I have gathered information from various sources and compiled all values into an MDA table.  For example, how many times and account did X in a certain time period.  This table also contains a boolean field corresponding to each value field.  If the value is greater than 0, the boolean field is True, otherwise, False.  I want to use this information to create a table that shows a count of all accounts and how many are either True or False for these fields.  An example mock up looks like this: Each "Resource", as I'm calling them here, is a boolean field in the MDA table.  In this example, we have 2500 accounts and they all have either a True or False value for each field.  I can't figure out how to get a report that looks like this - is it possible? When a bullet list is created in Outlook or Word and then cut/pasted into Timeline, the left margin is set beyond the visible region of the editor. Does not seem to happen when cutting/pasting from Gmail, but does happen with Outlook and Word. See example below: In word doc: When pasted into Timeline:

In the near future, we'll have some analytics dashboards available in the control environment. That's great of course. But if you add your own tagging and tracking to your company website and community, it's possible to get far more advanced web analytics than what Insided can offer. For example, it's possible to track what paths forum visitors are taking to and from your company site and to compare the visits of members and guests. The sky is the limit. Who else is tagging and tracking on their forum? Do you use Google or Adobe Omniture? Would you like to share insights? What would Insided advise to community managers to get started with this?

In a Bionic Merge Task (in an Advanced Outreach, but I imagine it would work the same for a Rule), I'm using an email address as the "Merge On" field between two data sets. Is that join going to be case-sensitive? It isn't indicated in the documentation.

I am posting this for a customer in regards to ticket 33575. The customer is trying to add an image description into an email template so that customers that have disabled images in email can get an idea of that the picture stands for. Whenever the customer inserts the html for the image description and submits it, that submission is automatically stripped out and is not saved. In referring this issue to L2, they stated that currently inserting image descriptions is not possible, but will be enabled in "the next release". I am submitting this one day before the fall release, so I am assuming that this is going to be a part of the winter release. If some of our technical resources could comment on the status if making this functionality available that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks 

Lists of tasks, instead of under CTA?

I have a customer that would like the functionality to be able to use multiple data sources within a power list to create the list itself from those objects.

When running a Bionic Rule in Salesforce, what SF user is actually running the process? We have several validation rules and I have been hitting up against them. Our Ops Admin can whitelist a user, but I need to know who the rule is running as. My user has already been whitelisted and I can bypass the validation rule manually, just not via a Bionic Rule.

I'm brainstorming on ways that we can report on new accounts that are entering our "red" and "orange" health score buckets (our 2 lowest buckets), and coming across some issues. We look at health scores on a month over month basis, given that we don't have data changing on a daily basis. The goal is seeing accounts that are red/orange this month and were not last month.  - One option is to create CTA's for accounts entering these buckets, and then reporting on these CTA's each month. This is my current strategy, but requires a little set up and not sure how it would hold long term. - Are there any other best practices out there for managing this type of procedure on a less frequent basis than weekly?

Everytime I add comments from a rule for a CTA. The old and new comments blend together and just continue to tack on. It doesn't seem to be specific comments to the CTA, but rather the account.  I am not sure if this is my error or how this is supposed to behave. If this is how it is supposed to behave, then it makes using the comments field pretty impossible when these notes just continue to be added on. We won't be able to use this as we would like to. 

It would be great if you could set the default view for users upon log in. For our CSMs, we would like the default view to be cockpit. For managers, certain dashboards. Right now the only way I'm aware to do this is to bookmark the link.

I would like to create a report for a utilization CTA that runs quarterly.  The rule that triggers this CTA looks at quarterly usage data, and then fires one of 4 CTAs (the rule has multiple actions) based on whether there is an increase or a decrease in usage.   I want to group the data by the name of the CTA, but since we use a token in the name of the CTA, each name is technically different: I tired using the Rule Action ID to group by, but these are not readable by our CSM team: I noticed that there is a field called "CTA Group" and my question is whether this would help solve the problem? If so, how do I configure CTA Group? I couldn't find any information on Gainsight Go on the topic.  Thank you!

I've set up an Advanced Outreach to send the NPS survey to a batch of customers every month. For the Participants, I built a Query of the customers who should receive the survey during the month that the Advanced Outreach is executing. However, I'm confused about how these settings works when a person is returned by the Query, and then the next month is no longer returned by the Query. Are they [i]removed from the list of Advanced Outreach Participants, as they would be in a standard PowerList? When they are returned by the same Query again in a future month, do they re-enter the list of Participants and/or the Advanced Outreach flow? I'm especially confused about the above settings, because there's also these other settings that seem to impact whether a person will receive the Advanced Outreach emails when they qualified for it, then stopped qualifying for it, and then re-qualified for it: What's the correct way to set all of the above settings if I want my customers

I am a BIG bionic rules fan (thanks to Kendra!).  However, the more complex they get, the slower the load time for the Rule Actions.  It makes troubleshooting and testing a pain.  It also holds me back a little bit - I have one rule that has 8 different CTA Actions and I want to add 2 Load To MDA actions but I'm afraid it will slow things down too much or cause it to time out. Any tips for making the rules engine load more quickly? 

We're planning to send NPS survey using advance outreach and currently the total number of recipients is around 50,000. We'd like to break down the list and send weekly to each group - this gives some time to respond. Q1: Are there any limitations of the number of recipients per outreach? Q2: Do we have to create different Outreach for each group or there's a way to have GS break down the list and send weekly to each group?    

I've noticed the section to "Enable Link Tracking" in email templates 2.0, but I can't find any supporting documentation regarding what this actually does.   Has anybody used this before? Does it just enable click rates when individuals click on that link?  Thank you

We have 47+ outreaches we run daily. I find the UI very difficult to manage this. I now have a need to cancel several of these and I have to go into each the search on the outreach tab, find the outreach, click schedule, then scroll through the list, find the highlighted outreach, then click the trash can. Or I can go from the main Outreach page to the schedule icon on the upper right, which then gives me this view below in the Day view, and when I find the outreach (if I can read it) I click go to the outreach, then am routed back to the outreach schedule tab, again have to click into the next date on the calendar, scroll through the list of all my outreaches and find the highlighted one and click the trashcan. How can there can't be a central page to turn off, schedule, change outreaches in one screen without all these clicks? If I use the weekly schedule view I can see more of the name then the screenshot below, but in this view I'd like to be able to at least see the full name of t

Hello! One of requirements for a specific team CSMs is to have a strategic business plan in place for each customer. These plans are tracked via Success Plans and are called JBP.  Is is possible for this to be a part of a healthscore (scorecard 2.0) i.e. track whether there is a success plan present in C360 (it must be set to active and Success plan Type = JBP)? the logic here is that if no JBP plan is found, then Healthscore will be reduced to zero. If plan is present then HS = 100.    Can his be achieved? Thanks Katerina 

I turned on my notifications and have 100+ accounts. It seems tedious to go through each one and have to follow in order to receive the email notifications. Is there a way to automate this or subscribe to accounts for the future?

I have a customer who was sending NPS via Advanced Outreach. They had different variant emails based on language. When they sent the survey, they noticed only a few emails were sent. This was due to confusing wording on the settings of the email in Advanced Outreaches. This box wasn't checked but should have been: The reason the they chose not to check the top box originally was because of the help text. Skips sending the email for a recipient if the variant filter value is not matched, if this option is disabled otherwise default variant will be sent.The wording is a little confusing. Also, what is disabled? Is it if the box is checked or unchecked? Maybe a better way to phrase this would be: If this option is checked, the default variant will be sent if the variant filter value does not have a match.

I was renaming some of the Email Templates that are part of Outreaches we have set up, so that I could create more accurate reports on specific outreaches (the old naming convention was too similar to be able to filter out correctly). The report is being filtered on the Template Name.  When I updated the Email Template names in CoPilot, I had to also update the filter logic in Report Builder to reflect the new names on these Outreaches. However, this update seems to not translate over to the Report Builder. When I filter to the new email template name, no data appears for the report. I have waited a day as well for more outreaches to go out with the updated template name. Is this just a bug? Where the Report Builder does not reflect the updated email template names? The report only shows the old naming convention on these email templates.  Or will this update once more email outreaches are sent with the updated naming? Thanks!

I understand that the distribution of operational emails is listed to 5,000. This seems an arbitrary number. What is the logic behind setting that? Is this something that can be extended? We have a regular release update we send that needs to be distributed to all contacts. It is just more work to break up the distribution list so it can be sent to the right groups. Thanks, Elizabeth
