredibly wasteful as you scale up the screen sizes.  I've also noticed the "Powered by Insided" CTA just above the site footer appears to be positioned with perfect central alignment, but that also makes stuff like this PM editor look out of place because it's off-centre in comparison. I dont want ‘Conversations’ to be visible/enabled in our community when we initially launch but plan to enable that feature later on once our community gets used to using Insided. How do you do this?

How to I make Tags required instead of optional?

I’m trying to look for a list of all the customizable merge fields that can be inserted into an email (e.g. {recipient_username}, {category_title}, {topic_content}, etc.) - what they match to and what the merge field is. Is there a repository that exists somewhere?

Hi there!We recently joined Insided and launched our community! Exciting times for us! We had a whopping 65% of all our customer logos sign up within the first two months which is incredible and significantly more than we targeted originally.  What we seem to be encountering now is low engagement with getting customers to go back in post signing up. Currently we are posting at least one question a week ourselves (as well as other EX content, articles, webinars etc), we have been sending out a fortnightly newsletter to highlight questions and content, we are tagging customers on questions that may be relevant to try and get them to answer and engage, however we are struggling a little and thought you all might have some tips! While we know its early days, and Rome wasn’t built in a day - we just want to make sure we are on the right path. :) How did you drive engagement in the first six months of launching your communities? Any tips or tricks? 

We have a pooled model.  I do have the documentation on setting that up.  Follow up though - once a person is assigned to a CTA, we want to fire the NEXT onboarding CTA but use the prior closed CTA assignee as the Owner.  I have added the Assignee field to the show fields but no luck.  And the rule is set to only fire the next CTA if the prior is closed won.  Any suggestions?

Hello, I have seen that Insided allows the ability for members to search Skilljar content within InSided, however I am looking for more information about what other LMS integrations are supported with InSided? We have Bridge as our LMS and we are looking to build the curriculum in Bridge and then host it in Community so that members can complete the online courses within Community?

Anyone have any suggestions around getting a Rich Text field into the By filter on a report?  I need to pull in Product Name from our SFDC side but it is s Rich Text field and as I understand it, there is a limitation on filtering by rich text fields.  Any thoughts? I need to pull in deployment percentages within the report by product, so I am stuck since the product name is a text field.   Thanks for any advice!

I am trying to create a Rule to add an End Suppression Milestone to an Account 60 days after the Start Suppression Milestone was added.  I know I can create two queries (one for Start Milestone <= 60 days and one to exclude accounts with the Stop Milestone <=60 days) and then merge for the Account list to add the Stop milestone.  The issue I can across is that I should also be able to do this in a single query using Advanced Logic but the system removes the parenthesis upon save.  Here is the Logic:  Filter A:  Milestone Name = Start MilestoneFilter B:  Date <= Subtract 60 daysFilter C: Milestone Name does not equal ‘Stop Milestone’Filter D: Date >= Subtract 60 days Advanced Logic =  (A AND B) AND (C AND D) When I enter that logic, all parenthesis are removed on save but ‘A AND B AND C AND D’ is not the same as ‘(A AND B) AND (C AND D)’.  Is this by design, is there another way to accomplish thi

Current report builder supports summary report but if we could include matrix as one among report type would be of help. For Instance, to report number of success plans per "types" for fiscal year per month.Now that I could achieve via group by for count of success plans but not split based on year or month. May be in coming days, if report builder has more option on report types would be of great assistance.

I would like to know how other companies display the “why” behind a scorecard in Salesforce. For example, we push our red/yellow/green scores from Gainsight into salesforce but trying to figure out how we can display/explain the score in a meaningful way so show why an account is a specific color. Prior to Gainsight, our team would manually fill out a text box explaining the score but not what it’s calculated based on data, we aren’t sure how or what to display in SF. If anyone has gone down this path before, would love to chat further! 

I’m working on email templates right now, and the default email template has {question_title} in the email subject. If the question title is long, that would make the email subject super long as well. 

We include videos in our Zendesk Help, which is integrated with the KC Bot. If I got to an article with a video, it says b/c of privacy settings it can’t be viewed. The only way a user can view it is to click Read More at the bottom of the page, which isn’t even viewable, and is also a poor experience.
