Hello,We are migrating to C360 and have a lot of tasks that need to be imported from our old solution in Microsoft Lists.  Is is possible to import these if they were in some kind of CSV or XML format?   Thank you!

Helloooo Community! We’ve just finished sorting all of the PX product ideas into feature-specific categories, so you’ll now be able to seek out and submit ideas with ease.I’d recommend taking a moment to peruse the category that most interests you (and perhaps drop an upvote or two 😉). At the moment, Engagements are leading the charge with 169 ideas, followed by Analytics’ 147 ideas. Please note that we’ll be deprecating the ‘Gainsight PX’ idea category in the near future, so make sure to use the new categories for idea submissions going forward. FYI, the sorting process looked something like this ⬇ 

I’m having a devil of a time adjusting my success snapshots to look presentable when embedding reports or metrics in them. I’ve seen the success snapshot tips and tricks on this forum, but I’m looking for practical examples where the end results look stunning and how you got there.

Here’s a quick overview of how you can use the Gainsight PX Admin Console to accomplish some speedy engagement troubleshooting of your own. Engagement MonitoringIf you’re encountering an issue where a guide is breaking in mid-view, or the server-side view count for an engagement doesn’t make sense given the qualification scope, client-side engagement errors are the most likely root cause. Client-side engagement errors are reported in the Admin Console’s Engagement Monitoring tab. Hi, InSpired Community - Is there a knowledge article or documentation that contains a list of all the current widgets in the Widget Library, and summary of key attributes / what is configurable and where it can be deployed?I’m working with our summer intern on a projet to utilize Custom Pages and it would be very helpful to have a table or PDF or some documentation I can refer to that explains the intent and basic config paramaters of all the current widgets. I was only able to find the Product Update announcing expanded library (but not specifics on the widgets themselves) and a 3-year-old article on home page widget recs.  Thank you!

Hello, is there a way to create a success snapshot for a customers QBR that includes information on the C360 such a usage reports? I tried creating a snapshot but did not see any options to include usage information at the account/ user level from reports we have on our 360. Thanks! 

Hi everybody 👋 I recently had a community member reach out to me with a “Please unsubscribe me from these emails” message. The email was an automatic system email notifying them about activity on a post they contributed to in our community.Ideally I’d like to honor their request, but I cant seem to figure out a way to help them unsubscribe from all of the system emails Insided sends. Any ideas or workarounds you all have thought of? My CSM team just attended a large national conference and was able to engage and meet with many of their accounts. I’d like for them to be able to update many of their accounts at once. Is there a way to add an engagement to many accounts’ timeline at once? Or bulk update? Thanks!

We are currently thinking about how we can increase our subscribers and we've also taken one suggestion from the community to implement a widget on the homepage. At this point we are also looking to understand:- At what percentage is the industry standard of subscription to forums?- how are we compared to that standard? I am adding a lot of articles to the Community, but they are all showing up in my activity stream. Is there anyway to ensure that a particular recent post does not appear in activity stream? Or whats the best way to add several articles at once without it appearing in someone’s activity stream?S

The tutorial on Gainsight Go explains how to get an NPS out once a month, but not on other timeframes. if you tracked customer age by days (from contract) would that be more of a rolling NPS instead of triggering an outreach once a month?

Hi Team,As success snapshot gives the ability to tokenize the field which is a dynamic value with respect to that account however there’s no ability to fill the color in a table created based on the certain thresholds. Would be great if we have the option to customize the formatting based on the criteria we define
