In the Snowflake Schema -  CLOSE_DATE, CREATED_DATE, & MODIFIED_DATE_LAST are all DATE FormatWhen I query in Snowflake – I am receiving DATE-formatted data, ie. 2021-01-28When I add this OBJECT in the SNOWFLAKE CONNECTOR – those 3 fields are showing a data type of “date-time”I have tried to ingest that data into a destination of an MDA Object with the fields formatted as DATE on the MDA object and no values come over for these fields and then formatted as DATE-TIME on the MDA Object, no values come over for these fields.It appears I cannot change the field type on the object when I add it to the snowflake connector.Has anyone seen anything similar and/or have any guidance?

I’ve setup an integration with Zapier based on the New User in inSided (2.1.0) trigger that should assign a role based on the fact the new registrant has a certain domain in their email address. (Our employees).Sadly the Instant trigger simply isn’t firing consistently, and some new members are simply not launching the zap at all... Note the rules around the email domain come after the trigger and there are no errors reported in Zapier, the registrants are just missing from the Zap history.UPDATE: Since then I was unable to reproduce it but a few members were affected originally... Is anyone else having issues?

We want our user creation to happen through AD integration or remain with an administrator.Is there a way to disable the “Create an account” link on the login page.

I thought it would be natural to allow people to invite others to join the community and incentivise it through gamification. Strangely this does not seem to be built in, so to supplement this existing idea:  I created this one: But these are getting very low upvotes, was it a matter of bad timing, or am I missing a reason why this isn’t a thing? Curious to hear from other people in the community about this idea.

There is a bug in Insided platform; where sometimes when attaching 2-4 images it creates duplicated hundred of attachments. This happens randomly. However I came across this twice within past month. Hope you could resolve this soon as users have to repost again and again when such happens!Thanks & Best Regards,Yasas

A lot of our articles can be very long and we have a link below each section within the article, that will take the user back to the table of content. This makes it easy on the user instead of having to scroll all the way back to the top of the page.Currently in Zendesk we can add an anchor within the article to allow the user to return to the table of content.  Above the table of content:<a name="Return"> Table of content: <ol>  <li>    <a href="#GoogleDeviceIntro">Integration Management Introduction</a>    <ol>      <li> End of each section to return user to table of content: <a name="Overview"></a><a href="#Return">[Return to Index]</a> when i try to do this with insided articles with HTML code it does not work. Is there a work around that i can try?

Hi All, I’m after some advice please …. I’m sure others have come across the same so hoping someone, somewhere may have a good solution!  We are a SaaS company and use SFDC as the main CRM with Gainsight for CS Team. Majority of our customers are individual entities so easily managed in C360s. However, we also have Franchises - some 5 main Parent companies, each has between a handful to 1200 individual franchisees that exist as individual accounts in SFDC, with individual contracts, contacts etc (think major fast food companies with all their stores). These are often tiny customers individually but collectively they can be classed as a High Touch customer. My dilemma is - how can we manage these in Gainsight in C360 effectively? Each of the parent companies will have a CSM assigned but with the current set up of all these thousands accounts set up individually, it’s a nightmare to view and manage them all in one place. Relationships might work but is not an option for us. Hello everyone!I am wondering if anyone has access to or knows of a larger repository of favicons, shared images, badges, hero images for use?I am a smaller team of basically me, and would love to not have to start from scratch.Thank you for the help!  

I’m using the API to register a user - which works. But I can’t get setting custom profile fields at the time of registration to work.According to https://api2-eu-west-1.insided.com/docs/user/#operation/register this should be possible.I’m using JSON similar to this:     "data": {        "email": "johnsmith@nowhere.com",        "username": "johnsmith",        "password": "notrealpassword999"    },    "profile_field": {        "5": "John",        "6": "Smith"    }, The user is created but the custom profile fields are not set.  The 5 and 6 are the ids of the custom profile fields. The documentation suggests that I need to use the id number.Setting the custom fields after registering the user works but that involves additional API calls - it would be nice to set them in the initial registration.

Hi Community,I see that in the inSpired community, if I want to re-visit the ideas submitted by me, I can just go on “Topics started by you” on my profile and find them all there. I can do the same for other users.However, this does not work in my Community. I can only see the submitted Questions & Discussions, but no Ideas.Is that a bug or am I doing something wrong?Note: I can see the submitted Ideas only if I go on “recent activity” - but it’s easy for them to get lost in an ocean of comments and replies.Anybody have a similar experience? Best,Daniele

I’m trying to reorganize our knowledge base, and I’d like to pull an entire subcategory into a new parent category. Can I do that without moving all the topics? I know I can bulk move, but I worry if people are linking to the old knowledge base section, it’ll be broken. If that’s the case, is there a redirect option built into Insided?

We’re using the new Federated Search API (beta) and loving it! We’re also currently a private community, so content access isn’t an issue. However, we’re exploring a move to a public community with specific categories, modules, etc permissions set to private (toggled off unregistered/logged-out users). In a public community setting, how will the federated search content work for logged-out users? My assumption is that those results will default to the community setting and be public. So when an unregistered user leverages the search bar, they’ll be able to see those listings. cc: @Marion Frecaut 

Hi All!I have been getting this question a lot lately from many customers, so I figured I would create a Community post so that all could benefit…--------------------------------------There is currently not a CSV download option for usage data within the PX application.  The only ways to retrieve usage data collected within PX is through the aggregated Amazon S3 Exports or programmatically using our REST API.  So, what can you export you might ask???? On the PX Adoption Report, you can click on one of the Users/Accounts number counts and then download those records as a CSV file.  This filtered User/Accounts export could then be shared with other teams as necessary (e.g. Product Marketing). Hi all!  My team and I are looking to encourage users to ‘subscribe’ to topics more and so increase our peer-to-peer learning as more users will be notified when certain questions are asked. We’re aware that we can customize the button, but does anyone have any recommendations or experience with what design looks best/catches the eye or any ideas on what not to do?  Would love any and all insight friends!  Happy holidays, Taylor 

I am in the process of trying to create rules to transfer data to via External API, but running into a challenge when it comes to MDA picklist values. Gainsight Support has already enabled the backend flag that actual values to an S3 file  It does not appear possible to use the actual values in an External API call.The only option is to create a Case Expression, but I have picklists with more than 10 options and GS Support says there is no way to extend that.There is also not a way to identify the corresponding GSID for each option, particularly if any of the options have never been selected before.Does anyone have any suggestions or alternative workarounds?

Hi there,I must admit the tool to edit the HTML code on ‘email templates’ is driving me crazy. There are two main issues with it that make my life quite difficult:Often times it freezes and it doesn’t let me choose a specific line or word, making it almost impossible to edit. Basically when I try to edit some piece of code but the cursor goes to 2 lines above   When I copy-paste a piece of code I never get the same text  It only pastes half of it or a random section. I don’t know if this is happening to more folks using the platform, but it’s making email editing very challenging. PS: it also happens when trying to edit front end HTML widgets.  

Hi All,  I’m working towards a Surprise and Delight Initiative for our Community Users. An idea I had was to send them ‘handwritten cards’ on special events or important dates in their Community journey like joining the Community/thanking them for their participation or increased involvement / their Community membership anniversary etc.  Does anyone know if we are allowed to collect addresses/business addresses for this type of scenario from our users or if this is against any policy of some kind?
