Hi, Community - I did a quick search for this but not seeing anything immediately. I’m wondering if there’s any pre-existing list of most or all community graphics and specs, maybe from launch resources?We’re looking at a potential brand/visual refresh later this year, and I need to consolidate a list of all the graphics and specs we’ll need new assets for potentially, from header to category banners, tiles, icons, etc. I know I can manually locate this stuff in Control but would be great to have a list if anyone’s got one?Thanks!

Hey Team, Would it possible for having the X and Y Axis show up for all Graphical Representations?  One example is when we go with a Line graph we don’t get the X-Axis label show up.  Both X and Y Axis don’t show up in this case. Is there a reason behind this design?

Hello, Any idea for an automated procedure to move already existing Success Plan from relationship 360 level to customer 360 level? without the need to move each one manually. note that I’m a success manager using Gainsight not an administrator for the tool. Thanks!

I’m unsure of how to map this page and wondering if anyone else is having the same issue. My URL includes my username in the title. Typically I’d add a wildcard (*) to get around this; however if I do that, PX picks up on every page of the product. IF I keep the username as is, PX only tracks my pages and not anyone elses.How do I do this?! 

Our company uses commas in account names in SF which make it difficult to export reports in CSV format as the columns overwrite each other at times. I would like to know if there is a way to change the delimiter that is used for separating columns (ie. change to a semi-colon) on the export, or if the export file type can be changed to Excel format where the columns are already parsed out.

I have been speaking with a customer who has a very valid use case. They would like to run a report to determine who has not yet been assigned a specific Milestone. They would like this report to contain only Accounts without this Milestone even if other Milestones have been created.  In the screenshot below, we are trying to build a report that shows accounts that have not completed a Welcome Webinar. The challenge we are facing is we can not filter out this account because of the existing Milestones. Do we see us coming up with a way to filter to null values?  

I am looking for a way to handle filtering for both companies in a parent-child relationship and outside of a parent-child relationship (independent). I want to be able to aggregate data when looking at a parent company and utilize the same filter to be able to select an independent company (or child company). Right now the only solution I’ve come up with is to have 2 filters available and hope the user knows if they are selecting a parent company or not. For example, if I am looking at ARR and have 4 companies (Cake with child companies Cupcake and Wedding Cake, and Brownie with no child companies), I’d want to be able to filter to Cake and show the sum ARR of the child companies, Brownie and show the ARR for just that company, or Cupcake and show the ARR for just that company.

Hello - When creating a pie chart, how can I add additional information on the labels that appear when hovering over a piece of the pie?  For example:  would like to see # of customers and their ARR (both do pull in when you drill down)

  I previously created a Data Designer dataset called Opportunity with Roll-Up and Scorecard. Today I am trying to identify all reports built off of that dataset because we are making changes to our Scorecard. When I pull up Report Builder, and filter on Source Object: Opportunity with Roll-Up and Scorecard, I get 3 results:   But I know for a fact I have more than this: I have triple-checked myself to make sure I’m comparing within the same Org (I’ve made that mistake before ) I tried this in an Incognito window and got same results. We have trial customers, which we would like to have in Gainsight so we can see product usage. However, Gainsight requires that we associate it with a scorecard, so we would like to create an unweighted scorecard. We want it to be unweighted because we want to see some of our scorecard metrics (i.e., product usage), but because these aren’t paying customers, we don’t interact with them much, so we don’t want it to be included in the overall health score. It doesn’t appear there is a way to create an unweighted scorecard. Any suggestions?

Hi Community 👋We use Zendesk for our support and I am inquiring to see if anyone has input Community federate search into their customer facing side/help center.It sounds to me like it can be setup with this guide but my real question is, if you’ve set it up would you be willing to share an example of what it looks like in Zendesk?We are working to revamp our Zendesk guide and help center and it would be helpful to share with internal stakeholders in the proposal process.Anything is majorly appreciated thank you!

If so, how? My hunch is maybe via a third party script.

I would like to use GainSight as my TO DO list so I’m working out of one platform. Many of my tasks aren’t necessarily directly related to a particular customer or a CTA. Can I create a standalone task? Or group my non customer specific tasks together somehow? OR would I just have to create a running CTA and manage all my tasks under that?Thoughts on a postcard!

We invested in Gainsight to provide deeper customer insights and we are now researching how we can maximise our investment in Gainsight, utilising the customer insights data across other business units within AVEVA.We want to specifically understand if there are any organisations on the same path using the GS platform in conjunction with marketing, utilising their resources, and technology to provide a personalised customer experience that assists in the development of new opportunity through potential expansion or upsell nurture campaigns.Our current marketing automation tool is Marketo so anyone with the same tech would be great, however utilising any MA would be beneficial. In the C360 Customer Goals tab, the user is seeing two of the same goal after adding. This is confusing to some of our end users. There is nothing in the documentation on this being a field that shows all of the recently added goals until you hit dismiss or refresh the page. Is there a way to not show this field or to update the documentation to reflect the actions needed to clear out the orange bar, or to disable it. 

The current ADD button for Use Cases on our C360 re-directs to the standard SFDC process for adding a new case. We’ve made customizations to this process, so our process doesn’t align with what is standard in SFDC. Is it possible to re-point the ADD button for Use Cases to a new SFDC page for adding use cases?

Is there a way in Gainsight to create custom Relationship Fields? My Team wants to create a Cost or Compliance Field and there is no option for that in the current Selection list to the Left  

Hello,We have a large number of rules in place and have had an issue with DCRM opportunity field dates being updated by the system that we need to troubleshoot. What would be the best way to track the audit trail back to identify which rule is making these changes so that we can try to resolve?I’ve read that some admins have had success creating reports to identify changes made by the system--can anyone share more info about how they did this? Thanks!

Hey All!  Looking for some advice on the best way to define user groups/dept. within a customer account.I have a few accounts that I work with that have completely separate teams for different products.  Is there a way to tag users/define users to show they are part of a group so I can easily see on the account timeline what emails, meetings, and notes are for which team? I did some reading on relationships in GS but I’m not sure this is what I’m looking for.  Thank you!

I am new to Gainsight but have been asked by a user.. is there anyway when a CTA is closed, that the affected/linked case in Salesforce can also be closed at the same time? the user said this would help them save time between screens/systems versus having to manually close the case in salesforce when a CTA is closed for that account as well.
