It would be nice to have a back button on a multi-question survey, along with a submit button. For example, I am creating the following question in a multi-question survey: And it would be nice if a customer could go back to confirm what the previous question was, or it would be nice to just go back in general to review answers earlier in the survey.
I upvoted a post about a back button for Surveys 2.0 but can’t seem to find it so reposting something here.A customer that suddenly decides to change their mind about a question on a previous page will not be able to go back to edit it. Because we are sending this as a non anonymous survey, there’s a lot of complication if they realize they didn’t respond to the survey correctly and they are unable to take it again. Will a back button be added soon?
Posting on behalf of customer -The color ribbons of any Gainsight page headers should be customizable in order to more easily differentiate between Sandbox and Production orgs
When looking at the top performing articles in my community, I’d love to see who were the users that opened that article.
Since the “Configure Responsive Tooltips” was released today (Feb. 28, 2023), I’m moving this comment to it’s own Idea. Could Gainsight PX have the option to size the tooltips/dialogs using percentages instead of pixels. As you can see from this article, worldwide screen sizes are all over the board. So when we place badges, or design the size of steps could we use percentage of the screen as an option?https://www.browserstack.com/guide/ideal-screen-sizes-for-responsive-design#:~:text=According%20to%20the%20Worldwide%20Screen,360%C3%97640%20(5.88%25)One example of using percentage sizing is when you add a picture to a tooltip/dialog. If you resize the picture using 100% width and 100% height, it will fit the tooltip size. This is also the same when creating an Article for the bot. @link_black describes it in this post:
I have a customer that would like to fire off an email to a director every time a survey response is received. The director is not a user on the account and not a GS user so we cannot fire of any CTA's. Posting as an idea, but if anyone has any creative workarounds to this please let us know. Thanks, Steve Davis
Is there really no way to require an answer on a Rating type Survey question? This is a blocker for a survey we want to run.
The default colors applied to my CTA reports, specifically when grouped by status are so bland (just shades of grey). When I try to assign my own custom colors, the status field isn’t available. Can we updates these color schemes please? Anything would be easier on the eyes than this…
Currently there is no way to require and answer on a rating scale type question, such as this: It would be great if we could require answers to these questions, but it appears as such that we can’t. If I am mistaken can you point me to how to do this?
Our teams navigate between the C/R360 pages frequently and if you’re not careful, it’s easy to accidentally log a timeline activity in the wrong place. Has there been any discussion about updating the UI to at least have a different color bar at the top of the page so the difference is more obvious? Example: purple for C360, green for R360
Right now the default activity type in the calender widget is “Meeting”. Choosing another Type removes the Company entry right now. Here is the Request to support more activity types.
Does anyone know how a localization file is ordered? I have used SRT files and XLIFF files in other platforms and the strings tend to be broken up in a pretty logical manner. However, when I export the XLIFF from a dialog, guide, or K-Bot, none of the strings make sense and are broken up and split all over the file. This is really frustrating my translators. <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><xliff srcLang="en" trgLang="de" version="2.0" xmlns="urn:oasis:names:tc:xliff:document:2.0" xmlns:mda="urn:oasis:names:tc:xliff:metadata:2.0"> <file id="1"> <mda:metadata> <mda:metaGroup category="gainsight_attributes"> <mda:meta type="engagementId">4da76341-9da8-4173-86c0-1f1a24b8c2fa</mda:meta> </mda:metaGroup> </mda:metadata> <unit id="clearingyourbrowsercachepleasecontactcustomerservice"> <segment> <source>clearing your browser cache, please contact Customer Service. </source> </segment> </unit> <unit id="automatingportfoliooptimizationatrenewal"> <segment> <source>Automating Portfolio Optimization at Renewal</source> </segment> </unit> <unit id="fridaymayth"> <segment> <source>Friday, May 20th</source> </segment> </unit> <unit id="ontheeveningof"> <segment> <source>On the evening of </source> </segment> </unit> <unit id="viewfullreleasenotes"> <segment> <source> View Full Release Notes </source> </segment> </unit> <unit id="thefirst"> <segment> <source> the first </source> </segment> </unit> <unit id="dbfinanceanalyticscreditintelligencewillbeupdatedwiththefollowingimprovements"> <segment> <source>, D&B Finance Analytics Credit Intelligence will be updated with the following improvements: </source> </segment> </unit> <unit id="fixesforcustomerreportedissuesandotherminorimprovements"> <segment> <source>Fixes for customer reported issues and other minor improvements</source> </segment> </unit> <unit id="pleasenoteaftereachreleaseyoumayneedto"> <segment> <source>Please note, after each release, you may need to </source> </segment> </unit> <unit id="schedulingdataimportsexportsforportfolioinsightcustomers"> <segment> <source>Scheduling Data Imports &amp; Exports for Portfolio Insight customers</source> </segment> </unit> <unit id="singlesignonssoavailableglobally"> <segment> <source>Single Sign-On (SSO) Available Globally</source> </segment> </unit> <unit id="debtenforcementextractforswitzerland"> <segment> <source>Debt Enforcement Extract for Switzerland</source> </segment> </unit> <unit id="dunsregisteredsealintegration"> <segment> <source>D-U-N-S Registered Seal Integration</source> </segment> </unit> <unit id="sslcertificateupdate"> <segment> <source>SSL Certificate Update </source> </segment> </unit> <unit id="youlogintoensureproperfunctionalityifyoucontinuehavingdifficultiesafter"> <segment> <source>you log in to ensure proper functionality. Right now in the multi-question survey, there are only options for “checkbox” style answers or free form answers. While I know it’s possible to have the survey restricted to one answer, the UX is confusing, because checkboxes always indicate multi-answers are possible: Please either add an option to use radio-style buttons - which would of course be restricted to one answer - or have the icons & behavior change to radio buttons if a max of 1 is selected as the option for the survey.
In Multi Question Surveys, I’d love the ability to have a multi-choice question and a comment field in 1 step. For example, I am making a survey where one of the options is “Other”. I would like to use the comment field to allow the user to reply with what “Other” means.
Currently you can only add one question to each slide in a survey engagement. My customer has a use-case where they would like to have multiple questions on one slide of the engagement. For example, if they are asking a user to update their contact information, it would be much cleaner to have all necessary fields on one page, as opposed to having to click next for each response.
Background: We’d like to track additional data for negative user sentiment. In this case, my goal is to make PX show users a step with a free textbox only if their NPS rating was 1-4. If the user clicks 5 or above, they'd like to show a step that says 'Thank you for your feedback!'. Target flow: Step 1: Rating survey; user clicks rating Step 2: If user chose 1-4, show a textbox asking for feedback on negative experience. If user chose 5-10, skip this step Step 3: Thank user for feedback Problem: We believe that if the rating selection and feedback box (steps 1 and 2) are combined into the same step, users will change their answers when they see the label above the feedback box ask them why they gave a negative response. Because of this, PX’s dynamic label offering does not solve the problem. Request: Create multi-step surveys that show users different steps based on their ratings.
Posting this product idea on behalf of a customer: Currently we cannot redirect user to a set of questions based on the response to previous question in multi-question engagement. It would be more insightful if we are able to redirect the next question based on the previous answer chosen by the user in that survey. Use case: If the respondent answers option 1, I would like them to go to a set of questions. If they answer option 2, I would like them to see a different set of questions.
Currently, an administrator can configure up to 10 Google search domains, and a KC bot manager can select any of those search domains. However, we have dozens of products. It is not scalable for the administrator to add all of those Google search domains - or for a KC bot manager to scroll through such a long list.Instead, I propose that when editing a KC bot, the person managing a bot can add a custom search domain.
Typically PX Engagements retain their original size as shown in the editor, which is then shown to end users. At times if a tooltip is left or right position biased , and being close to the viewport edge of an engagement creator’s screen, if an end user viewing it has a smaller screen in the end, things can go off the viewport like below. It is desired to have some configuration to control over the responsiveness aspect of engagements. Maybe if the screen is two small, go ahead and do word wrap to fit or remove an image within the engagement or remove certain text as things get smaller. etc.
Firstly, you can read about DMARC here. It is built on top of SPF and DKIM which is what we use for sender authentication(white labelling). It allows the administrative owner of a domain to publish a policy on which mechanism (DKIM, SPF or both) is employed when sending email from that domain and how the receiver should deal with failures. So, if a domain has a strict DMARC policy, and a user tries to send from an email they don't have permission to, it can bounce due to DMARC. I had an instance recently where a customer had white labelling set up for domain "A" but not for domain "B". They tried to send an outreach using a from email with domain "B" that had DMARC set up and all of the emails bounced. If the customer catches this, they need to either remove all the bounces manually or reach out to us in order to clear them from the backend. Since I don't believe simply not blacklisting emails bouncing due to DMARC is the answer, I was thinking of some sort of bounce dashboard or notification when a DMARC bounce is found within the event message. Another crazy thing, if one of our customers sends to an email and it bounces due to DMARC, and then another customer tries to send to them and the email would be successful, it will be skipped since it is on our global bounce list from the other customer. So, we are punishing someone for another customers mistake.
Minor inconvenience, but a CSM at athenahealth just pointed out when they change the time from the current time logging an activity, they have to scroll from midnight to find the correct time. CSMs never have client meetings outside of business hours. To reduce scrolling, it would be ideal if the drop-down started at 8:00 am or Noon instead of the overnight hours.
Can we look to improve the poll features for content? One use case would be a competency test for a new tutorial video. We could embed the video and then ask a series of (poll) questions to get an idea if the video has been understood. But really there’s loads of use cases for being able to ask members more then one question and collecting the results.
Hello,I’m in the process of setting up funnels for each of my guides (>100), along the lines of this:Step 1: Engagement > Guide > Engagement Name > Viewed Step 2: Feature > {last step of the guide, usually a “save” button}Basically, I want to know the completion rate of the feature for folks having started a guide.Since there will be > 100 funnels, I’d like the ability to group them into folders, or at least have the “label” functionality you have with Engagements to be able to quickly find related funnels.
Impact: High - Medium Overview: Mods waste valuable time working on a ticket that's already being handled by another support agent. We can increase efficiency if mods can be sure they're not focusing on a ticket that's already being worked on.
