Hey,in our community we offer 2 login methods: local login SSO for staff who have registered their account with professional emailsince SSO login is only for a small portion of our members, I was wondering if there was any easy way to switch the order in which these 2 options show up. Right now it’s SSO first then local login.I would like local login first and then SSO.any idea? 

I'm new to the Gainsight tool/application and would appreciate any guidance or coaching. Could someone please help me understand how to achieve GREEN status for my Task #6 from NA? HI We are experience a problem with the knowledge base showing a 500 error message.  I can’t see how to raise a support ticket and Gainsight known issues is not showing it. What can we do in these situations?  Is it known and being addressed?

Hey all!In a topic from December, I alluded to the fact that we’re trying to tackle the increasing spam problem with some out of the box thinking and promised a write up once we had things a bit more figured out. While I can’t say we have everything figured out, we’ve got enough to share! So what’s the problem?When it comes to spammers and community managers, it’s like a giant lazy game of chess. Your goal is to exert the least amount of effort to beat your opponent. When it comes to spammers, they post obvious junk, we build filters. They inundate us with spam at certain hours, we implement pre-mod processes. They post craftier spam, we implement spam detectors. And so on. Their move, our move. Their goal is to post as much spam as they can get away with using the least effort possible. Hi All! We implemented Staircase in or around May. We’ve just started writing the Staircase health/sentiment/engagement scores to our Gainsight instance. Our intention is to, eventually, roll these into our overall Gainsight health scores.Having reached out to Support, I’ve learned that the Staircase scores are updated a few times daily. We’ve created a tracker, but are looking for advice - would it be more prudent to do daily or weekly snapshots? What is everyone else doing? Is there a recommended cadence? Thanks!

I'm curious how Gainsight configured their header at the top. I'd like to apply a similar idea for our community, but I'm not sure how to position the link to the right with the default "header."   

Hello everyone, It has come to our attention that the Grammarly Extension has been causing an issue with some of our text editors across the platform. This occurs when text is typed into the editor and Grammarly is triggered to check spelling and grammar - causing the text to disappear and the rest of the text box functionality to break. We have been in contact with Grammarly and they are aware of the issue. Their developers are currently analysing the cause of this issue and are working on a fix - however, no time-frame has been provided for a solution. In the meantime, we suggest turning off the Grammarly extension whilst using your community platform. To do that, please click the G icon on your browser's toolbar and toggle Check for writing suggestions and Show definitions and synonyms via double clicks off. We will keep in close contact with Grammarly and keep you updated once more information becomes available. 

I was scheduling a post to publish tomorrow in a private group, and after scheduling, I noticed it showed up in the group while it was still scheduled. I tested this twice and continues to show the post is up in the group, but since its scheduled, when you click the post, the page is not found. 

Does InSided integrate with any authoring tools, such as MadCap Flare?

We have been trying to implement new kc bot, but we require users to be taught how to use it effectively. For that purpose, we created a guide for a sort of walkthrough for new kc bot and to our surprise we cannot choose kc bot as elements for new guide to be active. How can we train users if we cannot even choose elements from px. 

We're encountering a bit of an issue with automated emails sent from let’s say renewalreminder@mycompany.com. They are currently being flagged as a "Commercial Discussion" by Staircase, and the email content is coming through in plain HTML.Why is the email content being captured like this?      What options do we have to prevent these emails from being categorized as "Commercial Discussion"?  · For example, if we add an exact phrase or the sender's email address as an excluded term, would that work? · If a customer replies to such an email, would that reply also be ignored/excluded by this setting?

Hi,I wanted to create an email campaign directly from the Gainsight platform.The “segments” functionality seemed to me perfect for targeting the right audience at first. When I started to filter down the users, I came across of a lack of flexibility to make it right:filters only allow to choose one OR another filtering criteria , f.e. if I want to have a country field specific and empty ones in one view- it is not possible. you cannot remove manually users from the segment list; it is fully controlled by filtering options, which are limited (see above).Does anyone of you have any workaround how to create a segment only for your specific target?

I’m trying to count the number of items selected within a multi-select picklist and basically assign a ‘score’ based on how many items are selected within a particular list. I was able to work through a few of these using a case expression, but anything with over 3 choices there are just too many options for this to be feasible. Is there another/better way to count the items selected so I can then SUM a group of fields together?
