Is it possible to reference a custom property created in CE within the FLUID Template for the default certificate. ? We have a Course Duration property that we would like to add to the certificate. Thanks in advance. Alistair

Hi, I’m new to Gainsight and am wondering if there is a possibility of adding the user’s first name to the email body or subject line?

We have a few monthly live sessions that we run for Partners that span two days, and I want to streamline all of it through CE. Is there a way to set these up via ILT and not make them sign up for both days separately? The sessions go together (part 1 and part 2). We’d risk that they miss one registration and only attend half.

We’re looking to implement the Zoom integration, but I’m having trouble finding exactly what it does. Does the Zoom integration from CE automatically create a Zoom event or do these have to be done separately and added to each event?

Hi everyone, As the title notes, is there a way to make an Ideation section view-only (so users aren’t able to comment or upvote) for logged out users? We have this configuration for the other areas of our community but aren’t able to get it for our Ideas section, leaving it as an exclusive area for registered users, creating a friction point and potentially contributing to registration drop off. Hey there. Last week, the Q1 2025 patch release notes for Customer Success were released to announce an update for Gainsight Assist. When these notes were released, there was no indication that any changes were needed on the client end and that this would be a seamless transition. Come today, our organization (as well as others from admin reports) saw our users unable to access the Outlook plugin due to these changes. When I reexamined the release notes page to try and troubleshoot, I was surprised to see that the ‘seamless’ transitition now called out changes that were required by the Microsoft365 administrator for our organization. While this was an easy change to make, I’m confused as to why no proactive communications (either email or in-app) were deployed to alert admins that this change was coming -- especially when the original release notes did not indicate any change was required. Hi! I need to see a report that shows points vs ranks. For instance, I want to see the average amount of points someone that is in my tier 1 has, then tier 2, tier 3 etc. I did not incorporate points into the tiers in the beginning but it’s something we’re looking to do in the future. However, I’d like to see a good range before finalizing the number. I can’t see a way to pull reports based on points. Is there something somewhere that I’m missing?

Are there any plans to introduce conditional formatting to reports? I have a number of use cases where this would be extremely helpful. Color cells based on Overall scorecard score. Color cells based on opportunity probability / forecast

Hello, I work in operations at my company and we currently utilize Gainsight. With the survey option, is there a way upon completion of a survey for a certificate of attendance to be generated? As some background, we conduct regular zoom meetings with customers and we have a survey option created. However, the survey does not present anything tangible showing the client’s attendance to our meeting. Sometimes client leadership asks for these certificates to prove completion. This certificate would have the meeting name and the name of the attendee.

Hi there! We’re exploring the possibility of using inSided as a video library for Customer Education and would love to hear if anyone has tried this or has any ideas on how it could work. Specifically, we’re looking to create an Admin Curriculum with learning pathways for specific topics and related videos (yes I know Gainsight has a CE solution but we can’t get any additional budget right now). Since moving forward with an LMS isn’t an option at this time, we’re hoping to learn from others who might have used inSided in similar ways, or if you’ve combined it with other tools to organize and deliver educational content. Any tips, suggestions, or experiences you could share would be really helpful! 🙏

For about a month now, we’ve been unable to save any edits made to our community’s front page. We can use the customize button and make edits, but clicking publish just does nothing. When I turn on debugging tools, I can see two errors: "POST https://community.safe.com/branding/updateWidgets 403 (Forbidden)" "Uncaught (in promise) Error: Request failed with status code 403" Some more facts: This happens to both my colleague and I, on our own computers. We both have administrator privileges. We can edit topic landing pages and custom pages without problem. The widget type doesn’t matter. Whatever edits we make, publish fails. We’ve tried: Logging out/in Restarting the browser Using a different browser (tried Chrome, Edge, and Firefox) Using an incognito window Turning off all browser plugins We haven’t changed any custom CSS recently, besides which, that should affect the whole site. We are creating a success snapshot that includes a report of Customer Goals. We can choose the company and success plan for the snapshot to reference, however, for the report, we can’t seem to only show the goals associated with the success plan selected - it shows all of them. Is there a way to identify goals associated with a customer’s specific success plan so that only those are included in the snapshot?

Hi community, Need some help double checking something. I was wondering if there’s any way of having colors or some type of visual in reports that are not based on the Scorecard? Here’s two examples for fields from SFDC that I’m not able to show correctly in Gainsight reports Both show up just broken in Gainsight. I know I can have auxiliary fields that for example instead of showing the color green are just named “Green” but it loses its purpose. I’m almost sure that this is not possible outside of scorecard-based reports but is there a super cool trick I’m not thinking off? Thanks in advance!

I’m looking for a way to build logic into the tokens for Mass Journey Orchetrator emails in order to place Book A Meeting links based on the Rep assigned to the account. Is it possible to use logic for Tokens currently?

I dont have hard data, this is just a hunch, but I think we have more posts marked as a spam than before. And the problem is because they are ok posts, they should not be marked as a spam. There are no links, or promotion, or suspicious text, images, nothing. No matter are you new member or active member. Have you seen this also?

I am hosting a community member appreciation week and I would love to be able to feature community member profile photos - I’ve seen this on a few communities (unfortunately I can’t find an example now), but I would like to see if this is a feature of if anyone has done this before. Another manual idea I have is just grabbing several profile photos and adding them into a banner - is there any good way to download profile photos? I haven’t been able to figure it out.

The Data Design preview function, more specifically the Merge Preview function, is borderline useless. Maybe 1 out of 20 times will the preview actually generate anything. Is it because the merge has 0 results? Is it because I merged on the wrong fields? Maybe I have the wrong join and it should be left instead of right? Impossible to know without fully running the data design, and if you’re working through multiple joins within a design you have to join a potentially non-functioning merge into the full data set - whereas if the preview actually functioned as expected I could adjust as needed without having to complete the design. When working with large data sets, it’s extremely time consuming to always have to run a DD for each Merge to validate the output when the Preview feature should function. I don’t remember having this issue so often in the past. Lies
