Hi Team,Currently we are observing in Data designer that when running a Data designer and if some of the records of a task have failed , the status of a task in execution logs are showing up as SUCCESS but it should in fact be Partial Success as some of the records have failed.It seems partial success status for a particular task is not implemented in Data designer execution logs yet and this could be an enhancement for future, Thank You!@sandeep_dugar @rakesh 

The multi-select feature is poorly designed throughout. In rules engine/query builder, we have to build overly convoluted queries to be able to track NULL values and combine them with (OR condition) includes/excludes. It is also extremely difficult to leverage in any reporting considering the things we can or can’t do with it (can’t group by). It’s impossible to write to it without convoluted formulas to not override what’s already there. Everything about this feature is terrible. It needs an overhaul to start making sense and to stop requiring convoluted 20 steps approaches to get anywhere with it. 

Hi Community!  I know users can filter comments from Newest to Oldest but is there a way to do this in the backend so newer comments always appear first? Thank you! 

 Hi Admins! Would you be interested in learning how to track each link exactly when there are multiple links in the email sent? If yes, go through the below content to crack it. Example: Below is the renewal email that we are sending to the customers with three options to select from:  As you could see in the screenshot, if a user selects option3 the CSM has to reach out to the customer, regarding the renewal discussion. So after sending the above email, we need to exactly track which link did the user click out of the three links and if the user had clicked the third link, the CTA has to be triggered to the respective CSM to reach out their customer for renewal discussion..  Right now, in JO conditional wait we only have flexibility to track whether  The customer has opened the email Clicked any link after opening the email   But we do not have information about exactly which link is clicked when there are multiple links in the same email template. We’ve created an engagement in Gainsight PX with information about features in our latest release. The release deploys to different regions (Australia, Japan, South Africa, North America, etc.) at different times. Can we schedule the engagement for different times based on region, or will we need to create different engagements?

I’m doing a POC on the recommended content feature. After I configured recommended content, I see that the user gets separate tabs for engagements, articles, and links. However, I don’t see how to add links to recommended content.How do you add links? I am prompted to search for engagements and articles. 

Hi Community friends! I was digging around some articles/posts in the InSided community to look for ideas on how other communities are defining “Active Users”. Curious to know how others are defining this, as there doesn’t seem to be a set definition within the industry. I know Julian shared some of his thoughts in the post below, but wanted to see is others are calculating by “any time a member posts a topic” or as “any time a member replies in a conversation or posts a topic”, etc. Looking forward to hearing how others calculate this, as I’m currently trying to determine the best way to measure Daily Active Users/Monthly Active Users, but unsure what the best definition of “Active” is in this case.

Are any of you using a survey to ask customers to provide feedback about guides?I understand that it is not possible to capture which guide triggered a specific survey response. But I was wondering whether it is possible to use either Funnel or Path Analyzer to see the relationship between surveys about engagements and the guides. For example:Which engagements were used before surveys with certain results (positive or negative votes on engagement)? Which engagements lead to positive votes (or negative votes)? Positive (or negative votes) come from people recently running which engagements? Specific votes (e.g. needs a video) come from people running which engagements?

Is anyone else having challenges with the recent release of enhancements to the success snapshot feature? My biggest issue is if I add a table report to a snapshot slide, I used to be able to easily adjust the table column widths.Now, it’s a bit more difficult:It’s hard to see the boundaries between headers After I save the custom column widths in the table report and I run a test, it doesn’t keep the custom column widths  Updates I make to the report shown on a snapshot slide are not always show in the edit-template screen.

How are you using Gainsight to measure stakeholder engagement.  We're tracking meetings (but can't tell if the stakeholder actually attended) and emails (but can't tell if the email was to or from the stakeholder and/or if it was a meaningful email).  Help?

I have multiple Project in my GainsightPX company account. We have a common uid accross all product and we have enabled SSO login for all products. The data is sent across all projects in gainsightpx even if we haven’t sent that field from out frontend.  Can someone please help me out?

The default for replies is to show Oldest First, but we also have options for Newest First and Most Likes. Can I set the default to be Newest First for Posts/Topics within a specific category only? Use case: I have a News Category in which posts will regularly receive replies where the latest reply is the most relevant. And after some time, the threads may become quite lenghthy.

Hi everyone - I did a search but couldn’t find an answer. I am trying to find out how we get the number of views on all topics for a time period. I know I can export topics for a time period and see views on the topics created for that time period but how do I see views for all topics? I have also looked at the Self Service dashboard. It shows the ‘unique visitors who viewed help content’ but does that count if they view just one piece of content or multiple? Another words, if a unique visitor viewed 2 different articles, will it be counted as 1 or 2? Thank you!

Thinking about running an international in-app engagement but wondering what your audience logic should be? Don’t worry, you have options!  If you are bringing in location as an attribute to PX, its simple as 1,2,3. But what if you are unsure where your customers are actually located?  Don’t worry, we got you. Here are your options for moving forward: In Audience Logic:“Location” criteria is based on data you provide/send to PX, which is as accurate as location data you have in your business systems. “Inferred Location” criteria is based on geolocation matching based on the user’s IP Address, which is not 100% accurate, but pretty good if you do not have any/good location data in your business systems to pass to PX. “URL” criteria can be good if there is something in the URL’s domain, path, and/or query parameters that indicates the user’s location.
