Currently, the Export dropdown menu at the top of the C360 does not show all of the available Success Snapshots for export. To get around this, I clicked 'done' on the SS that I wanted to be able to export (in Admin > Success Snapshots), and then it moved to the top of the export list on the C360. 

When I upload contacts to the Survey distribution tool via a csv file (containing contact IDs), I receive an email that says how many records successfully loaded. However, the email does not contain information about why a record failed to load. It would be helpful if the tool provided some feedback. In my example today, I figured out through trial and error that the record wasn't loading because the sfdc contact was missing an email address.

SUMMARY As of May 21, 2015 9:00am CDT, we are investigating the following service incident: We are currently investigating reports of Customer 360 Usage Graph options not remaining sticky. Upon logging in post 4.27 release some customers have reported that the usage options they picked previously were no longer selected. After selecting the correct options they are not always remaining sticky when moving from customer to customer.  May 22, 2015 2:30pm CDT: We have identified the root cause of the issue. We have a fix available in our testing environment and plan to push to customers just as soon as testing is completed. Target date is Monday. Is it possible to have comments automatically populate the comments section of a manual CTA using th

Is there a way to clear all the CTA's generated so far for a certain type or category? 

Currently you can't copy an existing survey and make changes. You can only choose from two pre-built surveys. 

If a user refreshes a stale health score using the checkmark instead of the new refresh button; a duplicate health score record is created - which impacts reporting and dashboards. Standard UI procedure is that invalid options should not be available (can only rely on user training to a certain extent). If the score value is not changed, the checkmark option should not be available.

What are best practices for analyzing the scorecard data to learn more about the health of the overall customer base? Are there any graphs / detailed SFDC reports based off of the scorecard object that worked well and you recommend? I'm working on building a dashboard based on the scorecard data gathered in the C360 page. Some business questions I'm trying to answer are: 1) How many customers are at churn risk? - By Industry - By Segment - By CSM - By Renewal period 2) What are the top 5 reasons of why some customers are currently in Red 3) What's the monthly overall score trend Any other examples of what works for others would be greatly appreciated. One leading indicator of customer churn is the loss of a key customer contact. I'd like to be able to write a NULL value to a Customer info field. Here's the situation: I created a few lookup fields in Customer Info that get populated by a rule to mirror the assigned service team members in the Account Teams object. I had to flatten into Customer Info to be able to use these fields in Gainsight - for assigning a CTA, for example. In case a user gets removed from the account team, I'll need to blank out the field in Customer Info, but I can't figure out how to set a Null value with a rule. The "Set Action" page doesn't let me assign a blank value, and doesn't seem to work when I enter "NULL".  Does anyone know any tricks to this? My plan is to have two rules - one to wipe out all the values of these fields, and then a second rule to populate them, which would be scheduled to run in that order.  Thanks!

I'd like to display a user-level metric in a Reports 2.0 visualization very similar to the C360 Usage Data graph.  After building the Report, the resulting graph doesn't automatically order chronologically and I don't see a way to order the columns or dates.  (Line graphs aren't specified in the upcoming release notes.)

If you and your team have started using Sponsor Tracking, it would be helpful to set up different reports and views to display information about sponsors across customers. This is especially helpful to ensure sponsors are being tracked for each of your customers, identify gaps of sponsors in key accounts and drive action.
