初投稿です。株式会社ビズリーチ HRMOS事業部の坂井と申します。現在アップセルの見込み管理をCTAを利用して行っているのですが、もしうまいやり方があったら教えていただきたいです！やりたいことは以下です。■マネジメント観点見込み確度を管理したい 確度ごとの見込み金額を管理したい いつ見込み金額を計上できるかを管理したい■メンバー観点アップセル提案を抜け漏れなく実施したい アップセル見込み顧客を一覧化し、確認しやすくしたい より良い活用方法を検討できればと思っているので、ぜひご意見いただけると幸いです！ 

Is it possible to reduce the size of the bot icon? Sometimes it can get in the way of other UI elements, especially when there are a lot of them to scroll through on product pages.

Standard editing time for most primary user roles is 60 minutes. You can change this for users via custom user roles. My question is what does a user see after the 60 minutes has passed? Do they still see the Edit uption in the *** dots menu on their posts? Or should it be hidden when it’s not available?

Does anyone know if there is a minimum character limit for usernames?

Challenge: In my beta program group, it’s hard to identify what the latest beta programs are. Any new comment on a program that’s 4 months old comes to the top of the topic rollup.I want to clearly feature the latest programs on the group page. What I get (below) when I add these topics to be featured doesn’t look nice. They aren’t articles so don’t have images (the PM’s that create these topics don’t have admin access), and it could do with a title about the topics to call out ‘Latest programs’.Has anyone figured a better way to do this. Or cld share some CSS for adding a heading to the featured topics section…? 🙏  

Hello everyone, I have 2 questions here.We are in the process of implementing a new KB platform. I am trying to create a custom page that will direct the users to the new KB. I am trying to edit this page to make it look nice with a hero banner with no success.  The banner looks weird and doesn’t fit the screen.  Also - I am wondering. Is it possible to custom a page with a link to our new KB, that will be presented every time when a user is using an old KB link? Something like:“We’ve moved! Check out our new KB here”? Thank you!  Idan  

Due to the Thanksgiving holiday, we do not want our programs to send an email this Thursday.  How do we pause and resume our programs to avoid conflicting with the sync schedules and wait timer? For example, a program enrolls qualified customers every Thursday, followed by a 7-day wait time, so the customer receives an email every Thursday. Do I need to pause the program the Wednesday before and resume a week later so it doesn’t mess with the wait timers?  

I’ve looked through the documentation and also tried my luck on training videos on YouTube with no luckWe would like to do a dashboard where the data is editable (drop down menu is fine) Example Dashboard Field: Engagement Priority -- Values are None, Low, Medium High Dashboard would display this field with the current value (we have that working)** We would then be able to click on the field and then update the value just through the dashboardExample: Change the Engagement Priority from Low to Medium...and then have that change get committed to the actual dataIs this possible?  We have been looking for a while on thisThanks so much -- happy to be redirected to another thread if there is a good example out there as well  

The new InSpired home page, community overview page, and knowledge base overview page all use what appears to be rows of 4 quick links. When I configure the quicklink widget on my home page, adding a fourth quick link reconfigures the layout to be 2x2, rather than 1x4How is InSpired doing this? Hi all! I am having a problem with the ideation module as a new community manager on the platform. We are building out some example content to help with our customization of the platform before launching. When I submit an idea, it shows as a topic but doesn’t actually show the idea. Am I doing something wrong?  

This question goes out to the Gainsight team… What plans do you have for Gainsight DH to to leverage AI and/or Machine Learning? Are there any features in discussion for 2024? At Pulse 2023, customer success got the AI love, but I have not heard a peep about it relating to community.

Is there a way to autocorrect words in topics or conversations? In particular, hoping for our company name to be autocorrected with typed incorrectly (second part isn’t capitalized). Is this possible?

We have an advanced program that collects survey responses using multiple choice. Is it possible to use the response/answer data in a rule to generate a CTA? If so, what object would the survey response/answer be found in?  

Has anyone ever had luck associating multiple contacts from Timeline back to SFDC Events? The use case is that if multiple external attendees exist in the Timeline activity, we’d like all those attendees to be loaded back to the Name ID field on the Event object. No matter what I try in the Rules Engine, I can only ever get one contact ID to load to that Name ID.

This question is really to see if what I'm thinking is even possible/if there is a workaround. I created an Advanced Program Email Chain that is designed to send out an email to New Customers and have them pick a Verified Outcome by clicking on one of the three buttons below. When the customer clicks on one of the buttons it takes them to a specific Thank You page based on which button they clicked (3 links - one per VO). The issue I'm facing is I want to create a CTA based on which VO/Button they picked. If they picked Speed I want the CTA to indicate that is the Verified Outcome they chose. Is that possible to map in this type of program or would I have to use a Generic Survey instead?    

I am trying to build a rule for a Scorecard measure around ‘# of admins at a Company’.Admin status is a field on the Person Record, but the Scorecard is on the Company. I am aiming to map the data in the rule where an attribute of the person record (‘admin status’ = type 1, type 2) is a count associated with the Company.In thinking through it the logic sounds like ‘Count of Person GSID meeting criteria per Company GSID = Count of Admins’ but I am struggling with how to get the data there. Right now I have the person object filtered by the Admin types I want to surface, so that only those records populate, but how can I convert them to a ‘Count of’ by Company GSID in order to create the score criteria?Any thoughts?

Can I just confirm, if I want someone to be able to write articles either:Their primary role must be Moderator, Community Manager, or Administrator OR They have a custom role with “Forum moderation” turned onThe custom role is the part that most confuses me. There isn’t an option for “Content”, so I’m guessing forum moderation includes that capability… right?

We’re looking at some of the survey capabilities for PX, but I’m at a loss as to how I can put the results in front of Product Managers.   Ideally, I wouldn’t want to force them to manually come check the Survey Results page in Analytics on a Weekly/Monthly basis.   However, I can’t seem to find a good way to get the survey results emailed to them on a regular basis.  Additionally, while i see a Dashboard widget that shows the “guage”, it doesn’t appear like you can put the open feedback text in some type of list on a dashboard.Appreciate any guidance any of you might have on how your helping your product folks get visibility into the Survey Results.  

Is there a way to change the pallet of colors / colours that user profile pictures default to when they join your community?

Hi - I was curious if there is a way to remove the little bar that shows up below people’s names? This little guy screenshotted below. We don’t use ranks or point system, but is there anything else I can do to remove this? It doesn’t provide any functionality for us.   

In our Wish List we often receive ideas from customers which require a lot of back and forth to fully understand what they’re looking to achieve.Even though we have Wish List guidelines that provide guidance on how to format an idea, I’m curious to know if there’s a way to include a default format / template when adding an Idea to the Wish List? 

We have been working on getting SSO implemented into the system and therefore have been recently working on our login popup window. I randomly had a look a few minutes ago and it appears that the local login fields have completely changed their behaviour.This has completely broken the custom CSS we had for these fields and the text also does not conform to our specified font. Why has this change been made? Was there an announcement that this was going to happen?

Users are complaining that the tabs using Google Chrome used to have the Company Name so they could easily see the Company Name when they have many tabs open but, now it just shows Company 360. Is there a place in Chrome or Gainsight to control what is shown there?  

I’m interested to hear how others get full participation in surveys for CSAT, NPS and feedback.I relaunched fresh surveys on product, services and did renewal touch points with general questions. I have done subjective responses to consistent questions.Now, I desire scoring feedback to align with our internal health scoring for comparison. I have heard offering gift cards can seem like a bribe and was shot down. I thought it was more common and interested to hear how others do it.I am having teams follow-up direct in meetings with a soft approach and resharing for those that respond and are open.  Appreciate any ideas!
