If we have license of Gainsight CS do we automatically get access to use APIs? Or do we have to purchase that separately?Thanks!

We are adding a series of Internal Questions to a Survey.  Is it possible to group them under a SECTION and make that section label hidden to all but internal users as well?  From what I’m seeing, only questions can be marked for internal use/hidden. Thanks!JJ  

We paused a program to fix the auto-reply email after a participant takes a survey. During the program being paused, we had more surveys taken. When we start the program back up, will they receive the corrected follow up email? We want to make sure they 1: receive the correct email or 2: receive no email and we can follow up with them separately.

It is frustrating for us and for customers when they have to re-create a topic when they have questions that are actually ideas or when they have accidentally shot an idea as a question. When will I be able to convert question or conversation to idea (new idea module)?

Can you have an email assist linked to a task in a CTA?

How are you?In case you missed the webinar on Pipefy’s super user program, check out the highlights below:  We built a relationship with our founding super user members before launching the program  Before the launch of Pipefy Experts, I started building personal relationships with our top users via private messaging on the inSided platform. I even had deeper conversations with these users on calls. That way, when it became time to launch our super user program, I already had meaningful connections who became our first members of the program and they felt engaged.  How we find our super users  We find our super users by tracking the points leaderboard on inSided. If we notice a particular user has been climbing the rankings, we will invite them to join the superuser program. Change the Drill down report name without having any changes made to the report name and show me field  display name 

Hi there! We currently have points set up in our platform to see super users and to track activity. However, we face the problem that we do not see customer’s extrinsic desire to earn points because there is no reward for them. Does anyone have ideas of how to utilize points for something within the insided platform or a third party site we can use to make sure these points could go to cool rewards like company merch, discounts, gift cards, etc? Thanks!

Since 2015, 2048-bit keys have been the recommended secure key size by NIST with an expected supported lifespan of up through 2030. It appears InSIded is currently using the AWS default for Amazon SES (1024-bit) which is considered to be cryptographically insure.What plans are in place to rollout 2048-bit DomainKey support? This finding is increasingly coming up in security audits.

Please can you advise what format the password needs to be in for the community sites? e.g. it needs to contain uppercase, lowercase, numbers etc. We want to add this information as blurb at the top of the registration page to help users. 

Hi, we’ll close our community so that all its content is visible to logged in members only. However, we have one article describing how to sign up to the community with SSO, we’d like to link to in the sign up window, that also non registered users can se. Would that be possible? 

Is it possible to perform an export of custom views? If not, is there any way to pull a report that shows the Question being asked?

Apologies if I overlooked this somewhere, but is the new Associated Records Timeline feature available for use by Gainsight Assist Chrome Plug-In yet?  It doesn’t appear to be so I’m assuming no.If not, can this be converted to an Idea?

Hi all - I’m hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction on this, as I’m not getting anywhere with Support. I have a JO program that triggers a CTA to be created and assigned to a CSM for a segment of survey respondents. The participant list is set up, and I’m seeing no obvious errors in the Create CTA program step, but when I run the program to test it, the CTA is not being created. Here’s a look at that step: I double checked the participant list preview, and the CSM ID is present and the related custom field mapping is set up correctly: I’m new to Gainsight CS, so I’m not exactly sure what I’m overlooking here. Need to fix this ASAP as I’m on deadline for the related project - please help!

HI,I am not able to add more than 50 fields in show fields in a task in a rule.Is there any way out to do that.I have also tried doing it with adding another task and merging that but it is also not giving desired outcomes.can you please suggest any other way

We plan on adding UTM parameters to any links included in the banner, but I am wondering what others have done to track engagement, but we are also interested in the following: Is there a way to track clicks on banner Engagement with banner posts # hrs user stays on site after banner Amount of people that take an action after viewing the banner Has anyone had success in tracking these other metrics as well?

Would be great if you had the option to save the automated JO emails to Timeline so that the CSM could reference as needed. I'm thinking just maybe a checkbox similar to the Log to Salesforce one.

Our business has a self service model for downmarket plans and our implementation team typically contacts the customer within 1 hour of a customer being marked “closed won”. We want our onboarding team to use Success Plans because of external sharing but I’m wondering if there is a way we can ensure only 1 onboarding success plan is created per customer.  Due to the quick turnaround time I want to run a Cron and have the rule pushing every 2 hours (which I understand is the quickest turnaround we can setup within GS). The only issue here is if I filter customers who are marked as “closed won” by [Subtract N days from Rule date = 0 / Rule date] then it will create 12 Success plans for that customer throughout the date of the rule because there is no way to create a unique Success Plan in the same way that you can for a CTA. Curious if anyone has found a workaround for this or if this tool was really built with daily updates in mind.
