We currently do not have the ability to use “OR” logic when applying filters to new or existing Staircase reports. Every filter is treated as “AND” conditions.If I want a report that shows upcoming renewal accounts where the “Risk level” is high OR “Engagement score label” is low, I can’t do this in a single report. Instead, I have to export and manually piece this together myself, which gets old fast, especially as the impacted report volume grows. There are countless use cases in which this functionality would be beneficial to admins and users. Here are a few more: Single account report capturing accounts renewing in the next 90 days AND have either a ”Negative sentiment” OR “Risk level” is greater than or equal to 2 Single lifecycle event report capturing accounts where the Staircase Sentiment score label is red OR the Insight “Account Dark”  Single report capturing active accounts with a “Churn Risk” insight detected OR a “Account Dark” insight detected OR a “Negative sentiment tre

Hi! We’ve recently launched our KB in the community (which is great), with our team creating 170+ articles in a little over a week.  I’d like to restrict these articles from showing up in the recently active feed, as they push all the questions way down the feed. 

Adding a notification or alert when an Outlook calendar becomes de-authorized, disconnected, or stops syncing with Gainsight. Currently, the calendar widget can become un-synced and require Outlook to be re-authorized. Even after re-authorization and refreshing, syncing issues may continue without a clear notification to the user that the connection has failed.A proactive notification when the Outlook calendar connection is interrupted would help identify sync issues sooner and allow re-authorization or troubleshooting before calendar activity is impacted.

On the C360, you can add low volume objects as a related list. If you include the GSID in the report, you are provide with 2 actions: view/edit. I have created another idea to more easily add this functionality:    https://community.gainsight.com/cs-ideas-21/simpler-ability-to-view-low-volume-object-on-the-c360-38559   Once the GSID is added, a user can click the eyeball to view the record. The page layout that is presented for the object is sorted by field type and then field name. Here’s an example:      There is no way to adjust this page layout. It would be more helpful and intuitive for CSMs if this page layout was sortable. 

This is for joint Staircase and CS customers - we recently got the AI Insights table and a handful of others, that allow us to report on info/insights fired from Staircase, within Gainsight CS. This is great, but there is some needed detail that is lacking.For example, if you look at Churn Risk insights, the best you get is this: While you can now create a CTA based on this data, there’s very little you can provide the CSM in the actual payload to help them out. They will be required to look elsewhere to discover why that fired, or anything else. While they will likely head to the Staircase C360 tab, scorecard, etc., just saying “a churn risk was fired because the churn score is high” is a useless tautological statement.Being able to include even a short if meaningful summary description, like what’s at the top line of the Risk Analyst in Staircase would be great.Appreciate that the structure is there, now help us make it more useful.

Currently in Gainsight Horizon Analytics you can only sort data by one dimension (column) at a time. I would like the ability to: Sort by Column A, and then by Column B (currently it is column a OR column b) When using a Row Grouping, sort by my row grouped field and then each group by one or more dimensions without impacting their position in the overall grouping. For example: Grouping by customer name I want that sorted alphabetically. Then I want to sort timeline entries by subject (alphabetically) and then activity date for each customer. These two later sorts shouldn’t impact the position of the customer in the overall group by sort. Have the ability to have this sorting configured as a default by the admin, but have end users able to update and save sorting preferences similar to how they can global filters today. I sort of use the terms rank/sort interchangeably even though one is probably more appropriate to use.

While doing a bit of troubleshooting on behalf of a customer, I've noted that we cannot seem to use an "OR" logic on "Global Filters" in a dashboard. What I mean by this is if I have a dashboard with four reports, all of which have the same two common filters using OR logic, I would be good to have the common filter on the dashboard reflect "A OR B" logic when applying the filters at the Global level.

Posting this on behalf of a customer who reached out to support with this request.Today, inline survey response options only support selecting from the predefined Display Themes. There is no way to customize the colors themselves, and the color assigned to each response option is fixed within a given theme, it can't be reordered or remapped.The customer's use case: they want their CSAT inline survey to follow the same color convention as their NPS survey (negative responses in red, positive responses in green, laid out left to right), so the two survey experiences feel consistent. With the current theme options, there's no way to align them.It would be nice to add the ability to customize response option colors for inline surveys, ideally with control over which color maps to which response value, so the color scheme can be made consistent across survey types or with a company's own branding.

I love that InSided added in the ability to Save as Draft for Articles, but not all of the content we create from our internal teams should fall under the Articles category. For instance, we have events that our Marketing team hosts where we would like to create a continued conversation thread for - these topics should fall under “Conversations” instead of Articles. Having these types of posts set up and saved as drafts ahead of time will:allow our teams to work more efficiently, so that we don’t have to spend time hustling post-event to get a conversation thread going  give us a link to use in advance, so that we can queue up our post-event thank you emails to customers that attend, and link them back into the Community allows us to quickly pop into that post and embed our video from the event before we post the conversation topicIn this case, I think the ability to do this should either be anyone in Moderators/Community Manager, or anyone in the Employee User group (I’m sure that is

It would be helpful to see if customers only have 1 contact with us and report on that differently than if we only have 1 contact with them. While they both pose a risk, we would take different action depending on the situation. 

I would like to have the ability create and save different themes in email campaigns. Instead of having only one theme to work with.
