2026/4/3(金) のオフィスアワーでお伺いしたく、事前にご連絡いたします！🙇お聞きしたいこと Gainsight⇒Hubspotでデータを連携する際に、フィールドをnullで上書きする方法を知りたいです 背景 日次でGainsight⇒Hubspot、Hubspot⇒Gainsightのデータ連携を行っています 値を持った状態のフィールドをGainsight上で値なし（--）に変更し、Hubspotに連携したところ、nullで上書きされず、Hubspotで持っていた古い値が生きていてGainsightに戻ってきました グローバルサポートに確認したところ、nullで上書きするには以下しかないと回答がありました： Gainsight上でデータなし（--）は厳密にはnullではないため、nullで上書きする用に対象フィールドの個数分のカスタムフィールドをルールで作成して、criteriaや分岐でそれらを制御する 連携するフィールドは数が多いので、サポートの回答通りの運用は、保守の観点からも現実的ではないかなと思います、、、もしnullのフィールドも連携できる他の方法があるなら、お伺いしたいです。よろしくお願いいたします。

スペースに顧客のロゴを設定したいです。C360にロゴウィジェットを表示して画像を登録しても、どこにも表示されません。また、R360のspaceにロゴウィジェットを追加しようとしたら、下記エラーが出て追加できません。レポートは30個以上追加しており、レポートはまだ追加できるのですが… ▼R360：space設定画面 

スコアカードウィジェットに表示されないR360レコードが発生しています。どういう条件の場合表示されないでしょうか？（スコアリングのルールエンジンが失敗している等）

I’ve done some searching across the community around this topic and there are a lot of older hits/requests for this, but am unsure if there is a solution.If I have a multi-selection dropdown and if it contains more than one value, it lives in the field as A;B;CWhat I really would love to do is to split these individual values out so I can report on them in a Pie Chart or something similar.While it seems there are a lot of previous posts, it still does not appear that there is a solution for this and wanted to resurface the question. The OAuth API key I’ve been using for a long time, is suddenly getting a 400 error. If I create a new API key it works just fine. What happened and how can I prevent that in the future, because I have a lot of things connected to that key that I now need to update. 

Hi,We created a role for employees that would only give the “Forum moderation” permission so they can access the content tab in control. When clicking a topic in the overview list they see the error message “Something went wrong, please try again” if the employee has this role. Even though the error pops up everything seems to be working and loads as expected and the user can take any action they want to on the conversation. Is this just a bug or is there something else going on here? Thanks!

I’m receiving multiple requests from users who have left their current employer and would like to remain part of our community.  It would be beneficial to merge their accounts so that all their activity, such as replies, topics, subscriptions, badges, and points remains associated with them.  Is this possible to do in Gainsight? Or do they have to create a net new account, and if this is the case, how can their prior activity be merges into the new account. 

I think this is right, but want to double check. Use case: a welcome message for a Beta program. I want each user to complete the engagement once Interval set up is designed to show it up 3 times in the event they do not complete it on first visit close their browser / click close button (it is hidden with css, but still there) only see it one per day, but they’d see it a second and third time on other days they log-in if they haven’t yet completed it On completion quit = they don’t see it again, yes?

We are telling people that if they want to receive updates once we post something new that they should subscribe to that topic/post. But can I as an admin somehow see how many people actually subscribed to the post?

Customer wants to build a simple non- aggregated report on Opportunity object to view expansion Opportunities of current quarter. Since they have multiple currencies it is not possible to view opportunities based on the revenue field when sorting. Even if I use ranking to pull top ‘N’ opportunities based on revenue field, it is ranking based on the numbers ignoring the monetary values.Though this can be achieved by creating SFDC formula field to convert and store all currencies in single currency or by building a rule to convert all of them to corporate currency, it would be great if there is option with in report builder to select the currency for currency data type fields, so that all the values get converted to selected currency and makes it flexible to add these reports in dashboards.

お世話になっております。ナレッジワーク岩田と申します。Gainsightサーベイの運用についてご教示いただけますでしょうか。 当社（ナレッジワーク）では、ユーザー満足度調査のため、顧客管理者を経由してサーベイを転送いただき、その結果を集計する運用をしております。詳細：顧客の管理者にサーベイ実施の許諾をいただく 顧客の管理者にサーベイURLをお渡しし、エンドユーザーに転送いただく エンドユーザーに回答いただいたものを当社で集計する ※当社はエンドユーザーのメールアドレスを直接利用する許可を得ていないため、 　顧客の管理者を経由している Gainsightのサーベイは個人に登録された連絡先に対してサーベイを送る仕様と理解しています。当社ユースケースでは、対象者情報をGainsightに登録していないため、通常の配信フローがそのまま使えない状況です。 そこでお伺いしたいのですが、・同様の課題に取り組まれた経験のある方はいらっしゃいますでしょうか。・その際にGainsightサーベイ機能をどのように運用されたか（すべきか）ご教示いただけますでしょうか。よろしくお願いします。

Hi all,We currently have our sandbox and I’m wondering if there’s any way to automate adding content (particularly forum posts and replies) to do things like testing automations, integrations, and the AI moderation functionality. In my dream world, I’m able to create a dozen accounts and have them post a few times every day to then make sure everything is flowing as we expect. Thank you!

I found this in release notes from October of 2021But on our end that navigation is sending learners to the full course catalog. We would like this to go to the learner’s dashboard or be able to change the wording if it has to go to the course catalog. I cannot see any way to change this with the template files. Any help would be appreciated.

For the new Analytics Dashboards in the Gainsight CC product, can anyone tell me if the metric measuring “Topics Created” includes both Questions and Conversations?

 お客様からideaで要望をいただくときに、結構要望が複数混ざっている場合があります。（明確にわけて書いてるものもあれば…ひも解くとそれって2個別の要望を言ってるよね…みたいなものも 開発にフィードバックして、アップデート対応したものは今後「アップデート対応済」というステータスで変更しようと思ってるのですが、2個書いてくれてる要望のうち1個対応したよ！ってときはどうしたらいいでしょう…？「アップデート対応済」ステータスにして、返信で「この要望を改善したよ」と残しておく 「一部対応済」みたいなステータスを作っておく（返信コメントもつける） ideaの投稿を分解する…？（そんな機能はないかもですが😅 こういうふうに対応してるよ～などの意見があれば参考にしたいです！  

When I look at the Feedback tab on a user’s profile in PX, I typically only see the most recent 1-3 survey responses or feedback events. However, I’ve noticed that some of the users I’ve looked at recently have definitely had more activity than what I’ve rendered. For example, one user has responded to NPS in each of the past 3 quarters. Adjusting the time frame on the activity timeline on the page does not seem to change what I see in the Feedback tab. Is this a known limitation? If so, what’s the time frame that is rendering? 

We have a JO set up in Gainsight CS that triggers a PX engagement for renewals. Internal process:JO trigger engagement for past due renewals Audience rules in PX set to only show for those in the “PO Sent” statusLet’s say 3 months pass and the person never logged in during that time period. They have also paid that PO since the engagement was triggered. Then a new PO is created for the year, and they are once again in the “PO sent” status. Technically, they would qualify to see the engagement since they meet the PX audience rules once again.  So my question is, can we set some sort of audience rule to say “If they have not seen the engagement within X days of being triggered via JO, remove from engagement?” Or is there another way of looking at this?

自動でCTAをクローズするルールを作成しているのですが、Actionsを登録しようとすると以下のエラーが表示されます。 “Could not find relationship type for the corresponding relationship identifier. Make sure that the right relationship type is added to the show fields.” データセットアップ内に、リレーションシップタイプは含まれているはずなのですが何が原因でしょうか？ 

I’m finally exploring my first use case for the in-app hub (formerly KC bot). I have some documentation I’m hosting in the hub via hosted articles. I would also like to leverage the CC integration. If I enable the pre-built Search widget and set up the CC integration, will it also search the hosted articles in the other widgets? 

We are planning to allow customers to view and create zendesk tickets from community. Has anyone tried this? I am interested in impacts on customer engagement, experience and also ticket deflection. Thanks
