Would like to have a survey response automatically emailed to an email address or distro list when a client completes and submits a survey

We were unable to implement Scorecards 2.0 (without Relationships) due to the fact that we have accounts that need two completely different scorecards.  When we went to set up as a single scorecard, two groups, we had to stop because we could not assign weightings by group.  It only allows the weights to be assigned to ALL elements in the scorecard.  We need group A to = 100% and group b to = 100%.    There should be a check box (like enable overall score) to say "enable group weightings" or something to that effect.

We often have multiple CTA's or actions that fire off a single rule. We add filters to each action to ensure that the right actions are taken. However, those filters applied to the actions are not visible in the preview of the rule within Rules Engine. Having this visibility would allow us to no open the rule to determine what is causing different actions to trigger. 

This idea has come from a user who suggested that there should be a shareable link to CTA to send it to other Colleagues. "Can I send a link to a CTA to another gainsight user? If so, how? This is helpful to link a colleague of mine in case they forget to complete a CTA".

When trying to create a CTA from the Cockpit, the search functionality for the "customer" field is limited. It appears it will not find the customer name unless it is typed in exactly. For example, typing in "lego" shows up as an undefined name, since the customers full name is The LEGO Company. It would make adding a CTA from Cockpit more seamless if we could update this feature. The new timeline/activity tracking is nice, but it would be even better if we could add it into the Opportunity and Account widgets in SFDC so our "Sales View" users can see the activity in one place.

We'd like to be able to embed PingVP videos in our posts and PMs. PingVP is a scalable online video platform. It enables you to upload personalized and interactive videos without the commercials you have on for example YouTube. We use Ping Video for our service videos, they're not uploaded to a platform supported by Insided and uploading to YouTube is not an alternative.

It would be nice if you could build reports off of email logs and be able to customize the analytics which are shown on the CoPilot tab.  

When creating CoPilot emails and using a Placeholder to pull a field in from Salesforce, the formatting doesnt match the surrounding.  Is there a way to format these placeholders/tokens?

I looked around and didn't see anything that answered my question but sorry if this is obvious!  We have set up Outreaches in CoPilot that are sent out to users as part of our On-boarding process. For example, we send an Outreach for a new user that was provisioned but hasn't logged in to the platform yet. We have this scheduled to pull in users to the Powerlist that were provisioned 2 days before rule date but have not logged in yet. The issue we are experiencing is that if a user was provisioned on a Friday, the outreach would be expected to be sent on a Sunday. As a company, we'd rather not send out work-related items on weekends so we do not schedule the Outreaches for weekends. This means that by the time Monday rolls around, the user would no longer be on this Powerlist and that 1st reminder email was never sent to the user.  I was wondering if there was a way to set up this up based on Business Days? I have noticed that when you turn on the "word wrap" on C/R360 that the setting gets refreshed when navigating and returning to the page.  Is it possible to make the word wrap sticky like other areas? (i.e. filters, etc.). 

I'd like users to be able to edit their titles after posting their topic.

Both 'new topics' and 'new replies' are posts we want to filter. Now we have to use two seperate filters for them, but another status called 'New post' that contain both topics as well as replies would be really nice to have.

Webcare agents can't be at the forum 24/7, but our superusers are there a lot more often than we are. It would be nice if they could mark spam, causing it to be trashed automatically when multiple trusted users mark the topic as spam. Or to give a certain custom role the possibility to remove spam topics at the front end.

Troubleshooting a bionic Rule, or just confirming that it's working as you want it to, is a real bother. The Excel sheet that I receive as a result of running the Rule does not include the outputs of each individual Task. Custom Rules do include the data set that comes out of the Setup Rule step and gets handed to the Setup Action step. For the Fetch Tasks, I can view equivalent results by creating separate Reports that match the logic. However, that's time-consuming, especially if I'm tweaking the Fetch Tasks over and over to get them just right. And then, the results of the Transform/Pivot/Merge Tasks are completely invisible. For example, I'm using a Bionic Rule to filter MDA data and join it to Account data. It would help me to confirm that the MDA data is being fetched accurately if I could add a few Show Fields from the Account data in the Merge Task, to see them next to the MDA data, even though those Show Fields will not ultimately be used in the "Set

While tweaking a Bionic Rules that powers our NameDrop config, I ran into a need to merge datasets based on the first 15 characters of a field value. A lot of our Telecom companies have Account::Industry values that different suffixes.... for example: Telecommunications - IT Services Telecommunications - IT Telecommunications Telecommunications - Corporate I wanted to do a merge on companies where the industry field simply starts with "Telecommunications", regardless of what the suffix was.  I did this by creating a formula field on Customer Info that was "Left(Account::Industry,15)" which just grabs the first 15 characters of the field value. I was then able to do my desired merge on this formula field and achieve my desired result. Is there a way I can do this in bionic rules or MDA without making a Salesforce formula field? Would love to have the ability to schedule bionic rules in a rule chain as well as have the option to use the migration tool to move bionic rules from test to production. 

I just ran into a scenario where I had to change a field that was selected in a bionic rule after the rule had already been created. All I needed to do was remove a field and add a different one. This required me to: Remove field from action. Remove field from 2 Merges. Remove field from 'Show field' from original dataset. Add new field to 'Show Field'. Add new field to 2 merges. Add new field to action. This seems like a LOT of work just to change one field. I understand that I would be required to add the new field throughout, but could we allow a user to remove a field from the 'Show Field' section and then state ' This field will be removed from the following sections'? This would drastically reduce the number of steps needed to complete this action.  Open to other suggestions but this seemed very cumbersome/confusing. Thanks!

When a Contact is added to a Gainsight task, and the task is synced with a Salesforce task, the Salesforce task in not updated to show the linked Contact. This is important so users viewing the tasks from Salesforce can see which Contact the interaction was with. 

Can't we have a Bionic rule to be part of rule chain?

One of the goals for bionic rules is to cut down on the amount of rules needed to run actions. I am attempting to set multiple scorecard measures from the same data source but running into an issue. Setup: The same source will be used to set scores for three different measures. Each scorecard measure is based off different Data fields. In one bionic rule fetch I have 16 different possible filters, utilizing advance logic such as, (A or B or C) AND (D or E or F) AND etc. My goal was to source the same object twice and then merge. However, I would need to retain records from both in order to get the result I need. This would effectively set the score wrong for one of the other scorecard measures as the 'relationship id' will exist for all the actions and I do not have the ability to apply action criteria's as there is the case of 'OR' logic. This sparked an idea, the ability to be able to flag a record in a fetch job. Essen

It would be nice to have the ability to retain multiple CTAs if accounts are merged in SFDC.  Also the ability to transition CTAs from account to account would be helpful too.

Lets say sales is trying to sell into a direct competitor of company a. Company A is crushing it on the platform.  Is a usecase for this to provide Shared 360 to this potential customer? 

For HPE, they would like to see Child Account data rolled up to the R360. I see two ways to achieve this: 1. Allow for a checkbox on the R360 sections to allow the end user to rollup this data like we have on the c360. 2. Allow for some way to change the account lookup on a section by section basis in the R360 config. Right now, we rely on the linked object setup in the relationship configuration and cannot customize it on a report by report basis. If we were to change this in the linked object setup for a certain object to solve for reporting, this will break the rule setup which we don't want to rollup.  Do we have any plans to support this in the near future? HPE is a use case where the relationships are account level, just have different teams use different relationship types, so this rollup is as important as it would be at c360 level.

Genesys is attempting to configure relationship fields on the global CTA types (risk, opp, lifecycle). Right now, it looks like in the relationship section of federated admin, you will only get custom relationship level CTA types.  Should we have the ability to have customer level and relationship level fields on the global CTA types if you have relationships enabled? Or what would be the best practice suggestion? You could create copies of the global types at the relationship level, but they cannot have the same name.  Thanks!
