I am experiencing customers coming back and don't know how to track them in the future as we scale. Anyone know if there is a good way to do this?

Does anyone know how to enter a null value into a user field using the API?This adds a space to the user record’s firstName field.{"firstName": " ", "lastName": "Smith"}This does not update the field at all.{"firstName": "", "lastName": "Smith"}This too does not update the field at all.{"firstName": null, "lastName": "Smith"} And this makes the first name actually read [null]{"firstName": "null", "lastName": "Smith"}

We had a great roadmap session last week where we covered a wide range of topics across the CS platform. There will be additional sessions at Pulse and later this year if you weren’t able to attend this one.We’ll also host deep-dive sessions for the specific product areas that you all expressed interest in, so be on the lookout for those opportunities in Community soon. I’d love to be able to specify a specific brand color for at least the large and small header options in the formatting styles of the Text Editor on our community. Is this possible to do? Formatting Style in the WYSIWYG Text Editor Additionally, it’d be AMAZING if we could also style the Callout opitions in the text editor in Control:Default Callout options for Articles and Product UpdatesIs any of this possible via CSS, theming, third party scripts, or any similar solution? 

Posting for a customer. They are wanting to set up email in the Chrome plugin so that it can be configured with a group distro email so that when it is logged the customer responds to that email instead of the personal email. Currently, this is not possible since the plug in uses personal emails to login. So with that being said, is there a way that team can log into Gainsight Assist automatically from Gmail so they can just access it from the Customer Advocacy mailbox

Hi all! Would anyone mind providing more insight into how the average response time is calculated? We’ve seen the time change quite a bit when calculating from  Mon-Sun versus Sun-Sun, even though our weekends tend to be a bit slower. Thanks!

Hi, Gainsight Admin community!During rules configuration, the common question most of the customers ask is about choosing right date filter they can include in order to restrict the data to a certain time period.Here are a few common use cases: Renewal date in the coming two months  Subscription start date in the last 3 months The activity date is within the last 7 days of the subscription date. From opportunity close date is 180 days for today then Create CTA Now the question is what we have to select from the criteria drop-down i.e subtract N days/ Add N days etc.Background to understand what exactly happens in the backend:  Usecase What to use Description Example (mm-dd-yyyy) Renewal date in coming two months Solution1:  Renewal date <= (Add N days to rule date + 60 ) AND  Renewal > Ruledate   Solution 2: Renewal date <= (Add N months to rule date + 2 ) AND  Renewal > Ruledate   Rule date = Today’s date

Hi everyone, I’m new here and starting playing with GS! We have created a new object and have imported usage data from our product. We would like to filter / aggregate data since the beginning of the current contract. How can I do that with the rule engine? Thank you!Alice

 We would like to have this within our footer and not above. Can we hide these and then add them to our custom HTML for our footer?  

One area we are focusing on is our best answer rate. A challenge that we are facing is the right time to check the metric. If we check the last week we are finding it not to be completing accurate because the question might not be marked yet as a “best answer”.We have our best answer window marked as 5 days, but we are wondering when the best time to check on this number would be and if there are any other best practices that others have discovered.  Thanks!Chloe

I’m exploring using engagements for release notes with dialogs that are opened from the KC bot. If I include rich content like images or videos in these dialogs they can end up extending outside the height of the screen. Is there a way to configure a dialog to have an absolute or relative(e.g. 80%) max height and add a scrollbar if the content is taller than this?

I want to check how the "Region" category is named in the backend and pressing the edit icon doesn't show me its name.

Currently Gainsight NXT only allows to set custom Fiscal year at the month level (start of month) and that is not how enterprise companies fiscal calendars work. Need ability to add custom fiscal year in Gainsight NXT and set the fiscal quarter cadence (4-4-5 etc) and then use that  in reports and other features within GNXT.

Is there a way to get an RSS link for articles only?I have several people asking for RSS link to the blogs (articles) and can’t seem to find a way to do that. Anyone else have this type of request?
