I’m experiencing unexpected behaviour with the new image widget in Horizon dashboards. If I select the ‘Fit to the box’ option then no matter how I scale the box on the dashboard layout I will always have horizontal and vertical scrollbars around the box.I would have expected when using the fit to box option that the image would be scaled so that the scrollbars aren’t needed. The scrollbars are very visually jarring, so I want to be able to use to fit to the box option to ensure they aren’t shown on the dashboard regardless of the screen size you’re viewing it on.Is the current behaviour expected, or am I doing something wrong here? 

We need to find the object “Sales Entity Old” and replace it with “Sales Entity”. This needs to be done over 3 separate entities as the “Old” is a string data type while the new one is a dropdown list.Is there a global way to do perform a “find and replace”? Any suggestions or workarounds?

I noticed on Zendesk we are able to see a list of top search terms within their analytics. I was wondering if InSided had anything like this? We are creating a monthly newsletter with featured topics, and I would like to base those topics on the things our customers are searching for. Particularly things that have a lower number of views but may still be relevant to the most popular search terms. 

Hi,Is it possible that your outlook calendar could be synced to Gainsight like your emails can with the Gainsight Assist tool.  Our CS is having success tracking their email communications, but find that their customer meeting activity is being missed as it requires manual entry.Any possibility on roadmap or alternative?Thanks.

How can I dynamically assign task ownership to a CSM’s manager when configuring tasks in a playbook? We have Manager as a User ID field on the User object and usually I can get to it when reporting off of the Company object, but I can’t find it when trying to assign the associated Manager to a playbook task.

Does the search on the embeddable widget include other content integrated for federated search? Or is it just content that lives on the Insided community? (cc: @cbeac2432)

We got an ask from Cody Nichols (CommVault Systems, Inc.).   They want to put a filter on the "Person" within the C360 view on an attribute of Active (true or false) however they don't see any options to filter the person as a default view for their end users.

Hello Gainsight Community,We are building a universe (business intelligence/business objects) from the export of the Gainsight AWS bucket files as per the Gainsight AWS specification online.I seek your knowledge on the architectural design of the universe.  The simple joins by account id, identifier id, as well as also in master data engagement id and master data feature id… is not enough.That design gets us one path to list the account, user, ..engagements, or list the features, or list the external events for a product.In one universe, I am looking for pulling all tenant, all product, engagements, features, events, surveys, etc. into one business objects report.  Or even if I go into Power BI, the same thing. or even if I go into Access.  Has anyone combined data in one universe, etc. to allow overall reporting of Gainsight data for the company?Thanks for your help.Janine

We launched our community yesterday  so obviously I’m spending a good amount of time checking in on the analytics dashboards. When I used the “Today” filter, I’m noticing a lag on a few metrics like new registrations (lower/delayed from what I see in Users > User Overview) and new topics created (lower than what I see in our slack integration and activity feeds.How often do these dashboards refresh? Is there a lag or delay of some sort I should be aware of? (note: when looking at the yesterday filter, all seems to be correct)

Hello Gainsight Admin community, Next time you want to troubleshoot on usecases likeHow the field is getting the value into ? What is the source of the object ? How is the data flow happening ?  Are there dependencies to check before I delete ?And many similar questions. Then you can use this super hero from Adminstration → Analyzer which is a one stop for most of the troubleshooting questions. Where you can find multiple feature analysers that gives you a brief idea on what is happening at feature level.Now select Object analyzer and go to the tab data flow diagram.Select the object either Gainsight/Salesforce object. Here in this example I selected Company object. Click on view.

Hello GS Community. I was very excited about being able to associate CTAs and Cases to Timeline entries. But, after following the instructions here:https://support.gainsight.com/SFDC_Edition/Timeline/Admin_Guides/Configuration_of_Associated_Records_to_TimelineThe only “associated records” choice was Company. We don’t use Relationships so it’s not important to us but Cases and CTAs are. We are still on the sf.com instance. Here’s what I see  Did anyone come across this problem? thanks!Lyne

Hey all,I have a user who asked if she could actually get a notification on the platform when somebody replies to her comments/ideas/topics etc. Users can see their own activities but not how others/the community responds to their activities. She’s asking if this is in insided somewhere; not an email notification.Thanks so much! Andrew 

Hi, we have gated our training resources behind the log in wall. However, this means the section is entirely invisible to non-logged in users so they might not know the content exists at all.As a solution, I was hoping I could create a knowledge base category that is visible only to non-logged in users that tells them about the content they can access once they log in.I am having trouble setting up the visibility permissions so that only non-logged in users can see that section.I created the knowledge base category and selected these permissions: But it is still visible to users who are logged in: Am I missing something? Please help
