Hey All, We're already using a playbook that includes some steps to make the most of positive NPS survey responses with a structured approach for advocacy, but I've had an internal request to invite 'promoter' respondents to immediately (via link in thank you page) to write a platform review.  My initial thought was that this could be perceived as a little 'eager'... and could compromise the bigger, more important advocacy playbook/ask, but wondering if anyone has had experience - good or bad - doing this?

Adding an export function to the Matrix Data - Objects > All Objects page would be a nice feature.  Is it possible to build a report or some other method for simply exporting the list of objects and optional metadata fields?

I ́ve created a MDA object, populate it with Bulk API and now i want to create CTAs from it using Rules Engine but i can ́t because "Only few Action types are available as Account lookup fields are not used in the task." I edited my object to add a field with lookup enabled But nothing changed on setup rule And setup action keeps the same message =/ So, how can i enable all action types on my MDA object? When i ́m creating a job i have two options of separator: Comma and semicolon, but i can only fetch the mappings with a CSV file using comma. If i try to use a CSV file with semicolon that ́s what happens: Here ́s my CSV file with semicolon If i replace the semicolons with comma it Works fine  That ́s really a bug or i ́m doing something wrong?

I'm experiencing some unexpected behavior in trying to send myself preview emails from the email step in AO.  It seems as though I am only able to send one test message from the email preview screen.  I do get a popup confirming the message will be sent shortly, but no additional emails come through.  This happened yesterday as well.  I have tried restarting chrome and tried an alternate browser but still no luck.  There's no evidence of them having been caught by a filter, it just seems like they are not going out. Has anyone else encountered/resolved this type of situation?

I currently have a rule built out that looks at a certain date field (we'll call it Date XYZ) and when the current date (rule date) is 365 days ahead of "Date XYZ", it triggers the setup action. Within the Setup Rule, the only way to determine if a certain date is exactly 1 year in the past is through the "Subtract N Days from Rule Date". This works fine with N = 365 except for leap years where N needs to equal 366. Doing a simple OR statement won't give me the correct results for when the year is a non-leap year. Anyone have any experience working with year anniversary based setup actions accounting for leap years?

Thanks to the Gainsight team for the Analytics of Advanced Outreach! It is super easy to follow and a great quick reference. However, I have noticed that the "Email Events" section does not have rolling dates. Instead, it shows the first handful of days the AO was going and then stops. You have to click in and modify the settings to get the most recent sends. Here is a screenshot: That was taken today (February 27th), but you'll note that the right most date is February 8th. It would be nice if this would gradually update for each day that there was activity. This outreach is a daily sync with daily sends. It would be great if it showed 2/26 (the last day it sync'ed as of this writing) as the right most date. I am fine if it still only shows ~7 ish days, but the more recent ones would be nice.

The token mapping UI has always bothered me, but it has now reached a new low. When I hover over the token, in either an outreach or an email assist task, the mapping icon appears lower than where it normally has. Instead of being right beside the token, the icon is now a few lines down. This is making it almost impossible to click on it because as soon as my cursor moves away from the token to click on the icon, the icon disappears. I then have to play some sort of aiming/speed game to quickly go from the token to the icon before it disappears. Anyone else have this issue? I've seen it on both Chrome and Firefox.

I am unable to find the UI spot in the Advanced Outreach UI to drill down on the campaign recipients - who read an email or clicked on a link. Not for a survey, specifically for an email chain. I can see overall stats but I cannot drill in as I was to do in Outreach. Perhaps I just don't remember where to go to to drill in. I can write a report on the AO participants activity object but I am looking for the dynamic capability to drill in through the standard UI and export to an Excel spreadsheet.

It seems that the fields pushing over from Cockpit tasks to the tasks object in SFDC is limited to certain fields like "subject". I would like to push more fields over like "CTA Reason". Is this possible or are we limited to whatever is pushing by default?

We are FINALLY getting access to the last login date for users into our community. This has always been there, but is now being logged to Salesforce. How exciting! Obviously, I want to incorporate this into our Health Scoring scheme as soon as possible. The date itself will be stored in a field on the Contact object. My goal would be to compare the last login date of select Contacts on an account and find the "Most Recent Community Login Date" for that overall Account. I am guessing this can be done with a Bionic Rule. Has anyone accomplished this, and if so, can you provide guidance? Thanks!

We often see a low open rate for emails - and would like to migrate most of our adoption driving content to in-app notifications - where we know our clients will see it. I believe UserIQ allow this. Rather than using them as well, we'd prefer to get this functionality with Gainsight! I have heard this is in the pipeline. Could someone confirm if this is coming and if so, what is the timeline for release and what would be the extent (and limitations). For example, would NPS / surveys be possible to do? Thank you.

We are developing our nurturing program for existing customers and have run into some bumps in the road about whether to use CoPilot or Marketo to deliver our newsletters. Our marketing team uses Marketo very successfully for email campaigns to prospects and have volunteered to help with customer communications through Marketo. Their argument for Marketo and against CoPilot is based around having one source of truth for opt-outs, bounced emails and spam, and if it ain't broke, don't fix it. I have a hard time arguing against this. I am also considering integrating Marketo with Gainsight to use Powerlists to trigger Marketo campaigns. Does anyone have experience with this? Any lessons learned, recommendations? Thanks, Steve

I'm rolling out Success Plans for the first time into my organization and am running into the issue of having to go into each customer and add the success plans, one by one. Is there a way to add one success plans to multiple customers? I don't want to potentially reduce the adoption of Success Plans by the CSMs by having them tediously add SP manually.

Hello 🖐️ We noticed that users with a pseudo-compound like "@Pol Corty" can't be found very easily from frontend. You have to type "@Pol" then search in the list to find the user. Maybe an improvement to do in the future to make our user's life better. Thanks!

Lately my percentage of people 'who find an answer' is dropping. 😢 I read comments from my exit survey (which is popping up way to fast) and a lot of people complain that the 'structure' is not easy. Because of this they don't find the answer they are looking for. Do you have the same issue? Or does anyone has some tips for me? We're building up our first pass for tech touch renewal notifications on Advanced Outreaches and Power Lists. For a notification that goes out 120 days in advance, for example, what's the best way to filter and collect the accounts and contact? Should the PL run daily, collect accounts that renew 120 days from that day? And then the AO also runs daily, consumes the PL results, sends the message? Is the correct criteria for the case above "equals" "Add N days to run date" and "120"? Or is there a way to do monthly runs, for example, to collect all accounts that renew in August 2018 and communicate with them in bulk?

I am working on some cool merging of data for advanced analytics surrounding surveys. One hurdle is that the NPSSurveyResponse object does not include Contact ID. The only (hypothetical) unique identifier is email address.  Does anyone know how to add Contact ID to that object? Thanks!

Hi.  I am a new admin wanting to clean out the data in our gainsight platform.  How do I clear and reload data while not triggering CTAs or ruining any existing visualizations?

I was wondering now with the Summer Release, is it possible to add a contact to the "External Attendee" field when creating an Activity and Task in Timeline, if that contact will sync when the task logs in SFDC and populate the "Name" field? I thought it was supposed to be part of the release but it does not seem to be working. I also wanted to confirm whether or not adding a contact to a CTA in Cockpit will sync with SFDC and have that contact populate the name field. I saw that it might be part of the Fall Release but wanted to make sure. Thank you!

We are looking to share more information with our customers about their account in our system. One of the goals is to allow them to provide us with updates about who should be Contacts on their account.  My thought was to make a special C360 layout with only the necessary info, then share that out to specific contacts on accounts via an Advanced Outreach. The replies would allow us to take action and update their list of contacts. I found this article to support the sharing side of this: https://support.gainsight.com/Product_Documentation/CoPilot_and_Automated_Email/Admin_Configuration/... However, I am looking for guidance on ALL the steps to accomplish my workflow. It seems I will need to import contacts into Gainsight Person or something, but that is foreign to me. What do I need to setup to accomplish this goal? Thank you everyone!

Is it possible to require the user to create a Linked Object in a CTA, if a specific CTA Reason is selected? Example: If they select CTA Reason "At Risk - ...", they must create and populate the "At Risk" Linked Object.
