Post on behalf of a couple of customers: Currently when trying to add values in the filters in PX we can add only one value at once and there is no option to either upload a file containing values to be added. It would be very useful and makes life easy if we have an option to upload/add multiple values in filters in one go instead of adding manually each value.Use case: If I have to add hundreds of account/user id in the account/user filter, currently I have to type all those hundreds of id’s, it would be great to have option to make it simpler.
The feature adoption reports contain very useful metrics, such as user and account adoption rate that give us a lot of insights into how well our product features are used. However, in order to visualize these metrics (see also: https://community.gainsight.com/px-product-ideas-23/spiderweb-charts-for-product-adoption-37278), I'd like to export them into a csv file for further processing.
Hi, When we’re building dashboards in PX, we’re able to filter out on environment level (prod/qa/dev..) only. Currently, If I have to build a dashboard of metrics for multiple accounts, I’ll have to build N number of dashboards. Can we include account level filtering so that I can build a single dashboard and use filter to view the data for multiple accounts?
Description: Added the Calendly code to the PX engagement and launched it. However, the calendar does not show up in the engagement. Can engagements handle embedded javascript? code I am adding: <!-- Calendly inline widget begin --> <div class="calendly-inline-widget" data-url="https://calendly.com/aaron-new-innov/30min" style="min-width:320px;height:630px;"></div> <script type="text/javascript" src="https://assets.calendly.com/assets/external/widget.js"></script> <!-- Calendly inline widget end —> As per our understanding, the JS code would be stripped off. Can we take this issue as a valid use case and raise a enhancement request? thanks, Avinash.
Currently, we are not able to filter out the users/accounts based on the Salesforce Contact ID/Account ID, even though it is a standard attribute.Even after exporting the Accounts/Audience, we are still not able to get the data of SFDC ID value. Can we make it possible to filter out the data by using the SFDC ID.Here is the video,
In PX Engagements currently we have only either “get started” or “close/next” options. Can we have the option like “restart/later/after sometime”. Here is the reference image,
USE CASE: Currently in PX, There is no option to filter the top features which are used by customer. For Example, There is a customer called “A1” and there are some specific users for that customer. We need the overall features used by the Users of the customer. The steps needs to follow is, 1. select an organization (one of our customers) 2. have an overview of all the users 3. for each user, I would like to see their top used features Below is the reference image, ***With the current design, We can only view the top features but not “which user used How many features”.***
In the “Recent Activity” section on the PX User Profile, mouseover a Feature should show the full path to the Feature in the PX Product Map. See example below: Sample mouseover Feature Map text that should be displayed: We already do this for Page Views, Identify Calls, Custom Events, etc., so this would be a very helpful improvement.
Right now in the footer where the Gainsight unscubscribe links are, you can add text but can't add any custom hyperlinks. It would be beneficial to allow this.
I would like to be able to segment my members by specific demographic information. For example, running a query to show me all members who have logged in the last 30 days and subscribed to Product Updates.
Similar to the GET Assigned Points API, but returning a list of badges that user has received. Use Cases: Integrating community data elsewhere (we’d like to bring it into our platform as part of personalization, highlighting the community Automating awarding badges (conditions for badges already received) I have a number of multi-level badges where I’ll do a revoke/award so as not to have their profile show multiple levels of the same badge. I have to use custom roles to track if they’ve received that badge before because there’s no way to check a single user’s badge. Examples Monthly leaderboard badges Trending q&a badges
Hello Community!I’m you friendly Gainsight Support Agent, submitting this Feature Enhancement on behalf of a customer. In C360 reports, can we configure "Show data from all children" to be enabled by default? This is a constant complaint from our users. Currently, you cannot configure "Show data from all children" to be enabled by default or to persist permanently until uncheck. This checkbox must manually be checked and then will persist through page refreshes and navigating away from the page. However, the checkbox will uncheck when the User’s browser executes a scheduled browser cache clearing, which is standard for most browsers. Please continue this discussion below and Upvote this Idea if you, too, think this Idea should be pursued! Thank you for your time.Emily - Enterprise Technical Support Analyst
The Gainsight Community Post authoring page (the one I am using to write this idea) does not have listed any PX product feature areas. The CS product has a breakdown of all the components of the product that the community may wish to discuss, but the PX product is lumped in as a singe line item. In an effort to have better discussions that have more context I would like to see PX better listed along side CS.
When creating and adding field to the Success Plan type layout, it would be helpful to allow for a field description to be displayed on hover-over or “i” icon to display information about the field’s purpose to help guide CSMs when using the Plan Layout fields.Ideally, this would match the experience for C360 Attributes in NXT
As our CSM's continue to use reports and widgets in both the C360 and R360, they are constantly asking for insight into what data the report entails. This information is included in the report description but is not visible on the C360 or R360 pages. This is forcing us to add out of product documentation to help them understand the data they are looking at. We would LOVE to have this visibility in the product through either a hover feature or by using the space next to the report name to pull in the text that already is visible in the report description.
I’d like the ability to export the data returned in queries created in Data Designer. Currently you must create a dataspace from the design, create a report in report builder to then export. Use case: I’m typically validating data when first creating a new data space and would like to export and review the data in excel.
We’ve been using Engagement Monitoring in the Admin Console for PX to troubleshoot unexpected issues with our engagements. That said, Engagement Monitoring is difficult to use AFTER you’ve attempted to fix the engagement issues. Currently, you have to drill down into every error in an engagement to know if the error is still occuring or if there’s new errors present. Ideally, I’d like to see a way where we can do the following:Remove an engagement from the list of engagements with errors so that Engagement Monitoring will populate with *new* engagement errors from that time forward. Remove a specific step name from the list of steps with errors when looking at the error details for an engagement. Both of these features for Engagement Monitoring would make it easier to know when an error has been permanently fixed or when a new error arises.
While the Timeline view is still in Beta, one additional feature that should be added is the ability to export all recorded notes in some format.
My customers often want to survey their users in order to have them self-select certain attributes. It would be great to be able to map their responses back to the User or Account attribute fields in PX. For example, “What describes your level of experience with XYZ” and then write the value “Beginner” back to the User Custom Attribute “Experience Level”.
When creating an Engagement today there is no way to know the size of the population from within the engagement creation screen. The business need for this is to better understand how many users are going to be seeing an engagement. Sometimes a communication is meant for just admins or just for specific Accounts. Having a validation of the size of the audience helps ensure that we have created the audience logic correctly. The ask would be to have a widget/panel on the engagement audience configuration page, that shows the running expected audience. It may need some filter options within it, such as how many days back to check for active users. The workaround that we are using now is to open the Audience Explorer and recreate the logic from the engagement. Then it will show us the size of the population using the count of users at the top of the page.
This is primarily for Data Designer, but likely shows up in Horizon Rules as well, I just haven’t tested it. The basic issue is mostly a semantic one, but I’ve noticed that a filter will show up differently depending on where you look and it can be a bit confusing, and the filter itself may not even match the data you’re filtering which is really weird. Example 1:This is viewed from the ‘Details and Summary section:Same filter set, but viewed from the “filters” section of the task: Example 2:Viewed from the Details and Summary section: Here is the actual data shown in the preview: There is no “Yes” value, it’s a boolean that has values displayed as “true” or “false”. I understand these are equivalent things in context, but I had to do a double take to make sure I had my filters set up the way I wanted. I would also imagine this would be extra confusing for a new admin, especially date related filters not matching. A small but helpful admin quality of life improvement and overall consistency with the product.
