My understanding is that there currently isn't a way to see the status of the tasks that sit under the objectives in Success Plans. Is there a way to add that level of visibility? It would really help with adoption of Success Plans in our org to be able to see the status without having to click into the task's details. 

I'm running into issues where I cannot assign the CTA owner to the SFDC user contact from our Salesforce Account Object.  We currently have these field below as look up contact fields in SFDC Account. 1. Account Manager 2. Customer Success Program Manager  3. On-Boarding Manager The CTA's I'm creating need to be assigned to one of the three above. By default, these fields are not available for me to use as an  "owner field"  I'm creating these rules from GS Relationship, Matrix Data, Activity Timeline, etc. for reference. How can I get the look up contact fields from the SFDC account as the "owner field?"

Our CSM's use CTA's to track updates that are made to our customer's programs. For example - a CTA type would be "Program Update" and Reason: "Increase Reward"  We also are using the MDA to pull in data for an object called "Submissions" Hence when CSM's increase the reward for a customer's program -- A customer's submission volume should be expected to increase. This is all done on the relationship level. I'm looking to create a report that can show a historical view of when CTA/program updates were made and the submission data as well.   This can graphically give us a story of us showing value to our customers. Any advice?

Hello, When we originally onboarded with Gainsight, we set something up so that a few members of our team automatically get emailed copies of the rule results, copilot outreaches, etc. Now I'd like to remove someone from that list and I don't remember how we set it up in the first place. Can someone remind me where I can customize who receives these emails?  Thank you, Dallis

I started downloading the user activity for our Super user Radar, but I dont undestand the "Last Visit" and "last activity" dates. We have several cases, I copied one example of one of our users: the last visit was in December but the last activity was in February. If the user entered to the page in February to make the last activity, the last visit should change too, right?. User: Last Visit: 12/12/2017 Last Activity: 15/02/2018 Has anyone seen a case like this? Is this a bug from the data? Thank you

With many of our CTA's the comments just continue to add on to the CTA, rather than standing alone. It becomes really confusing. For example, we have a CTA for every NPS score that comes in. When the CTA is created we just need to see who the NPS score was from and their comments, but it just keeps adding anyone from the account that has submitted an NPS and what that score was. 

I got all excited when I heard we now had the option to trigger an Escalation CTA from an Advanced Outreach, rather than just an Escalation Email (because one of the main points of implementing Gainsight was to cut down on all the emails we sent CSMs).  Alas, that is apparently only an option with Email Chain model outreaches. (Sad Trombone) 1. Is it on the roadmap to add that option to the other outreach models?  2. Or is the plan that you'll continue to add customization features to the Email Chain model, and eventually negate the need for the other "pre-defined" outreach models?  3. So then should I just go ahead and try to replicate my existing "Customer Satisfaction Survey" model outreaches in the Email Chain model?

We have a field for every contact on an account to mark the contact level for that contact which could be 3 options; Recruiter, Manager, or Executive.  I am trying to create a rule that will create a CTA for an account when there are 0 contacts with an Executive contact level marked. Based on basic filtering options within the rule, I don't see anyway I can do this. Is there any other way I can do this since I am essentially trying to pull back accounts where a certain value for a field does not exist.

I am working with a customer who wanted to know if it would be possible to add an additional field into the CTA export feature (CTA Type). My understanding is that this export is currently static. 

I've seen this happen with enough customers lately that I figured it would be worth raising here. I've had at least 3 or 4 customers in recent weeks (Frontline, GlobalEnglish and Integrate come to mind) that have had an issue with creating a CTA and then not being able to view it in the cockpit or C360. See below:  The fix each time has been to go to the Call To Action setup in Administration and unlink the Linked Objects on that specific type of CTA (it's usually been risk or activity). After the Linked Object is unconnected, the CTA can be viewed just fine. I believe at some point in the recent past we started automatically linking objects to those CTA types, and it appears be causing the issue documented above.  Obviously, this is causing a negative user experience and probably leading to an influx of support tickets. Has anyone else experienced this issue lately too? From a product perspective, this appears to be a bug, but I'd be curious to hear if there's something

Hi all, An AO I've created using query builder is returning the following error whenever I attempt to Sync Sources: "Failed to get data from AO SOURCE NAME" I believe I've traced the cause of this to the Account Lookup field in one of the dataset tasks I built (see below): This mapping is incorrect as our Seller Company ID does not equate to the SFDC Account ID.  So I'm thinking this AO will never populate.  How do I go about changing this to the correct values?   I've tried deleting/recreating the task, but each time this is the only option that populates and it does so as soon as I create the new task. Point to consider: This particular task is pulling from an MDA that has the Seller Company ID field in it.  

Can I adjust the size of the report image in a copilot email? We are sending out a usage email to our clients that should include the 15 users who have logged in the most. As you can see in the image below, the report has all the data points on the chart, but we can only see 8 of the 15 labels because the image is too small. I can't find any option that allows me to increase the size of the image so it can display all data labels. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,  Looking to see how other admin's have solved currency conversion to USD within gainsight, or a load from SFDC.  Today: ARR is shown in it's native currency in SFDC & then has a converted USD option for visibility & reporting, however that is not an option to load to the company object in Gainsight. I can work on a solution with our SFDC admin team however I'd like to see if there's an in-house solution first. How are other groups building their Gainsight operations to be able to show only USD? I cannot find any support articles so any help is appreciated!

Maybe I am impatient, but I cannot seem to get a newly published survey to be available when creating a new Generic Survey AO. I just re-opened a closed survey and it was not showing up. I thought it was maybe that the survey was old (made in August of 2017), so I cloned it. That clone is still not displaying.  Is there a delay in getting the survey to show as an option in AO? Anyone else seeing this? Thanks all!

Hi, Are you guys panning to improve the 'suggested topics' (Dutch: gerelateerde topic) feature? The logic behind presenting the 'suggested topics' is a bit basic. For example: we have a topic running about XS4all and the Fritzbox modem. However, on the right side.. a suggested topic is about 'erection problems'. The keyword is probably 'problemen', but that seems an archaic way of suggesting other topics. A more logical option would be based on context combined with public/moderation tags and maybe with a bias setting related to the categories. The erection topic was posted in our ‘health’ category, so you would think this would rank lower when it comes to suggesting content (bias results) when the main topic is in our ‘computers and electronica’ category

Is there a way to center an image in an article/blog post? I'd like to have my images centered in my articled/blog posts - not sure if there is a BBcode for it or not. Any ideas? Any example is this post - where a few of the images I want to center vs. them on the left side. Thanks

Anyone know what allows a given email template to show up in the list of options when configuring an Advanced Outreach? I am trying to get through some unrelated issues (survey translation with in-line question) and one of my attempts is to clone everything. Maybe the new version will get around that. Anyway, I have cloned my email templates and they are clearly ready in the CoPilot templates section. However, I am not seeing the new template in my AO options for configuration. SOMETIMES they show up after an hour or so. But I do have a template that just plain never shows up.  Anyone know the method behind the madness?

Hey all, I am looking to try out the new Email Chain functionality for Advanced Outreaches. Specifically, we wanted to try the new features of Conditional Wait. However, when I go to make a new AO, there are only options for survey outreaches. The email chain option is totally gone. Anyone else seeing this?  Thanks!

Am I crazy or is there not an option to log emails to SFDC in Advanced Outreaches? We have some security compliance emails that I would like to move from standard to advanced outreaches, but I am REQUIRED to have them logged to the Account in SFDC for auditing purposes.  I feel like I heard this come up a while back, but cannot find my notes on it....

Creating a new template to use with AO, I noticed that the size of an image resized manually in the editor still appears in the email in its original size. To illustrate, I have an image that is 600x600 pixels. In the template, I shrank it to 100x100. Testing the email, the image is out of proportion, probably rendered at 600x600. As a workaround, I created a similar image in 100x100 pixels and this one renders as expected and seen on the screen. This is annoying as we are in the process of converting all of our campaigns from Outreach to AO. We will have to carefully retest every template to ensure they render correctly.

Hi, has anyone else experienced a "Playbooks not available" error message, and/or a blank dropdown in the Reason field when adding a CTA?  I've seen this behavior for multiple users across our org, many times, during a training and in their day-to-day. I'd love to learn if other orgs have experienced this too and how best to solve. I've asked our users to refresh, close out of and restart Gainsight, which only works sometimes. It has been disruptive to workflow as our users are updating multiple CTAs from their Cockpit.  Thanks!

I am going to add inline survey questions to an email going out of behalf of our CSM's. Though, I am wondering if the recipient responds to one of the options, will the CSM receive that response, or is it only captured in the survey analytics?

What is the best way to share presentations in your community? In the past I would post my pdf presentations to slideshare and then embed them into the community posts. Do slideshare embeds work with InSided or does anyone have an alternative? My last resort is to add a link to dropbox or something - not preferred. Thoughts?
