When we open a topic in Control, three modules are available: “Overview”, “Details”, and “Team notes”.It would be helpful to have these modules sticky, so they remain visible while scrolling. Currently, when a topic has many replies, the modules are no longer accessible lower down the page.To perform a moderation action, we have to scroll back to the top to access the three modules again. It would be great to keep them visible while scrolling down.

In Control, when we update a post’s location or tag, the change is applied immediately, with no validation button. This can easily lead to mistakes, for example if the wrong location is clicked by accident.Adding a confirmation button could help prevent this kind of issue by allowing us to review the new location and then either validate or cancel the move.

Would it be possible to add the “justify” formatting option to the text editor? Our product updates and articles across all channels use this formatting, but it is not currently available in the text editor, even though it is a very common feature. At the moment, to justify the text, we need to add the following snippet to each single paragraph of the product update or article in control:<p style="text-align:justify">The longer the content is, the more time it takes to format it properly.

Would it be possible to add an unlink option in the text editor? At the moment, when we copy and paste content, links can sometimes be added unintentionally. Removing a link is not very straightforward, so having an icon similar to the one attached would make the process much easier.

The current Related Topics widget does not always surface the most relevant suggestions, and in some cases it seems to rely too heavily on keyword matching rather than true topic relevance with tagging. We would like the ability to better tune the widget so it shows more relevant content. Ideally, we should be able toprioritize threads with best answers, exclude specific content where needed, and adjust the matching criteria and favor tags instead of title matching.Having that level of control ourselves would be the best option, as it would make the suggestions more accurate, more useful, and better aligned with our community needs.

The current line wrapping behavior in code blocks can be confusing and can disrupt the layout. When a long code line wraps visually, it still keeps the same line number, which may not match user expectations. For users working with code, it would be helpful to have a clearer option to control wrapping, such as disabling line wrap or using horizontal scrolling by default for code blocks. This would make code easier to read and preserve formatting more predictably.

The current code formatting experience in the forum editor is hard to control. If code formatting is applied, it is difficult to exit, and there does not seem to be an easy way to remove or toggle it off once applied. The workaround requires multiple manual steps and it creates extra friction for users, especially in a developer community where inline code formatting is used frequently. We received the feedback from our members that they need to add a placeholder just to exit code formatting mid-text.A preferred way would be to add a clear and simple way to exit code formatting, toggle it off, or switch back to normal text without requiring multi-step workarounds.

Current behaviorWe use a Cockpit Associated Records report to allow CSMs to update CTA-level and Associated Person fields from a single view. When the CTA Status field is editable in this report, the dropdown displays all CTA status values configured in our Gainsight instance - not only the statuses mapped to the CTA type for that record. If a CSM selects a status that is not mapped to the CTA type, Gainsight rejects the update and displays a technical error:“StatusId cannot be updated :: Error: Invalid picklist(s) - StatusId - please provide one of: [applicable statuses]”Gainsight Support confirmed that this is currently expected behavior and that CTA Status options cannot be restricted by CTA type at the report level.Requested enhancementAssociated Records reports should dynamically filter the editable CTA Status dropdown based on the CTA type of each record. CSMs should only see and be able to select statuses that are valid for that specific CTA type.If dynamic filtering cannot be su

Add a standard "resize handle" in the lower-right corner of rich text editor fields, allowing users to drag and resize the editing area as needed. Ideally, the editor would remember the user's preferred size during their current session.

In a user's notification settings, it would be good to have the option to also be notified for everything, whatever the subscriptions.

We recently received a request from one of our community members asking if it would be possible to have the ability to send a “group message”. Instead of messaging individual members, forming a group of members and messaging them all at once.

We have created a lot of segments to keep track of our audience / members. We use them to keep track of daily sign ups (only now in the launch period), but also ranks, active vs dormant users. But also create segments for user groups, how active people are etc. So also for reporting options. Because of this we also have created a lot of segments and thus groups so that we can order our segments properly. But because of all these segments, our segment page has become very long and not easy to search/look through. What would be very helpful is if we can open/close/expand a group within segments, sort of that it folds open (or close).

Currently the Zendesk Federated Search integration allows for advanced filtering by Category.  Zendesk Categories are typically high level and then have “Sections” (what inSided would probably call Child Categories if we’re following the same structure and nomenclature). Similarly, clicking into a Section leads to a URL with /sections/[SectionID] (e.g. /sections/12497613). To allow for more detailed advanced filters, it would be very helpful if the Zendesk Integration also allowed for filtering by Section ID number, in addition to the existing Category ID number.

For the Productboard integration it would be helpful to be able to push an entire topic thread, not just a single topic within. In our case, our PMs and teams using Productboard would benefit from full context not just individual pieces (and ya they can get that full context via the title link in Productboard but they’d rather have it in the details pushed over in the note)

The MCP server currently appears to return only a search snippet for a topic, rather than the full conversation. We’d like the ability to fetch the entire topic/thread, including replies, so MCP-powered agents can do more than just surface partial matches. This would support use cases such as:Summarizing a full conversation Understanding the complete context and resolution Analyzing tone or sentiment across the discussion Recommending users who may be good resources based on the full content
