I want to create a call to action on the error page that points them to a hyperlink.  Is there any way to add a hyperlink into the translation box of the error.403.guest page for example?

Our Japan team is considering moving our Japanese knowledge base to gainsight, and also create custom pages for Japan. I thought I saw some announcements on this, but unable to find. thanks

Hi!We don’t seem to have a Community Overview page - community.mews.com/community results in an error page. Where can I add the Community overview page? I only found some older articles here on how to configure and rename it, but not on what to do if it’s not there at all 😅ThanksJess

In both NPS and Multi-Question, I can’t seem to figure out how to edit this language. There’s no way to edit in the settings area where you enable it. And you cannot click into the field to edit it on the guide. 

Hey,I've just seen that admins can highlight replies in a question thread, which will color a reply making it more visually catchy to the eye. A bit like a “best answer”.I am curious, do you use this feature? If so, how do you use it?  

Hi there,Our team uses pre-moderation so that every community post is manually reviewed by us before going live. **It’s a long story as to why we do this, but this question isn’t about that. We’d like to leverage the “unread by team” function to make sure every post is covered by us...but the act of reviewing/approving the pending post marks it as “read by team”. Long story short, we need to moderate questions, but we’d like them to live for a bit (peer-peer interaction) before our team comes in to answer them.Any ideas as to how we could do this?

Are there any usage stats or measurable indicators available that can help demonstrate its value? Is there anything unique or specific to Admin users for widget visibility settings? I added myself (an admin) to a segment and removed myself from another, yet I still see the widgets for the old segments and don’t see the widgets for the new segment. 

I have a html widget that I typically add banners to on my community homepage. Is starting to get longer than I would like. Does anyone know if I can add three “banners” in one html widget and have them rotate so I just need one widget vs three that I currently have? Each image, once clicked would go to a different URL.

Hi team,An end-user in our community recently mentioned a new pop-up appearing when editing in-post code. Previously, this could be edited directly inline (similar to Slack). I want to produce an ‘end of week’ email digest summary for community members. Is anyone doing this already? I’d like to know the following;What has worked for you How long is your digest What do you include in the digest How do you populate it? manually or using some kind of automation. How do you send it out? Use email segments? etcThanks for helping me to explore what works and refining my digest. 

When uploading a PDF to an article, it does not appear as if the platform creates an automatic thumbnail or a preview option for the PDF. Is this by design?  Has anyone found a workaround, so it stands out and is more visually appealing in the article itself or am I missing something?  

Anyone else seeing issues with the Gainsight Assist Chrome plug in/app?  Our CSM’s cannot connect their emails-it’s either not working at all, or it appears like it’s working for sending an email the first time, but it’s not appearing after that for any replies to emails.  Submitted a support ticket, but looking for more info to help my team. Not having emails go to the timeline is a big issue for us.

How do you handle the 50K max character count in articles/topics when cutting content isn’t an option, and breaking it up into comments wouldn’t be intuitive for customers? Any workarounds or advice?

We have multiple domains, one  internal-facing (for employees only) and another external-facing (for customers, although internal users can access it too).When managing domains, there is a setting for Cross Domain Access. It says “When "Off" - students will need to register (or purchase) the course separately on each domain for access. When "On" - a student may access the course on any domain after registering once.”Two QuestionsWe want internal employees who enroll in courses on the internal domain to also be able to access those same courses and see their progress when they log into the external domain. Will enabling this setting accomplish that? Important: We do NOT want this to work in reverse - external customers should not be able to access internal domain courses. Does this setting create one-way or two-way access?"

Hi! We use the Groups widget on our landing page. I am a member of all our groups, but on some the widget displays “REQUEST SENT” and on others “YOU’RE A MEMBER”. In the groups it says I’m a member on all of them.I see this for a colleague as well. We both have the rank Community Manager. For my regular user it seems to work - but it’s still a bit confusing. We have updated lesson titles across multiple courses; however, the Search function is not reflecting these changes. In cases where titles were significantly revised, affected lessons are not appearing in search results at all.I have had a support ticket open regarding this matter for four months without resolution. Given the direct impact on the student experience, I wanted to reach out to the community:Has anyone else encountered this search indexing issue? Have any workarounds been identified that could restore search functionality in the interim?

Hello, We have connected Zapier to our product ideas dashboard to allow our product team to make their comments and status changes in Jira while allowing the comments and status changes to be automatically sent to Gainsight. Is there a way to make sure our customers are recieving the comments and status changes via email?  

Has anyone had success creating a personalized community experience? Examples would be suggesting topics, events, articles based on the members profile, recommending others to follow/connect with, etc. This seems like an area where AI could help alot. Thanks
