I am a BIG bionic rules fan (thanks to Kendra!).  However, the more complex they get, the slower the load time for the Rule Actions.  It makes troubleshooting and testing a pain.  It also holds me back a little bit - I have one rule that has 8 different CTA Actions and I want to add 2 Load To MDA actions but I'm afraid it will slow things down too much or cause it to time out. Any tips for making the rules engine load more quickly? 

We're planning to send NPS survey using advance outreach and currently the total number of recipients is around 50,000. We'd like to break down the list and send weekly to each group - this gives some time to respond. Q1: Are there any limitations of the number of recipients per outreach? Q2: Do we have to create different Outreach for each group or there's a way to have GS break down the list and send weekly to each group?    

I've noticed the section to "Enable Link Tracking" in email templates 2.0, but I can't find any supporting documentation regarding what this actually does.   Has anybody used this before? Does it just enable click rates when individuals click on that link?  Thank you

We have 47+ outreaches we run daily. I find the UI very difficult to manage this. I now have a need to cancel several of these and I have to go into each the search on the outreach tab, find the outreach, click schedule, then scroll through the list, find the highlighted outreach, then click the trash can. Or I can go from the main Outreach page to the schedule icon on the upper right, which then gives me this view below in the Day view, and when I find the outreach (if I can read it) I click go to the outreach, then am routed back to the outreach schedule tab, again have to click into the next date on the calendar, scroll through the list of all my outreaches and find the highlighted one and click the trashcan. How can there can't be a central page to turn off, schedule, change outreaches in one screen without all these clicks? If I use the weekly schedule view I can see more of the name then the screenshot below, but in this view I'd like to be able to at least see the full name of t

Hello! One of requirements for a specific team CSMs is to have a strategic business plan in place for each customer. These plans are tracked via Success Plans and are called JBP.  Is is possible for this to be a part of a healthscore (scorecard 2.0) i.e. track whether there is a success plan present in C360 (it must be set to active and Success plan Type = JBP)? the logic here is that if no JBP plan is found, then Healthscore will be reduced to zero. If plan is present then HS = 100.    Can his be achieved? Thanks Katerina 

I turned on my notifications and have 100+ accounts. It seems tedious to go through each one and have to follow in order to receive the email notifications. Is there a way to automate this or subscribe to accounts for the future?

I have a customer who was sending NPS via Advanced Outreach. They had different variant emails based on language. When they sent the survey, they noticed only a few emails were sent. This was due to confusing wording on the settings of the email in Advanced Outreaches. This box wasn't checked but should have been: The reason the they chose not to check the top box originally was because of the help text. Skips sending the email for a recipient if the variant filter value is not matched, if this option is disabled otherwise default variant will be sent.The wording is a little confusing. Also, what is disabled? Is it if the box is checked or unchecked? Maybe a better way to phrase this would be: If this option is checked, the default variant will be sent if the variant filter value does not have a match.

I was renaming some of the Email Templates that are part of Outreaches we have set up, so that I could create more accurate reports on specific outreaches (the old naming convention was too similar to be able to filter out correctly). The report is being filtered on the Template Name.  When I updated the Email Template names in CoPilot, I had to also update the filter logic in Report Builder to reflect the new names on these Outreaches. However, this update seems to not translate over to the Report Builder. When I filter to the new email template name, no data appears for the report. I have waited a day as well for more outreaches to go out with the updated template name. Is this just a bug? Where the Report Builder does not reflect the updated email template names? The report only shows the old naming convention on these email templates.  Or will this update once more email outreaches are sent with the updated naming? Thanks!

I understand that the distribution of operational emails is listed to 5,000. This seems an arbitrary number. What is the logic behind setting that? Is this something that can be extended? We have a regular release update we send that needs to be distributed to all contacts. It is just more work to break up the distribution list so it can be sent to the right groups. Thanks, Elizabeth

What does [i]Empty 'From' Name mean in a CoPilot execution summary spreadsheet?

Has anyone used CSV import to create power list for surveys? Is there any downside of using this for a one time survey Vs creating a dynamic list? Will all responses still append to contacts?

I'd like to set up an "always-on" NPS survey, where the same survey is live for forever, and gets emailed to customers quarterly. (It's "always-on" since the quarters are based on the [i]contract quarters, not [i]calendar quarters, so a batch of invitations go out every month.) I'm worried, though, that I'm not thinking of some tricky corner-cases that I'm setting myself up for! Can the same survey respondent fill out the same survey over and over, so long as the previous response has been submitted (or partial-submitted)? When they pull up the survey, will their prior response be pre-populated? Will CTA creation work as normal for each response from the same respondent? Will the 'Surveys' section of C360 display each response separately? If we ever edit a question or answer, I imagine that, when I look up old responses to the question, it will show with the [i]new question language. What are some best practices to convert a standard outreach to an advanced outreach? We're starting to convert some of our outreaches to advanced outreaches and running into a couple problems. The big one is that we're using the power list from the outreach as our participant source for the advanced outreach. The problem here is that the clients stay on the power lists for a few days before dropping off. This means that the clients who received the email yesterday through the classic outreach will receive the same email today from the advanced outreach. Any ideas on how to avoid this from happening?

I have an outreach that is going out and being opened but the Click Count is not going up, even though I know people are following the links. I added some snippets to the URL to track in a Google Analytics Campaign - I don't know if that's having an effect or not.

Hi All, I have a case where in the Emails Log there's a unsubscription event, but the user seems to never have opened the email. How is the scenario possible? is there any way to unsubscribe without opening the outreach email?

After the release last week, we started receiving reports that survey links we were sending out through CoPilot were giving users an error message saying: "An error occurred, please contact survey sender." Turns out in the survey site itself in SF, there is a checkbox that notes "Require secure site (Https)". And with the latest release, Gainsight started to require this for survey sites. THIS IS THE KIND OF INFO WE NEED IN RELEASE NOTES!! This is not the first time we've had releases break functionality without any warning.  And this time, not just back-end functionality, but broken functionality in something we're sending out to our Customers, which just makes us look bad.  So just in case anyone else is getting the same issue, it's an easy fix.  I just would have preferred to fix it before we sent broken links out to our customers. 

I've cloned an initial Advanced Outreach to use for another campaign. This new campaign has less emails then the first and I can't figure out how to delete the send email in the email chain.

We are beginning to move over our Account Master Join table to the Company (standard) table that can be populated by Gainsight Connect.  We were wondering if there are any plans to add a Contact standard table to the list, so that we can align our contact records in Gainsight without using a rule to populate our custom Contact MDA.  

In an Email Assist playbook task, what is the "Email Last Opened On" field supposed to show? I have only ever seen "N/A" even when the email has been opened several times. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

Is there a field available to validate that the Time Scheduler Field is working properly? When I dig into the email logs table, I can access Trigger Date of a copilot send.  I can't tell if the trigger date/time is this same thing as the send date/time. If yes, that would mean my Time Scheduler Field isn't working properly. If no, is there a different send date/time field that I am unable to access or find?

Hi! I could use some assistance setting up an Outreach chain in CoPilot. Just need another set of eyes that might see something different. We are trying to automate a few processes such as sending Tips&Tricks emails to users that have recently logged into our platform for the first time. The issue I am experiencing with this is that we don't want to send work related emails during the weekend, because more than likely it won't be checked.  Since we are basing the Powerlist off of the first login date, it has been difficult to get the date logic down so that no users are being skipped on these outreaches.  Currently, there are 3 email outreaches we have set up to fire 1 day, 6 days, and 11 days post first login. I am flexible on that timing so it doesn't have to match exactly. However, due to the current setup, depending on what day the first login was, they may be excluded from receiving one or more of these outreaches due to schedule date falling on a weekend. I tri

When I import ARR for my customers and if the values are in decimal it would then truncate the decimal values  Eg: 0.876 is rounded to 0 Note I am trying manual import and not from S3 How do I import decimal values?

That may be really simple but can't figure it out: is there a way to generate a power list using "does not exist" logic in 1:M relationships? For example find me all accounts which do not have any entitlement contact with role=Admin? The relationship is: Account (1):Entitlements(M):Entitlement Contacts(M).
