Currently the Success Plan template is tied to a Success Plan type. Similar to how we allow Playbooks to be available to all CTA types, are we considering allowing SP templates to be available to all SP types? Seems useful. 

It's odd that I cannot set the priority on an Objective until after I have created it. 

Similar to the ideas to filter CTA Reasons by CTA Type, we'd love to see Success Plan categories filtered by Success Plan Type. 

Would be create to have a report template based on Overdue CTAs or Success Plans

Currently when you choose to change the due date of a CTA that has tasks attached a dialog box comes up asking if you would like to adjust the task due dates as well. Currently the box stays on the screen for about 13 seconds. If nothing is clicked it chooses not to change the dates of the tasks. I think it would be beneficial to customers if this box did not go away until something is selected. Once this box goes away you have to change the date back to some date then back to the date just to get it back up.

It would be great if we had the ability to tokenize the Task Name the same way we can with the CTA name. This will be useful for our CSM's to see the Account Name in the tasks that are synced with Outlook, versus just the task name without knowing which account it belongs to

Customer has noticed that when creating a milestone off of a CTA, it doesn't show up in reporting until you close out the CTA. I assume this is plotted based on closed date and not created. Would it be possible to plot this off created date instead of closed date. Is this possible?  Thanks, Steve Davis 

Customer would like the ability to be able to sort customers (by default) based on a field value instead of just alphabetically. We could do this in a report, but then we lose the ribbon bar and other functionality that comes along with that UI view.  Steve

The checkbox filters in Cockpit (Closed CTAs, CTA Type, etc) do not remain sticky. If I remember correctly, this was the case as well in the old UI when these options actually appeared in the menu bar. I thought I recalled Advanced Filters remaining sticky though but it seems like none of the filter options are retained if you exit the application. We'd like to see an option whereby cockpit filters can remain sticky.

We have a customer that does not have a start and end date because of this they did not show up in LRM.  We understand that this is the reason why it did not populate, but we are not able to add a start and end date because they did not add a subscription.  It would be nice if we could figure out a way to populate this record without a Start and End Date.  We are not able to populate this because this will mess up reporting within SFDC.  

We are currently tokenizing a calculated field in Scorecard Comments.  Sometimes when this number is returned in the comments adds up to 15 numbers behind the decimal.  It would be nice to be able to limit the amount of numbers shown after the decimal.

We would benefit greatly from the ability to add more "Optional Fields" which can be mapped from SegmentIO to Gainsight fields. At this point, one can only add in 3 Optional Fields, and we maxed those out on day 1. In our SegmentIO configuration, our teams would like to add more meta-data into the event as a Property. Currently, we cannot configure Gainsight to trap that additional meta-data on the events because we have all Optional Fields in use. At times, we have to create additional SegmentIO events because we cannot link any more Optional Fields. This creates more events that my Development teams must manage, where as accessing more Optional Fields would allow my Development teams to create a smaller, more standardized set of events which I can then analyze as a Gainsight admin using reports, filters, etc.

I've been getting this request from several customers:  How can we customize the usage reports that we get from you (e.g. Gainsight) or that we send to our own customers.  When common use case for example is not only showing activity by user, but further categorizing users into different teams/regions and send the relevant report to the relevant client contact.  I know this might be somewhat addressed by the Customer Portal feature that might be coming at some point, but wanted to see if there is a different way to address this in the meantime. 

A customer noted that when a CTA rule is cloned, the CTA name under Setup Action retains the original name. Is it possible to update this so that when a rule is cloned the CTA name sources the Save As Rule Name?

Several folks met at Pulse and started a Linkedin Group. Seems to me we should be able to create a user group in here? How do we do make this happen?

I would love to be able to praise CSMs for staying on top of their data integrity. I built them a dashboard that shows them whether they have any accounts with no scorecard data. If all of their clients have at least one scorecard rating, I'd rather the dashboard display "Nice work!" instead of "No Data Found" as this can be misleading. The lack of data is the goal state. If, conversely, the lack of data is bad, I'd like to be able to personalize that message too. This would add a human touch to a sometimes under-appreciated and over-worked team!  

We have several products, each tracked in a separate Mixpanel Project within our single Mixpanel Account. However, the Mixpanel -> Gainsight connector only allows a single project to be mapped, so we cannot use the data from the other projects (products) in our reports, rules etc, limiting the c360's effectiveness.. We'd love it if the connector supported multiple Mixpanel projects.

This came up as a feature request from John Farmer with Selligent during the Express Workshop. He suggested it would be helpful if a sponsor who we're tracking changes their employment 'time period' for their most recent position, or disables the 'I currently work here' checkbox in their linkedin profile, that these act as triggers for a sponsor tracking notification. He thought this would be helpful in cases where the individual leaves an organization, but doesn't have a new employer yet. It looks like according to docs, only Title, Location, and Company are current triggers.

I need to be able to report on related objects in Gainsight as you are able to in Salesforce with custom report types.  For example, I would like to report on Accounts with Opportunities and Contracts but cannot figure it out.  Is this possible?  I have reports in SFDC, but I would like to have show this on the C360.

When we create a manual CTA and we need to pull in account name, there are more than one accounts with the same name. Why can't we pull in by Account ID or Universal ID?

We need the ability to look at our various customers differently when in the C360. This is absolutely necessary to support our current workflows - we really need to have the ability to create multiple C360 views for different type of account (for example, location vs. brand). Ideally, we would have the ability to create two or more different layouts based on some account field (e.g. account type), and have the ability to create different tabs and different views within the tabs. We know that some of this is available through Relationships, and soon there will be the ability to customize the scorecard per different account tabs, but having the ability to customize the C360 layout and tabs would be very helpful.

We'd like more options in the "Send email once in [x] days" setting under JO outreaches.  Can we add an option for once every 6 months, or once a year?  I'm setting up a QBR survey and don't necessarily want to send it after EVERY quarterly business review, but more like once a year, and there are no options between 90 days and lifetime.  

Since the AccountID is required in most (all?) of the reports, it will be great if this can be added by default.

Currently, the default is Starts with... A more useful default would be Contains...
